Super nice staff, very friendly and funny dentist. Dr. Greenberg is very knowledgeable and approachable, and he walked me through my dental health and pointed out things that my previous dentists never mentioned. Even though I had a lot of questions, he took the time to answer them completely and honestly, and explained how to best preserve my smile. I look forward to my appointments with him!

Dr. Greenberg and the entirety of the staff at Sweet Spot are so personable and professional. I generally hate dentists but they are so warm and understanding, and most importantly, they’re extremely communicative / explain what they’re doing before/as they do it. I am also always pleasantly surprised with the care they take to get to know you as a person outside of the dental work you need. For what it’s worth, I’ve never had to have any work done outside of routine cleanings but I really trust Dr. Greenberg. He personalizes recommendations and sets realistic goals based on your specific needs. I hope I never have to go to another dentist ever again!

Who still dreads going to the dentist? Obviously not someone who’s ever visited Dr. Greenberg’s office! I very much enjoyed my first visit there today, and look forward to continuing my dental health journey in their care. I felt like a VIP throughout the experience–not just the music, entertainment and swag (yes, SWAG!), but a judgment-free zone, unquestionable safety, and an abundance of warmth too. I immediately felt respected, comfortable and safe. They clearly took the time to carefully read my info before I arrived, which I greatly appreciate, and they effectively communicated everything I needed to know with clarity while creating plenty of space for me to ask whatever questions I had. I’m here for all of it! Amanda, Ashley and Dr. Greenberg are all so kind, it doesn’t matter that they’re wearing masks, you can see the smiles in their eyes. If you’ve got a sweet tooth like I do, and a soft spot for care and cleanliness, wit and smarts, head to Sweet Spot Dental of Cambridge–the name is on point, it definitely hits that sweet spot!

Dr. Greenberg is thoughtful and empathetic to a fault. He’s developed a practice around caring for folks that are very nervous about dental care, and he’s done it with a level of focus and consideration that is incredibly rare in the healthcare community. I was willing to commute a pretty far distance to keep him as my dentist, but fortunately he’s in the middle of Cambridge now, which is as far as I’m concerned a great thing for Cambridge.

Dr. Greenberg, Ashley, and Amanda are amazing! When it comes to visiting a dentist, it can be nerve-wracking due to a shame spiral from feeling like you haven’t done enough or aren’t even aware of what needs improvement. Dr. Greenberg and Ashley went out of their way to set me at ease. It was abundantly clear that Dr. Greenberg had read all of my answers, including my preferences I had shared on my intake forms, and wasn’t just relying on medical records sent over. He also took the time, unprompted, to walk me through my dental photos. When it comes to treatment plans, Dr. Greenberg made sure it was an informed discussion so that I, the patient, was always in charge of my medical experience. The team’s commitment to inclusiveness, diversity, and delivering the best patient care shines through in every interaction and in everything they do! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have been to a lot of dentists and this was by far my best experience. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. Dr Greenberg is fantastic- he takes the time to really listen to your needs and give you thoughtful advice tailored to your situation. That is so refreshing because many dentists rush through the appointment or try to sell you “extras” you really don’t need. Dr Greenberg is the opposite of that- he is very knowledgeable, caring and authentic. He will take the time to make sure you have the information you need to be an informed patient and he’s also just a really nice person. I highly recommend Dr Greenberg and his staff for a personal and positive dental experience!

Dr. Greenberg is super friendly and I was impressed with how much care goes into his dentist visits. He and Ashley put time to explain what procedures they will be doing and to answer any questions you might have. The intake questionnaires are long but they show how considerate he is of people’s needs and concerns.

First cleaning in a year due to Covid-19 closing down my former provider, Harvard Dental. Safety measures upon entry were clear and unobtrusive. Check-up, x-rays, and cleaning were all delivered efficiently and with minimal discomfort. Greenberg was attentive and empathetic with regards to learning prior history as well, which further alleviated any tension. I also appreciate the online check-in process. Overall one of the best dental visits I’ve had, would recommend to others.

I’m not a fan of dentists. I usually associate negative feelings with the dentist office, as most of the time when  I’ve seen one in the past, I almost always come out feeling bad about myself. Not so with Sweet Spot Dental. From the modern use of new technologies that let you streamline your visit and watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned to the excellent service provided by Dr. Greenberg and staff, I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist more than I have at Sweet Spot. Dr. Greenberg is extremely sympathetic to patient’s needs and anxieties, and he bends over backwards to make sure you never feel pain while under his care. He educates more than lectures and is actually supportive when you’re honest about not being able to meet the recommended standards to floss and brush. I highly recommend Sweet Spot to anyone, but especially to anyone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a few years and is looking for care. There are no judgements here, nothing but support!

I had such a great experience here, and I’m so glad I listened to the positive reviews. Dr. Greenberg is so personable, understands patients’ feelings, and actually explains everything he does so you feel comfortable and well-informed about what’s happening with your teeth. He also has your best interest in mind and won’t push aggressive treatments. Highly recommend his office!
