I must confess, I’m afraid (to say the least) of being in that chair, of the drilling, anesthesia…etc. I’m afraid of the dentist. Susan made me feel not only comfortable, but relieved. Went to the dentist after almost 1 year. Found the perfect place to take care of my teeth. I loved how they explained every step they were doing to take Xrays and 3D pictures of my teeth. I was a walk in with no appointment. I had severe gum-related tooth pain in the area around a dental bridge. The receptionist at the front desk was ready to help and probably understood the pain in which I was. They took me in immediately. Dr. Ellison did not wasted time but examined me and decided on a course of action (she started with a deep cleaning in two phases spread over two days to be followed up by antibiotics). We perform all phases of general dentistry including restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, invisalign(orthodontics), endodontics (root canal treatments), and surgery. We are here for you! Dr.Ellison has over 27 yrs of experience with updated/innovative technology and same day services offered. Her office is always open during lunch hours to accommodate your busy schedule. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with honors, Dr. Susan Ellison attended The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston where she earned her DDS degree. She has been practicing in Houston for over 28 years and Dr. Ellison has been serving the community and families with exceptional dental care and customer service ever since. She has been voted numerous years by H-Texas Magazine as One of Houston's Top Dentists and also was voted as one of the Top Docs for Women in Houston. Dr. Ellison has a teenage daughter that keeps her busy with sports and activities and she loves being a mom. She also loves being outdoors running, exercising, skiing and going to the beach or the mountains. She has run several Houston marathons over the years.
