My daughter is getting her braces off today and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we’ve received from Dr. Tito, Dr. Kristin, and the rest of the orthodontic and office staff. For the last year and a half they have been 100% on time with appointments, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, informative, cooperative with our schedule, and above all have given my daughter a beautiful set of straight teeth! We started out at another Ortho in the city that we did not like and moved right before braces went on. We felt a world of difference once we moved to Stone Oak Orthodoctics and couldn’t be more pleased!

Both Dr. Norris and Dr. Caesar are excellent, they care about my teeth and smile as much as I do! They are truly passionate about what they do and make sure you’re happy with the treatment they are giving you. The rest of the Stone Oak Orthodontics team is amazing as well! The atmosphere is always friendly, energetic, positive and welcoming. I am thankful for having the two best orthodontists in San Antonio.

I first took my son to Dr. Norris about 16 months ago. I am so impressed by his professionalism and the warmth and care of his staff! My experience was so positive that I am now a patient!! I’m so happy to work with Flavia who I have seen every visit! Her infectious smile and genuine concern when treating me makes me look forward to going.

If you are looking for a modern location with friendly staff that is quick and efficient…this is your place. I arrived only for a consultation and had nothing but a pleasant visit. The entire staff is all smiles and the facility is amazing! They sit with you and talk over all of your options and they are MORE than willing to work with your financial abilities. I was very impressed with them and I am going back to get orthodontic treatment…to top it all off they gave me the best peach jam I have ever had. I will absolutely recommend them to others.

I have confidence they will do the right thing to address my concern and work me into their tight schedule whenever I have an issue. And they are always kind and understanding when issues arise. To top it off there was no charge to apply adhesive to my permanent retainer and remake my nighttime retainer due to an unrelated dental procedure. I always leave their office with a smile! Their entire team treats you like family.

Started out well enough and then took a turn for the worse. Initial consultation went fine and he agreed to shift my upper rear teeth back down to even my bite. I’d had previous treatment in Austin and the braces were left on too long and shifted my teeth inappropriately. Paid in full before treatment (1st mistake), brackets were placed on all at once which unfortunately did not work the way they planned because one side was higher than the other and many were crooked. Instead of simply moving the bracket placement Dr. Tito decided to bend the wire instead, which didn’t work. After over a year with no shift in the back teeth, my front upper tooth now had a chip from hitting the lower brackets. Dr. Tito decided to severely shave my front lower teeth instead (pics of before and after) of simply adjusting the back brackets to shift my teeth down as initially agreed upon. There was no discussion, he just pulled out a power tool and went to work and then disappeared. By the time I got to my car I was in tears. I had massive gaps for MONTHS in my front lower teeth. Horrifying. Every issue I discussed or reached out about was ignored. Dr. Caesar measured my lower teeth and one of my lower front teeth is now an entire millimeter smaller than the others. With no way to get my money back (over $4700) I had to continue, hoping I could just be able to chew properly at some point. After not being seen since February this year and the offices being closed due to COVID related mandates, my bottom wire snapped and two upper brackets came off. I ordered and placed a replacement wire myself until I could be seen again. After waiting and waiting, I finally had to call and schedule an appointment myself to be seen finally in late June. After describing what happened during the shutdown, I was berated like a child in front of my 9 year old son for practicing “self-care”. My treatment had already gone over the promised time with no real progress in the back teeth and damage to my upper and lower front teeth. Shortly after my appointment, I received a letter in the mail stating I needed additional work done, bracket removal, and retainers and to seek another professional as his office would no longer see me because of “admitted self-care”. Honestly, I think he finally realized the damage he caused and was looking for an out and so blamed the patient, dropped my case to keep a clean image and made off like a bandit with my money during COVID shutdowns. So, now I have to find another ortho and pay thousands more during shutdowns – lovely.

You couldn’t ask for a better experience! All of the staff was so personable and friendly. Can you say that you actually had fun at an orthodontist office? If you go to see Dr. Norris or Caesar, the answer is a resounding YES!! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and we are confident that we couldn’t have put my daughter’s smile in better hands!
