Dr.Doescher is the first dentist i saw in Philadelphia for my treatment. My general assumption of doctors from downtown are so high level they don’t treat all kinds of people. But I was surprised when i entered her office. Even though it’s on 19th floor of 1500 jfk, all kinds of people are observed regardless of your race and financial status. Every one is treated equal here. I have seen all girl power on the floor which is so Inspiring.

I came here after moving to Philly and reading many wonderful reviews, and they do not disappoint! Dr. Doescher is so kind, and she and her staff work incredibly hard to ensure that all of your dental issues are addressed. I had many issues with my teeth when I came here the first time (after many years of not being able to afford to go to the dentist), and they’ve all been addressed and we’ve begun the process of taking care of them. I would highly recommend this team! They even kept me calm while getting my wisdom teeth pulled, which was not an easy feat! That being said, it is a busy dental office in the heart of Philly, so definitely plan an adequate cushion of time after your appointment time. Waiting never bothers me, but just as a heads up for anyone looking to schedule here, based on my experience. Thanks Dr. Doescher and the whole Smile Team!

One of the best dentists I have ever been to and had the most amazing results in a quicker time than I envisioned! Dr. Doescher is very professional, efficient, conservative in her treatments, and always listens to and finds time for her patients. She explained what I needed and what I could put on hold for now. Great location, with the easiest online check-in and new patient form system that I’ve ever seen. Not to mention, the current special they’re running (free whitening trays for new patients) is such a great incentive to try them out. I have moderate anxiety when it comes to the dentist after some previous bad experiences, but the whole team here did a great job at calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable. Everyone treated my teeth and gums so gently, but I still left feeling squeaky clean. They experienced some technical difficulty with their scheduler and were overbooked when I arrived, but handled it beautifully so that it hardly effected my wait time. Dr. Doescher assured me that wasn’t normal and genuinely apologized, which I really appreciated. Absolutely loved her! For the first time in my life, I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning.

My first visit here was really a great experience. Dr Doescher and her assistants were friendly, calm, and patient, and the doctor was confident and so quick. I have high anxiety around medical situations especially needles, and they worked exactly as I requested -and the worst was over in a few seconds. They also offered music and Netflix at every chair, I’ve never seen this before, and it was a great distraction! I had a significant amount of dental work done, along with several new patient forms and many x-rays, and was finished in under 2 hours. The office itself is beautiful, bright and renovated, with a nice view of Center City. I’ve already referred 2 friends.

By far the best experience I have had at the dentist. They listened to my concerns and took my preferences into consideration. They followed up with me a few days after to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend them if you have ever had a scarring experience at the dentist. Even their questionnaire during your first visit asked about personal experience with past dentists. I really appreciated this. This is a judgement free zone, which is counter cultural to my past dental experience. You can tell that they really just want to help their patients.

Last week I had a dental emergency & Dr. Doescher saw me at her Center City office in Philly right away. It was my first visit with the Smile Team & I had the best experience, beyond my expectations! The staff is super professional, efficient & friendly. I love their mission – they are truly a TEAM:) This is evident starting from the front desk, through assistants & dentists as they work together, assuring I had the best outcome. I enjoyed hearing them communicate with each other effectively & respectfully. Kudos to Dr. Doescher for cultivating such kind culture in her workspace. She thought of every detail coming up with the concept, including modern decor, comfortable seating & soothing chill music in the background. It makes you feel like you are at un upscale spa & not about to get some dental work done;) I was very pleased with how the team treated my dental issue so I scheduled my first cleaning appointment with them in their North East Philly office a few days later. Needless to say, that appointment was just as amazing & I am happy to have finally found the best Team to take care of my dental needs. Thank you Smile Team!!!

I will start this by saying I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt compelled to because the experience was extremely positive! From setting my appointment the same day on a Saturday, to my visit with Dr. Mithani’s entire team from start to finish was by far the best experience one could have at a dentist office. They are super efficient, flexible, kind, and really good at their job. I worked for a dental office previously, and the Dr was super knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about her and her team, and left the office with a huge smile on my face. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

First let me say that I HAVE NEVER had an amazing visit like this one. Dr. Doescher is truly AMAZING !!! She makes you feel like if you’re her friend & not just another patient! I loved my visit at Smile Team. The team is extremely friendly and the place is immaculate. It was my first visit and I loved the view from the 19th floor and the fact that I could watch Netflix on my own TV. Dr. Doesher was very informative and engaging with me, and she made me feel comfortable like I was right at home. And I can’t forget how amazing it is that they provide free teeth whitening trays (they make the molds themselves) and gel for all of their patients. How many dentists do you know who does that? Something that I really appreciated about this office is that they were very clear to me about costs, and what my insurance would/would not cover. I can’t count how many times I go to a medical office and ask what the cost will be for me, before I get the service, and no one can tell me even an estimate. It’s very important for me to know ahead of time since I have been burnt by insurance companies before. I got my cleaning and discussed scheduling another treatment I need with the doctor— the team looked up my insurance and told me exactly what that treatment would cost before I even scheduled! I felt like they really heard my concerns.

I’m someone who ALWAYS has a problem with their teeth (thanks to Toms Toothpaste for the lack of fluoride in their products) – so I usually go into the dentist with my tail between my legs fearing what will come. I’m either shammed into not flossing enough, or it’s just a painful experience between the wait time, x-rays and the drilling. So I was desperate to find a new dentist, that could fix my root canal and give me a good clean and was referred to Dr. Bansi Mithani Doescher The lobby was very tidy, clean and played great music, but fear not, I was only actually waiting for maybe 80 seconds before the front desk asked me if I filled out the paperwork online (definitely do this before if you decide to make an employment) which I did not, so he handed a IPad to fill out the forms. Within 5 minutes of filling out the form via IPad (I’m now waiting for 6 minutes total) a friendly staff member took me back, asked why I was coming in, what I needed and how they could help. She then let me know I would need x-rays (which we knew going into this) proceeded to do so imminently, finished in less than 10 minutes then sent the dentist in for my evaluation. Dr. Bansi Mithani Doescher is so incredibly down to earth and helpful – she let me know they needed to fix my previous root canal, made the appointment for me the NEXT DAY and started my cleaning. PEOPLE THIS ALL HAPPENED IN A HALF HOUR. Dr. Bansi Mithani Doescher then told me she would give me a fluoride heavy toothpaste (which was never offered at ANY of my previous dentists in my 26 years on this earth) If you are scared of the dentist, hate your current dentist, or just want to start going again because you’ve been too busy, give Dr. Bansi Mithani Doescher a try. You will not be disappointed 🙂

I was recommended to smile team by a coworker. Im particular about my dental work and was satisfied all the way around. My insurance was new and I didn’t have the correct account number so their staff contacted my insurance company to obtain the information. All the of techs were accommodating and nice to talk to. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures and that the room was clean. The dentist was so nice! She took the time to read through my questionnaire and ask follow up questions to ensure my visit was satisfactory. So happy I was able to find Dr. Mithani after she moved on from Cumani Dental. I hold her in high regard as I come all the way from South Jersey for my dental care. She is very accommodating for my schedule as I have a lot of times gotten same day appointments and never more than a couple days out. Besides the fantastic office experience (able to watch Netflix), the ease of scheduling appointments online or with her support staff, it’s the actual care you get from Dr Mithani and her staff which makes me keep making the trip over the bridge.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Doescher’s for two years. Every time I come into the office, the staff is friendly, caring and understanding, and that’s important, especially now during COVID-19. Before I came in, I had no idea I could feel so relaxed at the dentist! My fillings came out great and I feel so much better. I feel really cared for here, and the doctor goes out of her way to remember things about me and about my care whenever I come in for a cleaning. In the center city office I went to, there’s even another waiting room for social distancing. I feel super safe in the office, and the doctor was able to break down all the precautions they would be doing in the office before I came in. I can’t recommend her enough. I was referred to Dr. Doescher and The Smile Team by a friend who may or may not have a review below (hint: she does). I don’t know about anyone else here, but since moving to Philly, I’ve had the hardest time finding good doctors who have any semblance of good bedside manner (maybe I have high standards?). Dr. Doescher and The Smile Team single-handedly restored my faith in Philly doctors. Dr. Doescher made me feel comfortable from the first minute. She’s so unbelievably nice and I felt like she truly cared about my well-being. I didn’t have any pressing issues or concerns, but I’d feel more than comfortable asking such questions without feeling like I was eating into her lunch hour or something unlike some other doctors I’ve seen in Philly. In addition to just general doctor/patient relationship, she also made an effort to get to know me on a more personal level (turns out we went to the same high school!). The office itself feels modern, clean, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a new dentist or you’re unhappy with your current dentist, I highly recommend this practice!

I have known Dr. Bansi Doescher for 2 years, before meeting Mrs. Doescher I had a very hard time sticking to one dentist. However, Mrs. Doescher is different from all the other dentists out there she is very gentle and knowledgeable, she also makes sure that you understand everything. I want to say that Mrs. Doescher and her team are all perfectionist. From the moment you walk into her office you don’t feel as if you are going to a dentist appointment you will actually be caught up into a very relaxing ambience which will even make your fears scatter. I believe that SmileTeam is just like an undiscovered gold mine.
