Dr. Sarver is the top orthodontist in the State. They are a first class business in every way. The entire experience of going there is designed to make things as comfortable as possible. Dr Sarver is a perfectionist who strives for the best results for every patient. Our daughter is getting super care and attention here.

Dr. Sarver and Erica did a phenomenal job. Especially with all the COVID-19 still around, they had in place procedures that give you confidence such as staggering entrance into office, use of face masks, face guards and gloves while performing services, sanitizing the pen before handing it to you and even using a sanitizing wipe on your credit card before returning it to you. Just great! I will say that the practice has always been great aside from the new COVID-19 measures. I never had to wait more than a few minutes after an appointment time and they always make it a point to be respectful of your time. I usually have Amber and she does an excellent job as well. Overall I am very pleased with Dr. Sarver and his team. They really make it point to make perfecting your smile their priority and no matter how long it takes Dr. Sarver really listens to you and makes adjustments to ensure you leave with a great smile and healthy bite pattern.

Dr. Sarver is the best! I went there as a kid and now my kids are going to him! Between now and then, the tech has improved and changed so much, but his staff remains that same, always awesome and so sweet! I even had to go back this past year to tweak some things on me, and he has fixed everything!

The entire Sarver office is incredible. And have been for years! I’m one of 5 kids and all of my brothers and sisters went to sarver 30 years ago. They’ve never had a complaint. Now here i am years later (after using a different ortho in middle school) with braces back on. Sarver is not only an orthodontist, he’s an artist and does not miss a detail. I am so thankful for this office! The staff is full of joy! Dr. Sarver and his staff are very helpful and take time to answer all questions and want to make sure we were well informed. Their technology is very impressive. Most importantly my daughter loves them and is looking forward to her new smile! I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Sarver has been the standard in Orthodontics in the Birmingham area for as long as I can remember. He did mine and my husband’s braces when we were young and now he is caring for our son Mason. Mason is not quite ready for braces yet but Dr. Sarver has been doing yearly x-rays and exams- I have complete confidence in his plans for Mason. The staff is always so kind and helpful- especially in these Covid times!

I was a patient of Dr. Sarver’s back in the 90’s and have always been thankful for the demeanor of him and his staff and my overall results as his patient have been wonderful. They always put me at ease whenever I was unsure about a procedure or technique and always kept things lighthearted and fun. In my case, Dr. Sarver’s approach prevented the need for jaw surgery and produced a smile that I will be thankful for and proud of for life! I recently saw a new dentist and she was complimenting me on how beautiful my teeth are. I smiled and told her “thank you, I owe it all to The Good Lord and Dr. David Sarver!”

Sarver orthodontics is simply the best… and by the way I went to 4 orthodontist evals. I may sound crazy, but I had 4 kids that ALL needed braces and this momma takes stuff seriously. Dr Sarver was clearly the best choice. We loved his enthusiasm and how he strives for perfection. His treatment regimen was much more aggressive than the other orthodontics and I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt they my children would leave his care with a beautiful smile! The staff is stellar as well. They are the perfect combination of fun, cool, thorough and professional. They always answered my questions and communication was perfect! Anyway if you or your children need orthodontic treatment… I can save you some time and trouble… let David Sarver fix you up!

We are new patients to Dr. Sarver’s practice and very satisfied thus far. Dr. Sarver has spent time with both me and my husband talking about our son’s orthodontic issues and couldn’t have been more kind. He has been very invested in figuring out a complicated situation and we appreciate his quick response time. His staff is delightful and the office is efficiently run. So far, a fabulous experience.

Dr. Sarver and his crew are awesome!!! When they first helped me back in the mid 80s I was called “gums” because of my overbite in middle school. They corrected that over the course of a few years and I get compliments on my teeth to this day! My permanent retainers were put on maybe 1990 and I asked when they could come off. I’ll never forget him saying maybe when you bring your kids in to see me. The top retainer finally broke a couple of years ago(after 25 years +) and my teeth actually shifted because I took too long to get back to see them. They corrected my teeth again and I’m the proud new owner of a permanent top retainer again! I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Sarver, Rebecca, and the rest of the awesome folks there!

We just had our first consult with Dr. Sarver and it was the best experience. My daughter will be a difficult case and it was the closest thing to looking in a crystal ball to predict her future dental treatment. He has his own textbook where he can show similar cases and how with the right appliances he can not only correct the bite, but also other structural abnormalities.

This place was open on a Friday, which usually places in Alabama aren’t and accepted me as a patient whom I am from out of state. They did the best job compared to my regular orthodontist. I give this place two thumbs up and the best part is they are quick and efficient! I was in and out in no time.

SERIOUSLY the best orthodontic practice in Birmingham.  Great, fun atmosphere and the Doctor Sarver is one of the world’s brightest.  The most cutting edge, talented, not to mention humorous othodontist around.  Great care from a great staff and superior doctor!

Dr. Sarver is wonderful and the entire practice is SO great to work with!!! He took great care of me when I was a teenager, and now he is taking great care of our daughter. We make the drive over from Atlanta to see him, and it is ABSOLUTELY worth the extra effort. He and his staff take such great care of us!!!

My daughter and I came in for a consultation today for braces. The staff was upbeat and so friendly. We are new to town, but felt right at home. They were timely and when we met Dr. Sarver it was the icing on the cake. He was funny, so nice and spent good quality time with us. My daughter made a comment how excited she was to go back and how nice everyone was. I would recommend Dr. Sarver Orthodontics 100%.

Dr. Sarver was heaven sent! My girls were a very tricky case but Dr. Sarver doesn’t seem to mind a challenge. He has given 150% to my daughters. I don’t know where we would be without him. He is not only an orthodontic genius, he has the most precious heart. I absolutely love & adore him & his entire staff with all my heart!!

Dr Saver and his team strive for excellence in everything they do. Dr Sarver is the best Orthodontist that I’ve ever had the please of working with during my 36 years in general dentistry. All my patients that we have referred over there have never had a single complain and nothing but praise for their end result. Any interaction that i had with this office was wonderful. My daughter had to start without me but i was fully assured that she would be fine until i got there, and she was. Office staff, dental assistants and even Dr. Sarver were all so sweet and nice. Plus they have a cute little reward system for the kids. So glad my daughter is a patient!!!!!!

The service from the front to the back is impeccably great with genuine concern and greeting from the receptionist and all staff. Dr.Sarver’s continuous research allows him to be first class in the ortho world-I got 2 opinions from ortho’s before choosing this office. Wow! I’ve been walking around in a dream all day. I can’t believe that finally my braces are off! It took several visits over three years I think, but finally Dr. Sarver and his wonderful staff convinced me that I needed to go through this braces/jaw surgery treatment, and though some days have been hard, it’s been worth every moment to get to today. I used to think that I couldn’t get through it – that two years would be too much with the braces, but I’m here to tell you it went by very quickly and the results are worth it. I don’t regret it one little bit! Dr. Sarver and his staff are amazing. I encourage anyone needing orthodontic treatment to make an appointment. I have to give a special shout out to Cynthia who always makes me laugh while handling my payments and to Erica who is a whiz at changing wires, etc. and making it quick and painless.
