I chose this office because it was recommended by my periodontist.
I have a lot of crowns, so I wanted a dentist proficient in crowns.  Their web site has quite a bit of info. about crowns, and explains that they are happy to use any of several materials (porcelain, zirconia, gold, etc…) depending on the patient’s needs.  Dr. Park did a crown for me and I was very happy with it.
During my 1st exam, Dr. Park did a thorough evaluation of my teeth, taking additional xrays as required to get a complete picture.  She offered some helpful insights about my crowns & my gums.
I feel assured from my experience at this office that they will not perform any additional procedures that are not required.
Everyone at this office is very friendly and helpful.
The fees are very reasonable, and they have a discount plan for people without insurance.

From first impression to lasting impression, Dr. Park and her staff displayed the utmost courtesy and efficiency! Front desk Felicia was welcoming to me and my two kids who waited in the very kid friendly room. Maram was so gentle and quick to do my full set of X-rays, and Brittany’s assistance doing my fillings with Dr. Park was painless and natural(…). I was impressed with the selection of Netflix shows, and even fell asleep and that’s never happened to me at a dental procedure where oftentimes I’m anxious. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit with them, thanks everyone at Smile Orange County!

(…)I can’t say enough great things about this place. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home, and they take a genuine interest in you and getting to know you more and more. They must have a very elaborate note-taking system, or they’re just robots with excellent memories. Whatever the case may be, it works. Somehow they remember each and every one of their clients and what’s going on with each of us. Their welcoming, very personal approach towards everything is unexpected, but deeply appreciated. They really do put the joy in dental visits for me, coming from someone who had a habit of avoiding the dentist from childhood fear and anxiety.

Whatever your situation is, they’ll accommodate you. Very happy to call them “my dentist”, and I intend on keeping it that way(…).

Wow! That is the best word I can use. Dr. Park was efficient and friendly. She numbed my mouth prior to the procedure in such a way that I couldn’t tell I was getting a shot.

I told her at the end of getting three fillings replaced for cavities “every time I come in I am more and more at ease with dental work.” I had a horrible dental experience a long time ago with another dentist in Los Ángeles that makes me nervous to go to the dentist. But I am so at ease with Dr. Park that I drive from Crestline to get my teeth worked on.

Dr. Park is wonderful.  Her care and attention to detail is amazing and has been for the past 13 or so years I have been her patient.  All the staff is amazing & friendly too, it’s like going to visit family every time.  Thank you all, you are greatly appreciated!

It’s a fantastic office. The staff is always wonderful. And the doctors are great. They will always let you know what work needs to be done and what can wait. They never push treatment you don’t need on you. They’re fantastic.

Great dentist and staff. Right when you walk in the door the office manager always smiles and makes you feel welcome. She’s amazing, the dental hygienists are amazing, and the doctors are amazing. Been seeing Drs. Park and (partner doctor) for twelve years and they are the best! Great service, advice and have an amazing staff.

I’ve been going here for years and love the wonderful care they all provide! They are great about giving you exactly what you need but not more than you do. I once thought I had a cavity because I had bad tooth pain and they fit me in right away. They told me everything looked great and I did not have a cavity but it looked like I had been clenching and that could cause the pain. They ended up being right! The pain went away in a few days and I realized it was a result of clenching while I was in labor. I was very appreciative they didn’t try to do work when it was unnecessary(…).

I was treated by Dr. Cindy Park yesterday.   She was very professional and courteous in her treatment of my problem.   She fully explain the procedure involved and frequently asked me to call out if I had any discomfort.   The procedure went smoothly and I had no post-procedure pain or complication.   Her assistant was also very courteous and also explained what she was doing.  

I find the entire staff to be highly patient focused and eagerly seeking customer satisfaction.  

This day 2 post-procedure and no complications at all.  Follow-up is set for 2 weeks from now.

My partner and I found our primary dentist out here in Mission Viejo! What a fantastic staff/office! Dr. Park was so sweet and very detailed with her explanations. The examinations were incredibly thorough and their teeth cleaning service was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly and made sure that I was completely comfortable. As for the interior, when the seat reclines you are faced with a TV to keep you distracted. There are also tree facing windows in the examination rooms giving you a very bright and relaxing ambiance throughout the procedures. I’ve never felt so calm and cared for at a dental office before. Thank you to the entire team!

I’ve been a patient of both (partner dentist) and Dr. Park for about 5 years. It was hard for me to find a good adult dentist after my pediatric dentist so I stopped going for about 10 years but I’ve finally found that office. It’s a family practice which I enjoy. Everyone is personable and every time I go in to my appointments I can see the chemistry that the office shares. I feel like I’m visiting friends when I go to my appointments. I always have a great experience even when I have to get treatment! From routine cleanings and check ups to when I have treatment, both dentists are great and very informative. They show me everything that’s going with my teeth and gums. They’ve even showed me the inside of my tooth during my filling. Pretty cool! They take time to explain everything and most importantly pain free! (I never feel the injection) The assistants do a great job with my X-rays and always make conversation during procedures to make it as smooth as possible and the front office can sure explain my insurance questions where I can understand. I have referred my family and friends. I trust they will be well taken care of! Thanks again! (Partner dentist) and Dr. Park! I value your office! See you in 6 months 🙂

(…)(Partner doctor) & Dr Park are two of the nicest most down to earth people and doctors that take such a careful and mindful approach to their patients that I ended up switching my kids pediatric dentist to them. We just trust them so much and feel so comfortable and valued each time we are in there. Their whole staff is so warm and considerate and have always addressed any of our concerns with such a caring approach. Felicia the office manager is such a doll and so on top of literally everything that goes on in that office and I look forward to seeing Brittney and hearing her infectious laugh anytime myself or our kids have to get work done. Also if you have sensitive teeth like myself, Navi is such a gentle dental hygienist and is absolutely amazing! I just cannot say enough about this office and if you are looking for a new family dentist, you will most definitely not be disappointed!

I started going to Dr Choi and Dr Park a few months back and was immediately impressed when I walked in. I am someone that had neglected my dental care over the past several years so I was very nervous when I walked in. Felisha who was at the front desk was one of the warmest most welcoming people I’ve encountered at any type of medical office. I have been back for a couple visits now and each time have had the same wonderful care and consideration as a patient. If you’re looking for great doctors with genuinely kind and caring staff you should check their office out!

To start with I am a serious dental chicken. But everyone in this office will make you feel like you are important to the. And they really listen to what you say. They are very concerned with your well being and what is best for you and your dental and mental health. No worrying that you will be asked to do something you are uncomfortable with. They make sure you are well informed and comfortable with your treatment.

Excellent care and comfort. Very gentle and thorough hygienist and a very high energy, delightful x-ray tech. Both, and everyone in the office made me feel right at home and at ease. Excellent place for dentistry…!!!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid !!  Dr. Choi and (partner dentist) are so sweet and kind I love coming to visit and getting my teeth cleaned.
