After having a nightmare experience at another local dentist, we were referred to Spearmint Dental. It was the absolute best decision! To preface, my husband has a fear of doctors and has avoided the dentist at all cost. Unfortunately, it caught up to him and he needed urgent care. Making the appointment was so simple. The process sent through text was the easiest medical paperwork I have ever had to complete. When arriving, the front desk ladies were nice and welcoming. They had my husband in the chair, exam completed, proposal and procedure easily explained, preformed an intense procedure, and we were out the door within a few hours. They reassured my nervous husband with tremendous grace. Every single employee was smiling. The atmosphere was what made this experience the best it could be under the circumstances. Keep it up! I started going here because I had a tooth hurting and it needed to be pulled. They were open and the other ones in my area weren’t or couldn’t see me that day. I don’t have insurance and they were willing to help me find a way for what I needed. Which was more than just a tooth pulled. Everyone here is very friendly and cautious. This is my favorite dentist that is located locally near me. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. I never have problems with scheduling, flexibility, or paperwork. Dr. Gill is absolutely the best Dentist I have ever been to. She is soft spoken, clear in explanations, compassionate and has passion for what she does. She is a bright, intelligent woman. I have had my fair share of bad to horrible experiences in the past. I have had a tremendous amount of dental work, paid a ridiculous amount of money, and never been treated as well as my husband and I are here. Her assistants are pleasant, and attentive. Dr Gill is a GEM GEM! I have always feared dentists and especially the freezing or numbing as I had a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE at 6 years of age and it terrified me; Thank God I have had pretty good teeth and haven’t had much required work. Dr. Gill very patient, knowledgeable and speaks in ordinary lay language that ANYONE CAN UNDERSTAND, but MOST IMPORTANTLY VERY VERY GENTLE!!
