Amazing! Went in an anxious mess, left totally relieved. Everyone I interacted with was so sweet and kind. Jocelyn was amazing and let me know everything I needed to know, and answered any question I had no matter what. I felt extremely comfortable, safe and almost like I was home hahaha. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment and so should you!

Dr. Spaulding sees both me and my wife. Until recently I had a pretty average feeling on her and the practice. I had had good experiences but nothing over the top WOW. The facility is nice. The hygenists and Dr. Spaulding are both very nice and professional. They always seem to be really flexible with scheduling having extended hours one night a week even. But i feel like those qualities would lend to a 3 or 4 rating as most dentists worth their salt have these things. About 2 months ago my wife needed a medium level oral procedure. She came home and tried to explain it to me after the consult but I couldnt visualize it. So I called and Dr. Spaulding agreed to have a 2nd consult with us, squeezing us in to her busy schedule. After the procedure which went well my wife was in some pain and very uncomfortable. Dr Spaulding (not a secretary or hygenist) has called her 4 times in the past 2 weeks and even given my wife her personal cell number. She also agreed to allow her to have a follow up before her official follow up. That is A+ service in my book.

Dr. Spaulding and her staff are fantastic!! I started as a new patient with them in 2011 after having gone several years without visiting a dentist. Needless to say, I needed a fair amount of work done. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Spaulding and the others I interacted with (a dental hygienist and an administrative assistant) were outstanding. Regarding actual dental work, Dr. Spaulding and my hygienist were very delicate when working on my mouth and were also careful to explain to me exactly what was being done real-time and what needed to be done moving forward. The administrative assistants were very helpful with sorting out my insurance information, coverage, etc. The environment of the office is relaxing, somewhat reminiscent of a spa, and one detail I especially appreciated is the personalized noise-reducing headphones during dental procedures. I have been a patient there for about 16 months now and could not be happier! The dental care I have received there has been top-notch. I also have several coworkers who use Dr. Spaulding as their dentist of choice and they too are very happy patients. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking high-quality, attentive, and gentle dental care in the Decatur/Atlanta/Emory area.

I am always extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff at Dr. Spauldings office. From the first call before my husband and I were patients they always took the time to answer any and all questions we had. They were extremely knowledable about everything including filing insurance claims. They are always correct with the estimated payments from the insurance and nothing has ever caught my husband or I off guard when paying for our services. Truely honest professionals which is hard to find in todays economy. My husband has not been to a dentist in over 10 years due to a bad experience with a dentist. Dr. Spaulding and staff took extra care of him and made him feel comfortable and relaxed. Now he is willing to go back to the dentist and have the work completed that he needs. Between the both of us we have had fillings and crowns completed by Dr. Spaulding and am very pleased with the results. My husband even had a few concerns over his crown but Dr. Spaulding made time for him to come in and have it adjusted at no charge. For one appointment we were 30 minutes late however the staff understood that traffic accidents happen and they still told us to come in and they would make the time to fulfill our appointment. Again they are extremely professional and flexible and I would recommend Dr. Spauldings team to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spaulding for a long time – as long as she has had a practice of her own. I have always found her work to be the best and all that I could wish. She is careful about pain management and I’ve never felt much “discomfort” under normal circumstances. She uses technology well, often being able to show you on a monitor Xrays or visible light pictures, to point out exactly what’s wrong or right in your mouth. The office environment is relaxing and “new-wave”-ish and you get your selection of music to relax by. (I’m an engineer and not scared by dentists so this isn’t important to me, but I bet a lot of people like it….) I mainly have had crowns and fillings – once a veneer. They always fit perfectly and feel completely natural; sometimes after a (free) return visit to make a small adjustment. She warranties all of her work, I think perhaps for lifetime? Her hygienists do excellent work and give good advice for taking care of my gums (if only I followed all of it, hmmm?). The assistants are quick and professional and I’ve never seen one make a mistake. Her office staff does turn over apparently every year or two; I don’t know if this is standard, good or bad. They have always made me feel welcome and greeted me immediately. Appointments and changes – they seem to be pretty busy and I have to be sure to schedule well in advance (25-35 days) if I want particular dates and times; however if I am flexible about time they have always been able to fit me in the next business day. Costs – hard to tell how this practice compares, as I’ve not seen another dentist in a long time. I do know that my dental insurance discounts steeply many of her set prices. Also, she uses a superhard and excellent material for crowns, which my dental insurance will not completely cover – will only reimburse for a standard material. Overall, I think her pricing is more than fair for the quality of work; it’s just me having to make it fit within my budget that makes me wince. She has recently outsourced her billing and receivables to a service, we’ll see how they do. Her office staff was pretty good at showing me what procedures were going to cost and what my insurance would pay. So – excellent work, relaxing office, good pain management, great hygienists and assistants, limited hours but sufficient, good staff, pricing might (?) be a bit high (you want to have dental insurance….). Highly recommended.

I have always received spectacular service and care from Dr. Spaulding’s office. I have never had a dental hygienist spend more time and care on my teeth than Lyndsie. She is extremely friendly, patient, and takes time to explain everything to me. Hard to find a hygienist as great as her. I would highly recommend this practice to any of my family and friends. The front office always gives me a courtesy call to remind me of my appointments, which is good since I’m quite forgetful. Dr. Spaulding has performed great work on my teeth, and always explains to me what to expect before any procedure. She is very nice lady. The is office atmosphere is also very relaxing, and I never feel like I’m at a dentist office

This office is extremely well-run. Any time I have an appointment, I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to get brought back after I arrive. I’m always greeted warmly and the staff genuinely care about my comfort and well-being throughout the entire visit. They have state-of-the-art equipment and their efficiency while you’re in the chair is something that every medical/dental office should observe and take notes. I’m proud to be a 5 year + patient of Dr. Spaulding. Here’s to many more!

What an awesome experience with Dr Spaulding and her staff. From the moment you walk into the beautifully decorated offices you are transported to a serine atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and removes any anxiety that you may have toward dentists. My hygienist, Stephanie, has made her cubicle a welcoming nook that you can feel comfortable in while she does an excellent job of cleaning your teeth. Dr Spaulding comes in and follows through with a professional and pleasant assessment of your individual situation. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spaulding for several years. I am always treated professionally and am able to be scheduled when convenient for me. The new office is like a Spa. Serene, Calm, and good vibes surround. Which, I need for the dentist, as it’s not my favorite thing to do. Lyndsie is my hygienist and she is great!! So personable and remembers me every time and what we talked about. She puts me at ease and does a great job with my Dental care. Dr. Spaulding is warm, compassionate and honest with what the priorities should be with my treatment plan. Highly recommend!!
