I have just completed a two year journey at Stroh Orthodontics. I always looked forward to going to his office. The staff is extraordinary!! Dr Stroh and team are reassuring, professional and kind. They treat young children, teens and adults. The reception area is pristine and welcoming. Love this office! Dr. Stroh and his staff are so friendly and fun, atmosphere is very kid (and adult) friendly! Most important is the high skill level of Dr. Stroh. As a dentist myself, it was important for me to choose an excellent clinician who understood my treatment goals, and would work with me to achieve them. I am nearly done with my treatment, and am extremely pleased. They are very efficient, I have never had to wait more than 10 min, they usually call me back right away. We started with Dr. Stroh and staff 3+ years ago as my eldest had a severe overbite and his top front teeth were growing out so badly that we could barely understand the boy! He also had my genetic predisposition to a “weak jaw” (technically called “underdeveloped” – and probably cause for my sleep apnea too!) which forces all the men in my family to wear a beard to cover. Dr. Stroh said we had perfect timing as he could install a MARA device to help move his jaw forward as he entered puberty. It was either that or jaw surgery when he was older! I’m so happy with the results. Not only was the speech issue corrected quickly (like within a few months) but now my son’s jawline is perfect! He’s 14 now and has a beautiful smile. He’s almost done with treatment and now his brother is starting. Very very happy with all Stroh Orthodontics has done for us!

Where do I begin? If I could give Dr. Stroh 10 stars I would. To begin I transferred in from another orthodontics practice that told me that I was most likely going to have an implant on a tooth that was only 30% likely to come down. When Dr Stroh brought me in, he told me that my chances of having that tooth come down was 100% likely and we will get it done as quickly as possible. Not only did Dr Stroh pull that tooth down, he made my smile look so perfect, not to gloat, but really show the lengths that Dr Stroh will go to for perfection. I could not be anymore appreciative of him and his team, who always brought me to a smile every time I came in. You could never go wrong with taking your orthodontic needs to Dr. Stroh, he really does care about his patients and his work. Thank you so much Dr. Stroh, I could not be anymore pleased with my experience.

I can not thank Dr. Stroh enough for the amazing job he did with my son’s overbite and straightening of the teeth. Though the process was not quick or easy, Dr. Stroh was so precise in his treatment plan. He is a perfectionist and willing to put in the extra time to get it just right. Dr. Stroh truly cares about his patients and the whole experience. Case in point, he opened his office early on a Saturday, so that my son could have his braces removed in time for his high school winter formal that evening! Just walking in the office the first time, I knew we were in the right hands. His staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office clean and welcoming. At each visit, whether for a check up or an emergency fix, we were always treated as someone important. Thank you Dr. Stroh! You are a real gem!

I can’t believe Dr. Stroh doesn’t have more reviews, he is as good as it gets. I came to Dr. Stroh to repair the damage that a previous orthodontist did to my teeth. I was so traumatized at how bad my teeth were that I hardly left the house. From the moment I had a consultation I knew I was in good hands. I teared up in the consultation room explaining my situation and he was quick to eliminate my fears. Since I was about to be starting college I was embarrassed to be getting braces on again and really pushed to have them off within a year. To be honest, I was probably the most annoying patient he has ever had. I would come in every 2 weeks instead of 4, I would bring charts and drawings of how I want my teeth to look, etc. Never did he act annoyed about it and he listened to each and every concern. In the end he was able to get my braces off in less than a year with absolutely phenomenal results. He also kept in constant contact with my dentist as I had to have additional dental work done once the braces were removed. My experience with Dr. Stroh was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.

When I was told that at seventy + I needed braces was taken aback. I tried to start with another but there prices were huge. I was directed to Dr Stroh by my grown daughter. I have been happy with the whole process every since. He has a great staff that made clear I wasn’t the first old guy to need trays. I cannot believe how many people could NOT notice the Invisalign trays.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Stroh and his team. He is the perfect combination of professional and fun. Plus he’s really funny. (Who knew orthodontists had so many jokes??? And not only dad jokes.) You can tell the kiddos just love him. Truth be told, I was a bit embarrassed to get Invisalign at my age. But he and his staff made me feel like it was the most normal thing in the world. I’m actually sad I only have a few trays left! I’ll miss the laughs and smiling faces (with beautiful straight teeth, of course). Seriously couldn’t recommend him more. So stop reading this! Call his office already! P.s. My last visit in August was super safe and sanitary, which is hard to do when mouths are involved

From day one Frida was confident that Dr. Stroh could help my sons condition and could fix his problem without breaking his jaw. And I will say they have not fallen short of any promises. From the first visit to the current visits almost 5 years later, Dr Stroh and his office have been amazing. They explain all procedures thoroughly. The appointments are punctual, the staff is receptive, kind, helpful and gentle. Dr Stroh is unfailingly gentle with the children of all ages! The office is professional, quiet and friendly. In addition, they are reasonable. The office is in demand, so scheduling and sometimes parking can be tight. Please look around, but you won’t find a better orthodontist’s office at any price.

I just have my brace off after 6years and 4years was with Dr. Stroh and his excellent staff. After having bad experience with former Othodontist, I was very anxious about every little change and brought him a list of questions in each visit. Every time he and his staff patiently answered. What I see the difference in Dr. Stroh’s office from the former Orthodontist are: 1. He does not sugar coat on what to expect and is honest about the process. As I was getting Braces as an adult, I discussed side effects like gum recessions and black triangles with another Orthodontist who dismissed my concerns but both happened under my former Orthodontist. Dr. Stroh was honest about the questions and I could make informed decisions. 2. He really listened to me. Caring about how I felt about the adjustment and change according to it. 3. He spends time with the patient and does major adjustment on his own, which was very different from another office I was with. One of the major issue with former Orthodontist was that chain made my upper teeth tipped in severely by instructing staff to do most work. Dr. Stroh and his staff spend a great time undo it. 4. His staff know little tricks to decrease pain from adjusting teeth, putting wire back to braces and really try to ease physical and emotional discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Stroh for your precious teeth and smile!!

Stroh has been practicing orthodontics in the South Bay area since 1992. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry in 1990. He obtained his master's degree and a Certificate in Orthodontics from Northwestern University in 1992. Dr. Stroh is a member of the Western Los Angeles Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists. He collects Hawaiian art and antiques and enjoys biking, golf, long distance running and traveling with his family in his spare time.
