Zero Pain! I had my first root canal today and was pleasantly surprised that it was a pain free experience. I didn’t think that was possible after hearing some root canal stories from friends. Dr Davis and his team are awesome!! I came to Dr. Davis 7 years ago for major dental restoration. He was referred to me as the best cosmetic dentist in Orange County and it is true! He is an artist and truly cares that you have the most perfect smile and oral health. Now several years with my gorgeous smile I get tons of compliments on my teeth. The beautiful part is they look so natural. I visit regularly for my cleanings and Terry my hygienists is very thorough, gentle, and genuinely tells me like it is when I am not diligent with my oral hygiene. I work in the dental education field. I chose Dr. Davis because I know he is truly a Cosmetic Dentist. I had poor dental work done by a prior dentist and it needed to be corrected. Dr. Davis took time to formulate a plan to makeover my smile and did (extensive) dental work for me last year. He looked at my whole smile, the wear on my teeth, my bite and did an amazing job. It included closing a space in my front teeth, bleaching, bonding, he sent me for crown lengthening, and replaced 9 crowns. I am amazed every time I look at my smile and I have been beyond happy with every step of the process. He is kind, considerate, fair and has an amazing staff. I have highly recommended him to my family and friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. Davis is by far the best dentist I have ever come in contact with. Whenever I go to their office I have never once had to wait more than 5 minutes. I’m always in and out in a timely manner. Everyone who works there is so kind and the service is incredible. Dr. Davis did veneers for me a few years ago and he is an artist when it comes to teeth. No one can ever believe my teeth aren’t real because he made them look so natural and beautiful. I am also doing Invisalign with them right now too and they’ve made the process extremely easy. Before I started coming to Dr. Davis’s office I was so scared of a dental visit that I skipped them for over 20 years. Only an emergency made me go and I was lucky to find this group of dedicated and skilled people. I have not regretted my decision in the 15 plus years I have been coming here. If you need dental work you cannot go wrong here.
Today I went in to get a chipped tooth fixed. I can truthfully say that it was painless with the new local anesthetic that they are using. Dr. Davis and his staff know how to make what is commonly a dreaded experience into something that is almost stress free.
When a crown fell out before Christmas I was worried that I would have to wait until after the first of the year for the office to reopen. But after calling and leaving a message I got an immediate response from Dr. Davis and we met in his office on Sunday morning to make a quick repair. That is the kind of service that they always provide.

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Nicholas C. Davis is a graduate of Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry in California. After teaching at the University, he established his Eastbluff practice in Newport Beach, California in 1980. His passion for dentistry and science was the driving force behind achieving his Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellowship in the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics. His meticulous attention to detail contributed to his achieving the prestigious recognition of Accredited Fellow in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is one of very few internationally with this Board Certification in Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a past president of the Orange County Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Davis’ love of art and photography is his inspiration for creating beautiful smiles. He is a pioneer lecturer regarding the lip enhancement effects related to smile design. He authored the Smile Design chapter in the dental textbook, Dental Clinics of North America. He has also published numerous cosmetic-related articles in the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry and other professional publications. He lectures nationally and internationally at dental conferences and universities. He currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry teaching cosmetic dentistry to students and doctors returning to improve their cosmetic skills. In addition to photography, Dr. Davis enjoys making gardening an art. His wife, Kiki, is a fine artist. Her bright, tropical and European paintings, some of which have been published, are on display throughout the office.
