I’ve been going to this Children’s Dental for 8+ years. I think since my daughter was two years old. The wait is never too long, an hour or two. They Dentist do take their time to care for your child’s teeth. Well, at least I noticed with my daughter. Fairly clean place, too. I like that they call you to remind you of your appointment. Which is nice, because I would have definitely missed a lot of her appointments if it wasn’t for their courtesy call reminder… But, I did notice that I did not receive a reminder this time around, and I did require about that. They said something like they will send text or emails out for appointment reminder not calls.. I also like when they gave out balloons to the little kiddos. What happened to that? What changed?

The children’s dental side staff are by far the best!!! After searching for the right dentist for my girls I was referred here by regional center and they did a phenomenal job!! Not only did they give my girls the extra need attention due to their circumstances, the ENTIRE staff all the way down to the “due any day” pregnant receptionist were overly professional and kind from beginning to end!! I truly appreciate the services I received at this dental office!! I take my hat off to each and everyone of the staff members there!!! Thank you all again for a pleasant experience!!! Wait times were on point, and even if they needed more time they let you know ahead of time! I was in and out, even when I did a walk in for my oldest I still didn’t wait to long. Instead of just referring my girls out to a specialist they took the job head on with no complaints! That give them the highest ratings in my book!! Great job SCHNIEROW CHILDREN’S DENTAL!!! I needed a dentist for my 3 year old daughter who was competent in children’s dental care and most importantly, would not terrify her during the exam. Schnierow Dental Care was the solution! My daughter actually enjoys going to her visits because all of the dentists and staff are both skillful and gentle. They also take great care of adults. I was recently unable to see my own dentist due to a long wait for an appointment so I decided to give Schnierow a try for myself. They were immediately available to care of my dental needs and I was very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Schnierow Dental to any family or individual. Please believe that your mouth will thank you!!

This place is awesome! Honestly, they’ve always taken care of me. When I was on the children’s side they gave me excellent care and they never made a mistake. They have a lot of employees so the wait is never that bad. They always have the building super clean and smelling fresh. This place wins. Both the adult side and the kids (and braces) have excellent service. I had braces as well and those doctors were great as well. They never made me feel doubtful and they’re always reassuring. Since I’ve been going to the adult side now, I’ve noticed how great they are . They’re attentive, sweet and easy to talk to. The two receptionists in the front (blonde & red head) were super awesome! I’ve been with this dental care since I was 3, never will I go anywhere else! I moved to long beach but still continue coming here! All the the doctors and nurses are great. Rene has been supporting me for years, when ever I needed to have my hand held or supportive words- he’s there. Many other doctors are, but he’s been my go to person for many years. I will For Sure bring my future kids here as well so they can have the best dental experience.. If you’re new to the area and looking for a good place for Dental care- THIS IS IT. Your dreams have came true!

I’ve been going to Schnierow ever since I was a little girl. I got braces at a young age, for four years here at Schnierow, and now have perfect straight teeth. Before my wisdom teeth caused me any pain, my dentists saw that they were coming in and immediately I had surgery to remove them to avoid any complications with my teeth. Not only do they take care of me, they always want what is best for me. Now my primary dentist, Doctor Douglas, is a dream come true. He’s a perfectionist, and will spend the extra time to make sure I leave satisfied and even excited to come back for the beauty of my teeth. I’ve read most of these reviews and of course, you are going to wait, maybe sometimes a bit longer than you are scheduled to, because the doctors are going above and beyond with their patients. A lot of people don’t like the dentist, but this is no reason to critique every inch of the experience. All the dentists here, especially Doctor Douglas are geniuses. They have made my mouth looking from a crazy mess to a work of art. The receptionists are dealing with insurance problems, your appointment, etc, they have a lot on their plate, and of course might not be the sweetest kindest person ever, but they help you as much as they can and are quick, specific and to the point. If anyone thinks that just because they’re scared of the dentist, someone’s gonna hold their hand and tell them it’s gonna be ok. They’re mistaken. These people are here to serve you and take care of your teeth. The tooth fairy does not exist but if you want people that will not only help you get that perfect smile and be to point with you, then you’ve found your dental heaven. One of the receptionist, Kim, helps me so much. She not only gives me options with my insurance but let’s me know what are the best financial moves I can make to carry out my surgeries and care. Kim is amazing. She gives me no bs or the run around and tells me the necessary steps I need to take. I love Schnierow Dental. I am now 25, and have been going since I was about 4 years old. Everyday I get compliments on my smile. As an actress and model, I desperately need a perfect smile. I am the new face for Rembrandt mouthwash for their 2015 campaign.
