Highly recommend! No body likes going to the dentist but Dr. Nelson and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. Great work Meagan and Madison! I recently changed dentist to Dr. Nelson’s office and I just figured all dental offices were the same – not the case. I have never been offered a blanket, pillow and headphones while getting my teeth cleaned, not to mention massage chairs! The thing I liked the most was Meagan, Madison, and Dr. Nelson all explained everything they were going to do very thoroughly prior to doing it! Something so simple makes such a difference. Normally I just open my mouth and let them do their thing not knowing what they are doing or constantly have to ask. They have all the details down to make it a pleasant experience.

Excellent!  Dr. Nelson is kind, compassionate and genuinely cares about your health and overall well-being.  The entire staff is equally caring, good-natured and professional.    The whole experience has been wonderful.  I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and Southtown Dental Care.  Any apprehensions or fears about your dental care are transformed by their cheerful dispositions,  smiles and the absolute best in quality care as soon as you walk through their doors

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nelson and team. That’s saying something given my first interaction with Southtown Dental Care involved them removing a piece of my head. Britney at the front desk worked to make intake and billing seamless and transparent, and made me feel welcome right from the start. Madison was fantastic in getting me setup for my procedure, ensuring everything was clear and comfortable. Dr. Nelson himself was open and sincere, explaining everything clearly and patiently listening to all my questions. His and Madison’s confident and steady teamwork really put me at ease during the procedure. Everyone was warm, accommodating, and professional from the second I walked through the door.

First time patient. I went to the office with my 10 month old son as I am stay at home parent. The staff immediate made me feel welcomed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. The dentist was thorough and charming. And the billing rep was courteous and understanding while giving me options on how to finance the work I needed for my teeth. After sporadically going to different dentists for years. I’m proud to say I found a winner 🙂

Just got my teeth cleaned this morning by Megan; who is FANTASTIC, kind, caring, gentle; and taught me how to really floss my teeth properly!   The office staff always smiles & is very helpful, and Brenda is still there too–she’s super knowledgeable and sweet.   I was a patient of Dr. Jerry Cox, who I loved, (who was in this location prior to Dr. Nelson,)  and Dr. Nelson is equally as kind and compassionate; as well as a top notch dentist who knows his stuff!   If my insurance was not accepted here, I would still go to Southtown Dental!   I give it my highest recommendation!

I would have to say that Southtown Dental Care is one of the most welcoming and professionail dentists offices I have ever been too. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel at home and they actually listen to your concerns, issues, and try to find the best solution. Hands down 5 stars and I would recommend Dr.Nelson every time. Also a big shout out to Megan, Brittney, Brenda, and every other amazing lady that helped me out yesterday.

I am one whose blood pressure goes extremely high but when I visit Dr Nelson’s office I feel completely relax. My previous dentist was with for almost 30 years until he retired. I went to three different dentist between my dentist and Dr. Nelson they were all hard core and rude. My hat is off to the dr. and staff at Southtown dental they made me feel extremely comfortable and appreciated thanks again

This is my first time writing a review on line, but I felt compelled to add my comments about Southtown Dental Care based on the fantastic service I received. My experience started with talking with Ronda about the work and procedures that I needed. She is absolutely wonderful and a great asset to this office. She explained everything in great detail, was extremely knowledgeable. very compassionate and just a pure delight to speak to. She even took the time to check on how things were going during my visit there and for as busy as she is, that meant a lot. Dr. Nelson and his staff were so pleasant to work with and made every effort to make my experience there a pleasurable one. From turning on Netflix on the TV to the chair massagers to my own headphones, every detail was covered. Their professionalism and caring have given me the opportunity to smile with confidence that I was missing for so long. Every time I talk to friends, clients or co-workers who mention that they need any type of dental work or advice, I immediately give them the number to Southtown Dental Care and tell them to call Ronda so that they can enjoy the same experience that I was able to. Thank you very much!

Dr. Nelson and his staff are the best! The office is efficient, kind and informative. The front office staff are so personable and helpful. My hygenist Meghan is the best I’ve ever had. Very gentle, educated about dental care and pleasant to talk to. Dr. Nelson knows his stuff and has helped me improve my teeth and smile! The office is great!

Beautiful office, amazing staff, amazing Dentist! I haven’t gone to the dentist in 10 years due to trauma growing up, so of course I was apprehensive at first. Dr. Nelson and the team made me feel so comfortable getting work done. From the headphones they provide, to the massage chairs, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel anything at all. Look no further, this is your guy.
