My experience with Dr. Taylor was amazing! This is coming from the most difficult patient for dentistry. Dr. Taylor has been the only dentist to be able to get any work done to me while awake in the last twenty years. Dr. Taylor is amazing. I was missing several teeth, and therefore suffered from low self-esteem, never smiling, and avoiding social functions whenever possible. Dr. Taylor changed that. She not only took the time to keep me updated on my progress, but she took the time to check in on me after the work was done. She gave me the ability to smile again, which is life-changing. I never mind going to the dentist now! Everyone in the office is kind and accommodating. Dr. Taylor takes time with each patient and always makes sure you are comfortable. She will forever be my dentist. My 16 year old daughter just said the other day she likes going to the dentist because the staff is so nice and Dr. Taylor is the best- this means a lot coming from Someone who is 16!
I recommend Dr. Susan Taylor whenever someone is looking for a GREAT dentist! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny and cares for her patients.

Absolutely first class. (…)Dr. Taylor and her team went out of their way to correct the work done by others. They even retook certain scans at no cost just to make sure I was fully cared for.
I then had 3 cavity treatments and the team were awesome. So patient, caring and skilled. They took their time and a 2 hour treatment including cleaning felt like literally 10 mins as they did everything to make me comfortable including playing my favorite music!! 🙂
I really consider these guys the best in the business and will be referring everyone I know there from now on.

But what is really special about this place is that I have never been treated with such care and detailed precision. They spent over seven hours on what should have been a relatively short appointment perfecting every minuscule part of my veneers since I am so anal about perfection and kept wanting tiny changes. They worked well into the night but what’s truly amazing is that they never lost patience. They spent over 7 hours late at night adhering to my every wish and remained the incredibly kind and funny women they were throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough(…).

Usually, new equipment equals higher prices, but my bill was surprisingly low. Dr. Taylor and her assistants made sure throughout the whole process that I was comfortable and not in pain. Dr. Taylor’s office is truly the best dental office I have ever been to. I came to this office after dealing with complications from an oral procedure that was improperly done by another dentist. Dr. Taylor took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what could’ve caused it, and how to fix it.
Also, every other office I went to made me feel like I was being hustled. Not here..Lauren went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and got me a (great price).

I started seeing Dr. Taylor 4 years ago when my tooth cracked in half! It was the worst… I had put off seeing a dentist for almost 7 years. I had such bad experiences. Dr. Taylor & Lauren (her assistant – she’s also awesome) immediately took me in and helped me get it all fixed up. She is very gentle, extra careful, and LOVES what she does. I didn’t have to get a root canal because Dr. Taylor was so careful that my cavity was just to the brink of hitting the root, but through her careful work she was able to get rid of the bad without making me get a root canal. I now live in (a different city) and fly home to Orange County just to see her. I will never have another dentist again! No matter where I live!

This is not your everyday Dental office. Dr Taylor and her office manager Lauren care more about you as a patient than any dental office I have ever experienced. They understand when you need help and are always there with care and compassion above and beyond the call of duty. After several years of putting off a visit to the dentist, I scheduled an appt with Dr. Taylor. The first visit was just a consultation. What I got out of that was some great info for choosing an insurance company and a list of upcoming treatments. Dr. Taylor broke everything down and explained what was going on in a way which was very easy to understand what, when, why, and how. And gave me some options too. First appointment down and about a half a dozen on the horizon. Another thing down is my anxiety level for the next visits because this dentist and her staff make you feel as comfortable as possible.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Taylor since last July when I saw her on an emergency basis for a tooth that had been hurting for a while. I tried all sorts of home remedies but nothing worked and my infection started moving down into my jaw! I told a friend how much pain I was in and she recommended Dr. Taylor to me who ended up seeing me late on a Friday night. It turned out that the infection was so bad she had to pull it- right then and there! She didn’t send me away with a prescription- she took care of me and I am grateful. (…)I went 6 years without seeing a dentist prior to showing up at Dr. Taylor’s last year. I walked into her office with an abscessed tooth and recessed gums. I had been picking at the abscess to get it out of my mouth; if only it were that easy to do my own root canal. To no avail; I needed to see a professional and who better than Dr. Taylor? No one is better than Dr. Taylor. The team at Dr. Taylor’s worked diligently to get me the right care and the right time. I was nervous, I was told to see a oral Surgeon who did have to extract the tooth due to the damage, but guess who has a healthier, happier smile now? Me!
Together, we have worked out a schedule to ensure the health of all of my teeth and gums are in tact so I can live a longer happier life. I know what to expect when I arrive, I look forward to sitting in that chair with the cozy blanket, listening to the music of my choice and knowing when I leave; I’ll look and feel better than when I arrived. After all it all starts with great oral hygiene, regular Check-ups and cleanings, right?!
Remember how I said I have a fear of dentist followed by a laundry list of self-centered fears? The fear of pain, embarrassment, and loss of control is manageable because I am communicated to and feel part of the decision making.

I have terrible dental anxiety and from the moment I called and made my first appointment I knew this would be my dentist. Dr. Taylor and everyone on her staff are genuine and caring. I had broken two teeth surfing and wanted to see if I could save them.(…). Dr. Taylor was extremely gentle and very careful with the
needle that would numb my lower gums. She was a perfectionist. She was able to save both teeth, one with a filler and the other with a crown. She went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. I honestly have never been to a better dentist in my life. The nicest, most thorough and quality work. I’m not kidding.
