Dr James is an amazing dentist! I have had some bad anxiety and hatttteeee having dentists in my mouth!! Dr James was so gentle with everything I had 2 fillings done. He asked me if I wanted to be numbed and for some crazy reason I said no! He has such a gentle hand I didn’t clench my fists once during the whole appointment. I didn’t feel anything! I also noticed a huge difference between the fillings Dr James did and my previous dentist. My old filling feels like a clump but this new one by Dr James feels like the same grooves of my teeth. It’s not noticeable. I love it! I can’t wait to get my wisdom teeth extracted and my Invisalign! He’s a jack of all dental trades! The definition of a one stop shop! Thanks Dr James, (partner dentist) and staff!!

Had a cleaning not too long ago.  It had been a while since my last one so I understood they had to do imaging and what they consider a deep clean.  It was fairly quick, painless, and teeth felt so fresh and so clean clean.  Staff seemed great though I did to interact with them that much.  Enjoyed it as much as a dentist visit can be enjoyed.

Everything about this place was incredible. I haven’t been to the dentist in years, not because I don’t like them or because I am embarrassed, but because my last experience with a dentist was atrocious.

The office is beautiful, the staff are warm and friendly while very professional, and everything was just awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a pleasant experience. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months. 😀

SoCal smiles has to be one of the most pleasurable places to go for me. I never thought I could say that about a dentist, but the people that work here have truly changed how I feel about going. They listen to what you have to say and are so gentle if you are sensitive (like me). I wanted to thank everyone who helped me at SoCal smiles. My front tooth had grown in with a large discolored spot that I had wanted gone for most of my life and Dr. James was able to cover up that spot AND even stayed late to make sure it was perfect. I no longer have to feel self conscious when I smile and I am beyond grateful for the team and their willingness to give me a great smile and healthy gums. Don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else!

My boyfriend in earlier this year to remove all 4 of his (complicated & huge) wisdom teeth. Dr. James and the assistants Abby & Jasmin made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Surgery was a breeze! We always have our cleanings with Lauren and we are nothing but satisfied and pleased with the results. Thanks, SoCal Smiles!

I recently had some cosmetic work done from Dr. James Kim and couldn’t be happier! I was always self conscious about a particular tooth when smiling leaving me to only pose on one side for pictures. Dr. James listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations! More than anything, I’m mad at myself for waiting so long to have this tooth fixed. The procedure was fast thanks to their amazing assistant Abby and when he numbed me I was shocked to not feel a thing. Thank you SoCal Smiles!

The office made my visit super easy and fast. I was in and out with no hassle. Everyone there was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my time there. I went for a cleaning and am usually fearful of the dentist due to my strong dislike in teeth pain, but Dr. Kim was super fast and I didn’t feel any pain while during my cleaning. The staff was very attentive to detail which I consider a top 3 must for any professional business. I have been looking for a dentist and dental office to become a regular. My teeth greatly appreciates everyone at socal smiles 🙂

I would definitely recommend SoCal Smiles Dentistry as they are always nice and courteous at the front desk first of all. Also, Dr. Kim takes the time to know whats going on with my oral health and every time I return to the chair, I am showing improvement in my gums. Great Dental office!

Dr. Kim and his team were phenomenal from start to finish! I was having a medical emergency and needed to see a dentist asap, and needed to get assigned to their office by my insurance. The receptionist walked me through what I had to do and luckily they were able to see me that day! Everything throughout out my experience in the office was very well explained and they made me feel extremely well taken care of. Dr. Kim and his assistant did excellent work, were gentle, and had great communication with me for the entirety of my appointment. I was very happy I chose Dr. Kim and highly recommend SoCal Smiles Dentistry!

My 12 year old son needed to have 4 teeth pulled for part of his orthodontic work. A lot of dentist did not feel comfortable doing it. Dr James Kim did not hesitate and exuded confidence when I explained the case. My son felt immediately comfortable upon entering the office. The office is spacious and gives a sense of calmness. The front desk workers were all polite and professional. The wait was not terribly long. Once we got to the back, the procedure went smoothly. My son was not in pain at all. Dr Kim was fast and thorough. All four teeth came out in about 10 mins.

Dr Kim and his staff are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond. Upon my arrival, I asked the friendly staff for some input on my wedding ring (a beautiful setting around my husbands wisdom tooth.. I know, weird for some) which had recently become cracked. The staff were enthusiastic and eager to tell me to ask Dr Kim. After asking him for advice on what to do to prevent future cracks, he fixed my ring! I could have cried I was so happy!
I was also very pleased with my appointment and am happy to call them “my dentist”. Nothing but smiles 😀

I would highly recommend this dentist office. The office is clean, the technicians provide excellent care, and Dr. Kim is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent dentist. I have been a client for years, and continue to receive excellent care. I have always found prices to be affordable. The office manager is good to always give patient care estimates ahead of time. Dr. Kim never tries to upsell you like my past dentists have.

From the doctors to the staff, everyone in the office is professional and friendly. Even my children look forward to the check-ups every 6 months. They are not afraid of getting fillings! Dr. Kim is super patient and efficient. I would recommend SoCal Smiles to all ages of patients. =)

I had the most pleasant experience at Socal Smiles!! The staff is super friendly and professional. I usually get nervous at dental offices, but Dr. Kim made me feel comfortable from the beginning til end!

I had to see a dentist because of a piece of a tooth that was broken. It wasn’t giving me pain, but I could see the hole when I smiled, so it was more for cosmetic reasons. Dr. Kim was able to fill it and make it look extremely natural!! I couldn’t have been happier with the results!!

My son broke his front tooth off new years eve and of course on (that date) everything was closed, I called early in the morning on (the next day) to my dental group and they referred me to SoCal Smiles. I called as soon as they opened and asked if we could come in today, which they did the service and the extra mile this dental office gave us in our time of need was awesome. My sons new tooth looks like all of the rest of his teeth and his pain was minimal at best. I would highly recommend SoCal Dental.

Love this office, love the staff. Front desk staff are super friendly and always greet me by my first name when I walk in the door. I have a super hectic crazy schedule, working seven days a week, and they are always more than willing to work around my schedule and reschedule me when needed. The dental hygienist Lauren is AMAZING. She is fast, painless, and always does an amazing job. She is super friendly and I always look forward to cleanings by her. The rest of the staff is lovely as well. I’ve yet to meet anybody that works there that I don’t like. Dr. James is awesome as well. Love this place.
