I have been coming to this office for my dental work for about 15 years. Recently, I had my crown replaced (Front tooth). I had a temporary crown while waiting for my permanent crown to be made. The temporary crown came loose (which is normal for me because of my bite) the night before a holiday (4th of July) which I had big dinner plans for. Dr. Don came in to the office the morning of the 4th of July to re-cement my temporary crown so that I could still attend my event. Would your dentist come in on a holiday for you? Seriously, this is the BEST dentist’s office!! When I got my permanent crown a few days later I was so happy with it! Dr. Don matched the color and shape to my other front tooth perfectly. It looks so natural now. You can’t even tell I have a crown anymore.  The entire staff are friendly and personable. They get to know you on a personal level and take an interest in getting to know you. They feel like family to me!

Great Office, the dentist and staff are personable and very accommodating. Relaxed atmosphere in a comfortable surrounding. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work and a family dentist.

Wow, what a pleasant dental experience. I am extremely happy with the staff, my dentist, and my hygienist. Everyone was knowledgeable and made me feel in good hands. I love to smile and need my teeth to look their best. I am very selective with who works on my teeth and I found them, Laguna Hills Modern Dentistry. This is a great practice and highly recommended.

I had a root canal with Dr.Don and out of the 3 I’ve had this was by far the best experience I’ve had with any dentist. Staff is so accommodating and so friendly. And Dr. Don was always checking to make sure I was comfortable and ok. He always told me what he was doing and how it was going. This was great because the fear of the unknown like most dentist can eat at you. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone.

Always a pleasure coming here. I love all of the amazing staff that makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I never used to like going to the dentist growing up but I actually look forward to my cleanings now. They are efficient while still being very personable. Zahra is a great hygienist! I am never in any pain and I leave with my teeth feeling fresh. The front desk staff is always kind and makes scheduling appointments really easy.

I just met Dr. Don Nguyen on this last visit and it was awesome to hear his story and learn that he has wanted to be a dentist since he was a kid. You can tell he loves what he does and that is really important to me as a patient.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The Hills Modern Dentistry does an excellent job from start to finish. I’ve never been a big fan or even the thought of getting dental work in general. But they do an excellent job of taking all the anxiety out of the process. They always accommodate my busy schedule, are friendly, polite and respectful. From booking my appointments to billing and insurance claims with Julie, to the gentle touch and detail orientated, work Alicia does with my cleanings and X rays. I always leave with a good feeling and a fresh mouth! I’ve been a patient for over 15 years now! and I’m looking forward to many more along with my entire family!

First timer here! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They put me at ease and answered my endless questions! Nice office too, I guess they just remodeled, whatever has changed it was really pleasant to be in. Dr. Don was great! (who likes to go to the dentist??) He had all these different suggestions and ways of addressing my dental issues, things I hadn’t been told before at other dentists. All and all from the people to the place to the treatment I had done, really recommend checking them out.

(…)What really made a huge impact on my experience that is different from what I’ve ever experienced in the past with prior offices was that (partner doctor) and Dr. Nguyen came in to introduce themselves and greet me. They told me that they want to value and always treat their patients how they would want to be treated – excellent care and complete honesty. The consultation everyone gets there is personal, informative and you don’t feel rushed. There are no pushy sales-type here, seriously.

I’ve been to quite a few dental offices in the past and this is the 1st time I have ever walked out of a dental office feeling like what took place there was exactly what I needed and chose for myself. I have already referred many of family, friends, & colleagues to switch to The Hills Modern Dentistry!

First visit was awesome. Everybody’s so welcoming and so nice. Dr. Don gave me a little introduction about their dentistry and he’s so friendly. Not only they did a great job with my cleaning, they also thought me how to prevent cavities. I will definitely go back.

Dr. Don is absolutely wonderful!! As is his entire staff! I have been going to him for about 4 years and the experience is always great. They are caring and gentle yet very thorough with their cleanings and treatments.  The office staff is always to friendly and I highly recommend them!

Very nice people, knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere, and helpful information! I love the fact that they let customers know what’s going on with your teeth, as well as try to create relationships with their customers. They are businesslike, yet they do not let that hinder how they relate to their clientele.  Most importantly, they know what they’re doing, and they want you to feel secure and well-cared-for!

Dr. Don is my favorite dentist .. they have some very good hygienists as well and I come here regularly for my cleanings.  Appointments are easy to make and staff is always friendly.  I highly recommend this place to anyone.

(…)as a former dentist, and now Dr. Don’s patient, I find him to be a very honest, caring dentist. Not an overseller, like so many dentists have become today. When I was a dentist I was very honest and conservative with my patients. I find Dr. Don to be the same way. Very conservative, honest, and skilled. All of my former patients who I have talked to and who now go to Dr. Don are very happy with him. Not a single complaint from any of them. Julie at the front desk is also a sweety. I am very proud to say Dr. Don is an excellent dentist who I can highly recommend.
