Serenity Dental on Louetta is absolutely wonderful! The entire staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The extended hours throughout the week and weekends are what I have been looking for being a working parent. The doctors and their hygienists take their time to explain processes and procedures. I am so glad I found Serenity Dental for my family!!

My first time coming here was for my daughter’s first dental appointment and it went great! The staff is amazing and very helpful and the dentist was so sweet with my daughter even though she put up a small fight for her cleaning! Lol. The environment is very well taken care of and neat. It’s a great place for both children and adults that even I’m considering changing my dentist to come here as it’s much closer to me. Overall a great dental clinic!

Great first-experience! I went for a general cleaning and was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes with great results. The only thing I wish they had was more availability during the week as they’re only open (as of this review) Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday. Other than that, staff is super friendly & professional and better yet, the service is superb!

Hands down, the BEST dental experience I have ever had in 24 years of my life. Nicest people, cleanest office, and the Doctor was incredible. Unfortunately, I had an “emergency” type situation and they turned it into the most peaceful, well thorough procedure I have had done. Thank you to the most precious girls for making me feel less anxious and nervous throughout the whole procedure. Thank you all for an overall WONDERFUL experience. I will be switching dentists and making the drive to see you guys! 🙂

Our WHOLE family goes there.  The staff is AMAZING and you won’t find a nicer group of people.  Didn’t matter if the work was minor (cleanings) or major (we’ve had everything from teeth extractions to implants); the time and energy they put into making sure we understood what was going on, our options and helping to calm nerves is a huge part of why we will always use Serenity Dental.

Great dental experience, the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming! Hygienist is really gentle and thorough. Dr. Cheng is very personable! He has a steady hand – filled 2 small cavities quickly and painlessly. Barely any wait time and the staff keeps you informed from the time you arrive until you leave! I have scheduled a return for 6 month check up and plan on being a long time patient!

Let me start out by saying BEST. DENTAL. OFFICE. EVER!!! My love for this dentist office started with a broken tooth. I had been going to another dentist begrudgingly (check my reviews) but when my tooth broke, I needed to be seen ASAP. The other office was on vacation for a week and suggested I just find another of their offices to go to. I started calling around to see who could see me quickly and got several more “vacation” stories (?). Serenity was at least my 4th call. She told me to come in immediately . I couldn’t be there until 5pm, but that wasn’t a problem. A treatment plan was determined. They coordinated with my and my husbands dental plans to help me pay the least out of pocket. They’re open on weekends so I don’t have to miss work. Better yet, they really care about dental health, not just making a quick dollar. The customer service can’t be beat!

I absolutely love this place!!! Customer service was amazing!  We did not have to wait long.  It was in and out.  Best part was that they  made the kids feel comfortable and my kids absolutely love it there. They said this was the BEST dentist they went to.  I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone.

From walking in to the end of my appointment. The parking lot is huge. Lots of space for parking. Friendly staff and clean waiting area. I had an amazing hygienist that was friendly and told me about her passion for skydiving. They had a choice of music or movies to occupy me during my cleaning. It was a great experience. New technology for X-rays I haven’t seen at other clinics before. My teeth felt super nice and clean. The dentist answered all my questions. Will be going here for all my future dental appointments. The only suggestion I have would be offering patient goggles so the water doesn’t splash in my eyes.

I was surprise to hear this place has been open for 2 years, it looks brand spanking new. Very clean aesthetic. Great customer service. I took advantage of their new patient price of $99 for cleaning + X-rays. My cleaning was done by their traveling dentist. She was very nice and personable. Took her time and answered all my questions. Favorite part was the 2 TVs in each exam room. I chose to watch iron man while she drilled away at my build up hahaha, highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience here. Everyone was so friendly, the office is beautiful, comfortable and clean. They saw me immediately and explained everything as they went along. I’m glad I found Serenity Dental!

Such an amazing dental office. The enviroment is so peaceful and beautiful. They are very professional, with great attitudes and even better customer service.The dentist here are so gentle and patience with my child and they always make him feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m so happy to have found Serenity Dental after months of searching an in network provider and having to deal with pain in one of my back molars. It was such a great experience from beginning to end and so easy too. I called and set my appointment which I was so happy that were open on a Saturday because I work all week. Then I was sent a link via text to prefill all the new patient forms and put my insurance info in so that when I came for my appointment all I had to do was show my DL and they had taken care of the rest. Once there I didn’t wait long for my appointment and the staff was so nice. The tech came and did X-rays and asked about my pain to better evaluate me and then the dentist came and was so knowledgeable and nice. He was able to determine that I needed a tooth extraction and was able to perform it right there and then. I was given thorough instructions of what to expect and how to care for myself post extraction. I definitely recommend using this dentist and will be coming for more services once I’m completely healed.

Could not be more pleased with the staff here! We have a son with anxiety and the staff was especially understanding and eased his fears. They also saved his tooth that was completely pulled out from a freakish accident. We were happy Dr Cheng offered several options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each. In the end, his top recommendation worked out the best. Highly recommend these guys!

Staff was very polite, clean and excellent at tgeir job. Took my 1yo, 4yo & 14yo….all well cared for. I had work done too and I’ve never been to a deal office where they’ve done suck great work on my teeth. The ladies were super nice made me and the lids feel so comfy, the choice of movie that plays in two screens helps the kids relax. Put in the waiting room you have an Xbox and area to watch movies or let the kiddos play. Overall great experience highly recommend.

I’m from out of town and had a crown pop off on a Friday night, the day after Thanksgiving.  On Saturday morning, I was looking for a dentist.  Found Serenity and they got me in before noon.  30 minutes later, I’m  on my way.   I can’t say enough nice about them.  Everyone was very nice, the quality of care was top notch and the cost was very reasonable.  If I lived in Houston, they would be my regular dentist.

Serenity Dental is the best. Forget the rest Serenity Dental are the best. For years I covered up my smile because I am a gritter and had not taken care of my teeth. My mouth In itself was a complicated issue because the roof of my mouth was extra thick. I had been turned down by other dentist, one of those that regularly advertises on the radio, They referred me to a specialist. Serenity dental gave me my smile back, There is no issue they cannot handle. They are the best.Thank you Serenity Dental. Staff are excellent very friendly. Customer service there is awesome. My hygienist Tammy was so patient, Dr Chang awesome you cannot go wrong here. Dr. Chang and Dr. Chung the best.

Serenity dental in Katy is great in hospitality , professionalism and dental .The staff from the beginning and at the end of my visits (2) made sure I was always comfortable . The business section made me feel even more relax and comfortable talking about the financial portion. Thanks Serenity dental see you on my next visit. WOW! Absolutely the best experience we have had at a dentist, ever! The staff was SO friendly. The dentist was thorough, kind and patient with my nervous little one. Their office is stunning and clean. We were so excited about our visit and my kids are actually looking forward to going to back! So crazy! We have already recommended them to several people. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to be!
