The entire staff here is amazing; from the moment you enter, to the time you are being seen and until you leave. I had a particularly situation with my insurance and they were willing to work with me to ensure I got the work done and I was happy.
It’s also notable that I was able to schedule an appointment for two chipped teeth only 2 days after I called and once I arrived at 3pm for my appointment I was done paying and out of the office by 3:28pm. They know what they are doing and are gracious in their approach.

I can not express how amazing the office staff and Dr Bagai is. We are new patients and we have had a wonderful experience and love the fact they took their time with my girls. While I was visiting my sister in California I started having a really terrible tooth ach. My sister told me she had a great dentist that could see me that same day to check my tooth. The super friendly professional staff collected my personal data and insurance in no time. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Not more than 5 minutes. It was probably less time than that! After looking at my tooth Dr. Bagai concluded that I had an abscess. Dr. Bagai is such a warm caring professional. She actually made my dentist trip pleasant (I do not like the dentist). My tooth was better in no time. Did not affect my trip or any of plans. I highly recommend this dentist.

Wow, I am so lucky to have found Dr. Bagai. I had been long overdue for a dental exam and cleaning; with my new dental insurance, I was initially nervous about going to a new dentist. Not only is Dr. Bagai very professional and thorough, but she goes the extra mile to ensure you are fully taken care of. I had my deep cleaning done by Dr. Randall and I was in and out before I knew it. The rest of the staff is great as well. It’s not another cold doctor’s office visit here. When you come to Smart Smile, everyone is very nice whether you are making a last minute appointment, sorting out insurance information, or asking a lot of questions (like me, haha). I would recommend this dental office to my family and friends.

I am getting my Invisalign done with Dr. Bagai . I have always been unhappy with the way my teeth looked and wanted to get braces to fix my crooked teeth. I had a lot of questions about Invisalign and Dr. Bagai was so amazing she was so patient with me and answering the many questions that I had. She is the best dentist I have ever seen. I am almost a year into my Invisalign and I am so excited to see the end result!! Dr. Bagai graduated with honors with a degree in dental surgery from the University of Calcutta in India in 1990. She received additional honors and awards in branches of oral pathology, microbiology, oral diagnosis and dental radiology. After moving to Southern California, she was a dedicated volunteer dentist at M.E.N.D., a non-profit organization created to provide services that meet the basic human needs of individuals who reside in the Northeast San Fernando Valley. Additionally, Dr. Bagai has been an integral part of dental offices in Los Angeles and Orange County.
