Dr. Wilson Lo is absolutely the best. He’s very skillful, trustworthy, and funny. The office is very clean with nice furniture. The people working there are always very friendly. They also have netflix at each room, so you can watch movies/shows while you get your teeth cleaned/fixed. Dr.Lo is absolutely the best dentist I have been with. Had a root canal couple years ago, Dr. Lo is so skillful, I didn’t feel a thing–no pain what so ever. I joked that had I known it was going to be this painless, I’d have visited him years earlier. He’s also done a lot of other work on my teeth that made my teeth look good now. Now my whole family sees Dr. Lo for our dental needs. I feel I can always trust Dr. Lo’s advice. He’s never tried to “sell” me anything that I don’t need, always advising what’s best for the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson Lo.

I’ve come here since I was a kid and the service and doctors have always been wonderful… I’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else as I always feel welcome and taken care of by the staff and the doctor. Recently I’ve had Christopher took care of me and he was all great and friendly and made my experience worry free. And as always Dr. Lo is great and is really knowledgeable about everything. Would recommend anyone to come here for any dental work!

I don’t see Dr. Lo, but I see Dr. Ricci in the same office. I’ve spoken with all the dentists and dental hygienists in the office every time I go, and everyone is so friendly and seems to genuinely care about how you’re feeling. I had major dentist fear when I first went to Dr. Ricci (seeing Little Shop of Horrors as a young child combined with terrible dentists will do that). I explained to him that if I got sarcastic and snippy, that was why, because that’s how I express my frustration. He laughed and talked to me through the whole procedure, ensuring that I was comfortable at all times, and explaining exactly what he was doing when he could see a hint of fear in my eyes. Their oral surgeon is Dr. Moore, who extracted my wisdom teeth and joked with me before the surgery. He noticed that I was a hockey fan, and that’s how he calmed me down, being a fan himself. It’s things like that, the little touches of personal care, that make this office a great one. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a new dentist!

THE DOWN-LO ON WILSON A friend recommended me to Dr. Lo when I was 42 years old. Having had enough dental work to be the official poster child of the ADA, I had feared dentists for a number of years. I would become so anxious in the chair I had to be administered Rx and receive “the gas” just to have my teeth cleaned. But the recommendation came from a close friend who was also in the medical profession, so I went to see Dr. Lo. Despite my aversion for the entire dental community, Dr. Lo invested significant time learning about my past issues and concerns. He reassured me that “painless dentistry” was possible for me – even though my gums had substantial scar tissue resulting from a teenage auto accident. Sixteen years later – Dr. Lo is still “the man.” He and his peers, along with his staff, are absolutely amazing. Last Friday (3/10) I had my semi-annual check-up. Even after all these years – and a number of procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and implants – they continue to blow my mind. Their dedication and commitment to excellence is easily recognized in every facet of the practice, i.e., How they treat their patients; how they run the office; how they’ve managed their growth; how they remain abreast of the most recent procedural and technological advancements, etc. Upon completion of my routine exam – which no longer require Rx or gas – I told Dr. Lo. that Texas Dental could be the benchmark for customer service. While I admire service-centered companies like Nordstrom, I truthfully believe the level of service I receive at Texas Dental is second to none. Over the past sixteen years I’ve recommended Dr. Lo to a number of friends and associates, and every single one of them feels the way I do. I have one friend that drives in from Memphis anytime he needs dental work. That’s a heck-of-an-endorsement. This review is required from a long time.I was searching for a dentist in Plano area. Was in a haste as my already treated root canal tooth ( from Frankfurt Germany) was hurting… visited a female dentist in the plano area who misguided me by saying that my tooth is in serious condition..it seemed that she desired to make money and not to help her patients. Then I researched on yelp and found Dr.Wilson Lo and followed my gut instinct to see him though he was not in my insurance network. My first visit was amazing. I reached 45min late( first time ever happened in my life that I am late for my appointment that also 45min..very embarrasing). Mayra at the front desk with a lovely smile was very kind and patient.. She helped me and also offered her desk to read my x-ray reports which the former dentist was supposed to email them but she didnt and I have to pull it from my email account. Gracie, Dr Lo’s assitant took me in the treatment room. She is charming and cute. Her smiling face instantly makes yo feel refreshed. She made be at ease..Gracie I really love your winning and respectful attitude..thanks for making me comfortable and thus making my every appointment so refreshing and relaxing.. Now about Dr. Wilson Lo He is a cheerful lovely person who will greet you with a smile and keen attitude. Wonderful experience..no pain no worries… I told Dr.Lo i dont mind coming daily for treatment.I am so much in love with this clinic and the staff that i cant stop writing. It was important for me to review this place and Dr Lo in detail as I want everyone should go and visit Dr.Lo even if he is not in your network because Dental health and yearly check-ups are very important for your heart health as bad dental health can cause serious illness. So stop worrying about the pain and freaky experiences we had in past with our former dentists..just go and see Dr.Lo..I am sure you will have a memorable positive experience. I think that Dr Wilson Lo is the best Dentist in Texas if not everywhere else. He is very professional, excellent dentist, very friendly and knowledgable. His work is always 100% pain free. He pays attention to the smallest details. Explains his work and what is going on. Down to earth and does excellent dental work. my 6 yrs old likes going to the dentist because of him. I always recommend him to others. My family is very glad that we have Dr Lo as our dentist. High level of honesty, dental work that lasts for many years and does not need corrections. I had other Dentists before and I feel lucky that I have Dr Lo as my dentist. I simply don’t have to worry. I know everything is done to the best level of excellence.

I have been seeing Dr. Lo for 10 years. Dr. Lo is a dentist who totally understands your teeth. He’s also an expert on new technology for your teeth. If you are fearful of the dentist. Dr. Lo makes you feel at ease and super comfortable. He’s amazing and you won’t go wrong seeing Dr. Lo. Dr Lo and this office is a Gift from God! I love them!

Dr. Wilson Lo and the staff at Texas Dental are excellent. They are highly capable, professional and caring. We took our 2.5 yr old daughter there for a cleaning and second opinion on cavities she had on her 2 front teeth.  We had taken her to a pediatric dentist before who said that they would need to put her under general anesthesia so that she would sit still for the fillings, but Dr.Lo was confident in trying a more conservative approach with oral sedation where she would not have to be unconscious (that was our biggest concern).  So, we went to the appointment for the actual fillings, and it went very well.  Our daughter  sat still, awake the whole time watching Disney on Netflix listening to sound cancelling Bose headphones, didn’t experience any pain and  recovered 100% by the evening. We got to sit in the room during the whole procedure too (which is not what other dentists would have let us do).  We’re so happy and thankful for Dr. Lo and Texas Dental.  Highly recommended!

Dr.Wilson Lo has been, by far, the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. I was a patient of his up until about 4 years ago when I got new insurance and he was no longer covered, but I actually continued to see him a couple of times after the insurance change because I’ve never had such a good experience with a dentist. Every hygienist there was so nice and did such a great job I always felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Both of the doctors there, Lo and Ricci, are the best you will find in town. They’re honest with their charges, they take the time to get to talk to you, and they do really good work. Dr.Ricci removed my wisdom teeth, and it was such a perfect job I didn’t even need the painkillers afterwards. I wish my insurance still covered them because it’s been impossible to find a dentist in town that comes close to how great they are here.

I have been seeing Dr. W. Lo and the team at Texas Dental for YEARS. I am always greeted with a warm sincere “Hello”. Marsha, the dental hygienist is extremely thorough. About a year ago I inquired about a second round of braces…(first round done elsewhere). Dr. Lo listens to my concerns and offers genuine feedback. Every visit I feel heard. His actions are intentional. Sandra and Mercedes are always warm and hospitable…making me forget I am at the dentist office. Texas Dental is an experience; I have never felt like just a customer but instead a friend. I have always left very satisfied.

Dr. Lo is seriously amazing! He makes the whole experience a lot of fun and doesn’t want his patients to feel any pain or be scared. He’s very informative but also listens to his patients. My mom and dad both see him. He’s a very amazing dentist. My mom use to be terrified but Dr. Lo actually can get her into the chair. You definitely need to go see him if you need any work done!

I was terrified of going back to the dentist when my friend went to Dr. Lo (about 14 years ago) and said he knew I would be comfortable going. I was told by a previous dentist I needed 5 root canals. After a very painful 1st root canal I didn’t go back and for 6 years wore a temporary crown. Dr. Lo was great! He understood and made that permanent crown and only 1 additional crown – funny, I can’t even remember for sure if there was a root canal with that one :). AND, there was NO PAIN with the shots. I have since had a filling or two, also painless. I recently scheduled a crown appointment that may or may not need a root canal, and I trust Dr. Lo to only perform the procedure if it is really necessary. Both of my adult children are now patients and BTW, Dr. Lo recommended they stay with their dentist when they were younger because they had been with him long term, he knew their teeth. The easy going, professional and VERY compassionate staff make it a pleasure to go to the dentist, really no kidding. My daughter had a wreck damaging her teeth and her cognitive abilities. They worked with me to keep her teeth taken care of when it was difficult for me to maintain anything. Dr. Lo also did cosmetic bonding on her front four top teeth and they look really good, not fake. She is pleased with her smile. I like that he’s not pushy with procedures and understands and works with me as a person, not just a checkbook. Also, the hygienists are very thorough and everyone seems happy at their job. The office will always schedule you with the same hygienist if you request it. Thank you Dr. Lo, Marsha and all staff, including financial staff. I have been going to Dr. Lo for many years. Dr. Lo and his staff are the best! He works very hard to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. His work is precise and he strives for perfection. When we moved out of state I had another dentist comment on the fabulous work Dr. Lo had done on a tooth with a root canal and crown. That says it all!

Having not been to the dentist in some years I was very nervous, but as soon as Mika took me back I felt overwhelmingly relieved. Mika and Dr. Lo were both so friendly and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist! Truly can’t describe how grateful I felt for Kaela to work me in so quickly and everyone to be so kind throughout the entire visit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I had an appointment today with Dr. Lo for some bonds on top teeth that I’ve always been insecure about. I cannot tell you how happy I am! Christopher was also an absolute delight and made going to the dentist a true pleasure. He was professional, polite, and a 12/10. I recommend seeing this office for any dental needs.

I found Dr Lo. thanks to Yelp and some other review sites for doctors only !  I was a bit apprehensive, but when i arrived the receptionist was warm and friendly. I had no wait , and the hygienist actually demonstrated  each step of the cleaning process before beginning so i would know what to expect and why they do each thing. During the cleaning I got to watch the tv above, although Im not sure that was so great for her because i kept laughing ( it was The Office season 1) lol.. she was patient and even stopped for a bit when i started to feel panicky … Dr Lo came in and sat down with his coffee. He had about a 15 min convo with me about history and whats going on in my mouth and his concerns etc… I am very pleased and will be returning soon for more work! My husband also had some issues that they were able to correct from bad surgery previously!

Dr. Wilson Lo with Texas Dental is amazing. He and his staff have gone out of their way to help me with my Dental needs. Recently I relocated to the Plano area and found myself in need of a Dentist. My husband found Texas Dental on yelp and with the many positive reviews he called to see if I could get an appointment. The receptionist was extremely helpful. Although they were double booked the next day, they fit me in first thing in the morning. Dr. Lo gave me exceptional care. I was on antibiotics for several days before completing my dental work. He called to check on me, if I had concerns (as I did from the meds being too strong) I was able to call him at any point. He was always cheerful and pleasant to work with. I actually cried out of gratefulness for his extreme kindness and willingness to see me as a new patient. He work is excellent, his staff is professional, they all make you feel at ease. What a blessing!!!

Dr. Wilson Lo has saved me pain and expense.  You could not ask for a more professional and caring dentist.  He maintains a high level of knowledge from the newest and best improvements in dentistry, meets with the very top professionals to discuss all current information and the efficacy of all new options.  He doesn’t just believe every new development, he researches it carefully and then discusses new information with other top dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons.    I went to a chain called, Village Smiles, and they did a root canal and wanted to cap it that day.  Some instinct told me not to do it.  I was still having pain in the tooth and went to Dr. Lo at a friends referral.  He showed me on an X-ray how the Village Smiles dentist did not go all the way to the very tip of the root.  He left enough space at the tip of the roots for infection.  It is now filled with a very hard product which is meant to stay permanently.  I lost the thousand dollars I paid for the root canal and now will have to go through so much more pain and expense because instead of going up through soft tissue, it is now filled  with something akin to concrete and may require surgery through the top of my gums, way up in the top of the roots or go through a new, very difficult root canal.  I love Groupon, but it is NOT the place to find a great dentist!  Ask trusted friends insstead!  Dr. Wilson Lo in Plano is awsome!  He’s one of the top in his field.  He has even worked hand in hand with my orthodontist to help me get the best results for my mouth.

The Best Dentist, Dental Office and Staff. If you can imagine a perfect visit to the dentist office, this is it. This is the place. I am so grateful to have found and chosen Texas Dental – Dr Lo’s practice as my new dentist since moving to Plano in 2018. In the last 20 years since going to the dentist, NO one has cared and took care of my dental needs as this office. I’ve always had bleeding gums and for a longest time thought that was the norm. Since my last visit, and it’s been a year now in fact my next appt is tomorrow, my teeth has never been in better shape. And I have not had gum bleeding once. After my first appointment with the incredible Dr. Lo and amazing Marsha, my teeth, overall gum health and knowledge about dental care has improved significantly. They are amazing people and truly care about you. Just wanted to point out that Marsha went over time with me during my first visit bc it was that bad and she wanted to make sure I walked out of there in the best shape (teeth wise) so that I didn’t fall closer to having possible gum disease. She’s amazing and so is Dr. Lo and everyone I’ve met there. Like everyone, including the sweet receptionists! Ok I could go on forever as you can see so I’ll stop here. This is the best dental practice you’ll ever experience and if you’re still reading this, you should call and book an appt now Bc I promise you’ll be glad you did. Because I am. I am SO grateful to be a patient of Dr. Lo and his staff! They are truly one of a kind.

First time coming into this office, and I absolutely love the staff. Sandra and Michelle was super sweet for working me into the schedule, and made my visit very welcoming! Once I was seated, the wait was not long, no wait at all actually! Dr. Lo was super knowledgeable and thorough with his treatment. I am so glad to have found my new dentist! Highly recommend.
