This review is long over due! First off the office is so beautiful!! Dr Chris is so sweet, knowledgeable has the best of the best technology and amazing bedside manner. His assistants were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was there. My insurance was terming the day of my appointment I needed X-rays a cleaning and 2 fillings and they fit me in so I could have it done that day before my insurance  termed. The whole experience was 5 stars! So happy to have found this doctor his amazing staff and beautiful office. Thanks Dr. Chris and team

What a great location. I think I speak for many when I say that I’m not a big fan of the dentist. BUT  Smile Moderne really gave quality service. Everyone was welcoming, environment was amazing and felt homey, and it felt overall comfortable. They accommodated my wife and I and our two year old son. Hands down, the best dental office I’ve been to.

Growing up my dad was my dentist, but when he retired I found it difficult to find a worthy dentist. Unfortunately my teeth suffered, however after searching high and low and doing careful research I found the best dentist!! Upon entering the office I was greeted with the most friendly staff who took great care of me. Dr. Chris is friendly and extremely gentle!!!!! If you are searching for a dentist, look no further, Dr. Chris has already helped me get my teeth back on track. Thank you Smile Moderne!!!!!

Office very clean and staff friendly. They have Netflix which is good because I LOVE MY JAPANESE TV SHOW and distracted me while Dr. Chris worked. I was afraid the needle was going hurt when I got numbed, but Dr. Chris did such a great job I didn’t feel anything. I had a root canal done and the whole process was pain free. So happy I was able to eat 1 hour later after the numbing was gone. Super happy with the service and quality, it is worth the 1 hour+ drive to come here. I am glad I found a good dentist I can go to now. Dr. Chris is very good!

One of the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve always had huge fears of the dentist from previous traumatic experiences and going here really eased them all. Dr Chris and his team took the extra time to ensure I wasn’t scared and that I was comfortable the entire time. The dental office was beautiful and calming and the entire experience was really just great. The shot didn’t even hurt!

(…)The best thing about this is that Dr. Chris was exactly who I imagined him to be and more. He is very caring, humble and knowledgeable. His love for Disney can be seen in his office through little touches and minimalist design. He offered informative advice on how to keep my teeth cleaned and I even got some free dental flosses on my way out.

Overall, if you are looking for a dentist who is actually caring, humble, skilled, knowledgeable and a Disneyland lover, Dr. Chris at Smile Moderne is my top choice.

(…)Dr. Chris is the most calming, reassuring and thorough dentist ever! He talked to me like a friend and was genuinely interested in what I had to say.
The office is absolutely beautiful and high tech. Not to mention Mickey is the first thing you see when you walk in!
I’ve had chronic jaw issues and he was the first dentist to actually examine my jaw and give me advice on how to better manage my symptoms.
I left the office after such a good experience and referred my family there already. I’d never thought I’d say this about a dentist but i actually look forward to going back!

I would highly recommend this dental office. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but the staff here makes me feel very welcome. Serena who works in the office is always very kind and attentive. Dr. Chris is very gentle with my teeth and makes all my appointments painless. They also offer blankets, headphones, and snacks to make visits more comfortable. Their office is always very neat and clean, not to mention adorably decorated with Disney characters!

The best dental office in Laguna Niguel!! Dr. Chris is trustworthy, professional, and gentle. The office has modern equipment and sophisticated look. Overall, the whole experience was calm and painfree.

Best dentistry I’ve been to. Facilities were pristine and staff made the process extremely comfortable and painless. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and the extraction itself was quicker than how long I brush my teeth. That’s how skillful Dr. Chris is. Will come back in the future.

Dr. Chris and the Smile Moderne team are the absolute best. It’s beyond the typical dentistry. As a client, I feel more than welcome. Dr. Chris is very hands on and his expertise is very evident throughout your appointment. He has a wide range of dentistry knowledge, and takes it upon himself to test out and review new toothpastes and dental accessories to give you the best of referrals. Also, the appointment system they use is the best and the fastest! Beyond the best dentist I have ever had!

I’m someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in ages because nobody likes going to the dentist. But I had a pretty bad toothache and I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Turns out I needed a root canal. Anyways I always hear people saying it is so painful but honestly Dr. Chris is beyond gentle and I literally felt zero pain. That is how good he is! Thrilled to have found my forever dentist. And thanks to my friend for recommending Dr. Chris. He is worth the 1 hr drive and his office is open on Saturdays which works with my schedule. Added bonus they have free refreshments in the waiting room and Netflix to watch when you get stuff done. This isn’t your average dental office it’s more of a spa experience!

The name says it all, the office runs by Dr Chris changes my mind about what a  dental office is. You can book online, fill out all necessary forms before visiting their office, the clean and beautiful interiors that does not remind you that you are in a dental office. Friendly staff welcome you with genuine kindness, transparency that you will never feel “questions” regarding the treatments and bills. Simply you will feel excited to visit the dental office… at least how I feel about them. Thank you Dr Chris, Serena, and Brenda for all you do. I highly value your professional skills, hospitality, and kindness.

(…)Dr. Chris and his dental assistant were great with my exam and went over the  treatments I would be needing without over selling.  His fees are very good too.  He charged about 25% less than my last dentist.  My 2nd visit was a deep cleaning and I have say the dentist was very good.. hardly any pain and I got to watch the Disney channel which he is a big fan of.  Overall, if you want a good dentist and a friendly staff in a modern, beautiful office, make an appointment at Smile Moderne.  I look forward to coming again which is weird because it IS a dentist office!

Dr. Chris is an amazing dentist! The amenities here are top notch and everyone is so friendly. I had to get my last wisdom tooth extraction and it was the most painless, quick procedure I have had to date (15 minutes in the chair). I highly recommend seeing him as he also has many suggestions for natural dental care as well.

Great location and finally a dentist who genuinely earns your trust and business. I’d highly recommend Smile Moderne to family and friends, and actually already referred 2 coworkers(..). I feel pampered, comfortable, and taken care of when I go, plus the free teeth whitening is a HUGE plus.

Dr Chris , a wonderful dentist   Had teeth cleaning and mouth guard made. Very good hands. Did a good job for both. Also his receptionist Adriana  very friendly. Would recommend this dentist. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and no pain at all without anesthesia

Dr. Chris is amazing. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable and I appreciate his detailed explanations. He’s clearly knowledgeable and is very good at helping you figure out what’s best for your teeth. His office is gorgeous and feels relaxing, considering it is a dentist’s office, not usually a place where you feel at ease. But I genuinely enjoy my visits and I’m happy I have a dentist I can trust.

A friend of mine recommended me to see Dr. Chris Auyong.
I was scared of the dentist that i get panic attacks thinking of sitting in the chair but I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Chris Auyong and it was the most pleasant dental experience I’ve had in a very long time. Dr. Auyong is knowledgeable, caring,very thorough. He patiently answered all my questions and make sure I understood everything. He made sure i was comfortable and okay during the treatment. I didn’t feel any pain during the treatment that i forgot I was afraid of the dentist.

His team is professional, caring, and excel in customer service. The reception/waiting area is very clean and organized. I had a great experience and will be coming back.

I have to say hands down and all props given to Dr. Auyong for his excellent work and expertise. I used to be frightened and would avoid going to the dentist at all costs but all thanks to Dr. Auyong he changed my perception with my experience with his team and his office. I appreciate your patience, and your concern of my comfort-ability and most of all your light hand gentleness. Cant wait for my next visit

Dr Chris is a great dentist. He is very detailed in his work as well as patience and gentle. His staff is great and offer me refreshment as I entered the office. The office itself is very chic, clean and modern. I didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist office. The rooms and equipment are new!
