Was referred to Dr. Santelli from my husband’s dentist to fix a little bottom teeth crowding issue that a lot of us get as adults…..no fun. Turns out the whole process was a great experience, from the sophisticated modern look of the office to the super nice staff everything was great. I went in for a consultation and literally walked out that day with braces lol! Clear on the top to tweak my smile and metal on the bottom for the awesome crowding. Honestly no one even really noticed I had them on for the few months which is great because as an adult the last thing we want to do is have braces! Our daughter’s first braces just before middle school starts and we had a great experience visit at Dr. Santelli’s dental office. The office is well staffed and friendly. Dr. Santelli took his time to listen to our concerns but most important to us was how he addressed them with calm. He and his staff is truly remarkable, they have on several occasions called us in following up with our daughter’s adjusting to the braces and her well being. It is very comforting knowing that our daughter is in good hands compared to many other orthodontics that run their practices like a factory getting your child in and out quickly disregarding for their patients best interest. The moment my daughters and I walked in for our free initial consultation with Dr. Santelli we felt at ease. The front desk secretary was friendly along with the nurse. I am an adult 40+ year old man, and I have been under Dr. Santelli’s care for almost 2 years now, and my braces are almost ready to come off. My progress has been nothing short of phenomenal, and my teeth look better than I could have hoped. Not only is Dr. Santelli the best orthodontist I have ever seen or heard about, he is the best DOCTOR I have ever dealt with. He listens to my concerns and questions with patience and understanding, and calmly answers them with confidence. He also goes far beyond the call of duty of any Dr. I have ever dealt with in my life. Recently, I was on vacation with my family in New York City. I was in the midst of a 3 week road trip, and one of my braces & brackets broke completely off. I was in a panic, as I had a full 2 weeks left to go before I could get back home, so I called Dr. Santelli to ask him what I should do, as this was a painful and embarassing situation that could have easily shortened and ruined our trip. Dr. Santelli called me back within 30 minutes, notified me that he had a very close orthodontist associate that happened to practice in the New York City area (Long Island) and if I were willing to travel to see him, he would personally call his associate and ask him to see me with no appointment. People, this was on a Thursday evening, after 9:30 PM, and within 15 minutes of me telling Dr. Santelli that I would be more than willing to drive to see his associate, the other Dr. called me and told me that he would see me immediately upon my arrival in his office. So, on a Friday morning at 9 AM, I arrived at the Orthodontist’s office (waiting room packed) and I was seen IMMEDIATELY, and this gentleman told me “anything for Dr. Santelli”. I was amazed. This fantastic Dr. fixed my problem, refused to allow me to pay him ONE DIME, and told me to simply tell Dr. Santelli that he owed him one. I was dumbstruck, and I still shake my head and can’t believe that people like Dr. Santelli still exist. What an amazing Dr., and an even better person. Cheers Dr. Santelli!!
