I went to this group because I liked their ad in the Palisadian Post, and they were located conveniently close. I got in right away, and was seen by Dr. Cerisa Moncayo. I was (am!) really pleased with the excellent results. The dental assistant, Marilyn, was also very good. It was actually a very pleasant experience for me. I’m really glad that I found Dr. Moncayo and that she’s my dentist now.

Dr. Moncayo is one of the most caring dentists out there! Highly recommend! She knows how you to make you smile and feel comfortable!

Dr. Cerisa Moncayo and her entire staff are the epitome of quality care and exceptional service. They are so knowledgeable and honest, which I think is hard to find these days. It is clear from the moment you walk in that they are going to treat you like family. The doctor, hygienist, and assistants are all so soft handed, yet so thorough. Our family has had cleanings, fillings, and even a root canal done. They ensured each one of us was comfortable and each procedure was painless. The entire staff is amazing with my children. My kids even look forward to going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office. I know we won’t be going anywhere else. I hope Yelp can get their act together and leave reviews alone. My previous review is missing and I think this is unfair to businesses that work so hard to provide quality service to those customers. It’s also very frustrating to take time out of my day to be helpful to others to only find that Yelp is deleting comments.

Very thankful I was referred here from a good friend as I was in urgent need and experiencing a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth infection. I was told by a previous dentist that he could not extract my wisdom teeth due to the roots being on the nerve which would cause nerve damage. He recommended a different procedure and quoted me an outrageous price. That evening I was referred to Dr. Max Moncoya who’s assistant reached out to be that evening to scheduled everything for the next morning and assured me they would be much more successful in helping me. The office is lovely which is a great benefit but I care most about the expertise and working with a dental office I feel i can trust and they are that. Dr. Max spoke to me and answered all my questions. He was very comforting and so was everyone else. Front desk is amazing as well. I worked with Jessica, Dr Carly and Dr Max. Post-op, I feel great! Extraction was done and the entire process was seamless. Pain is gone. Pain from extraction is very minimal as well so he knows what he is doing. Lucky to have been referred to them. They are all excellent at what they do and such kind people! Thanks again Team!

My family and I love this practice. You are treated so well from the time you walk in to the time you leave. It feels more like a relaxing spa experience than a visit to the dentist. Every single staff member is professional yet personable. I am so relieved we found Dr. Moncayo and her incredible staff since they are committed to providing quality care.

Just passed my one year anniversary of having my whole new smile. Thank you Dr. Moncayo!!! – And your amazing partner, surgeon Max Moncayo… You guys are AWESOME, and you changed my life. I am loving the new implants, and smiling at everyone again! You Guys ROCK!

5 Star rating!  is the first dentist that was absolutely gentle and knowledgeable. I’ve had my fair share of going to different dentist and once I sat in her chair I knew she was going to take care of me.  Dr. Levine was very thorough and explained what was most important to get done first.   Dr. Cerisa Moncayo also worked on me.  Dr. Moncayo worked on my front tooth and I am extremely happy with the results. She was very talented and gentle. The Palisades Dentists has an amazing team and you will not be let down. I highly recommend seeing either Dr. Levine or Dr. Moncayo to be your dentist!

Ive had several appointments here , including a crown and root canal placed. I received great customer care from the front desk(jessica,ofm) which answered my many questions and was very good at her job, to the dental assistants and finally the dentist(Dr.Cerisa). Very friendly,professional and clean environment. They even had a tv with netflix to help with the nerves and to keep you occupied during services. Recommended!

Needed a filling. Herd about The Palisades Dentists through a family member. I made an appointment. The location is in the beautiful Pacific Palisades and office is very welcoming. Our 2 year old son loved the fish tank they had in waiting area and all the staff treat you like family. I had Dr. Moncayo and her assistant Sarai treat my filling and I have to say, it was very pleasant due to no pain and gentle work. I will be coming back for mouth guards and defiantly bringing in my wife for her treatments too.

I have never experienced anything quite like the family at The Palisades Dentists. Everything from the warm aesthetic and the latest technology to the caring chair-side manner is evidence that they love what they do and the truly care about their patients. I’m not going to say going to the dentist is fun, but Dr. Cerisa and her staff go to great lengths to make sure that me and my family are comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you Palisades Dentists!!!

Highly recommend them! They took me in last minute and I wasn’t a patient(yet). They are very knowledgeable and explain everything to you, as well as your options. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating and they have great high tech methods in doing procedures. Also,  never mind the fact that they are very knowledgeable in what they are all doing.  I really liked my experience there and plan on making this my regular “tooth place”.  As I have been in dental limbo for a long time. Thanks to them I think I can leave limbo behind now.  🙂 Again, I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong by opting to choose their dental services..

This review is long overdue! I must state The Palisades Dentist is by far the best dentist in the entire city! First of all, the place is spotless. ALL of the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Also, there are Ipads set up overhead in the chairs so, patients can watch their favorite shows while being drilled 🙂 They even have a small fridge full of high-quality beverages in the waiting area. While all of the above is outstanding, there is nothing more outstanding at The Palisades Dentists than Dr. Cerisa Moncayo. As a fellow military veteran, I am thankful to have found Dr. Moncayo. I had an emergency broken tooth that required a crown and I did not have dental insurance. Dr. Moncayo made miracles happen from the first day I met her! She did an excellent job at making my broken tooth whole again with a brand new crown! She even went a step further and recommended me for more detailed work with another dentist. Did I mention Dr. Moncayo is also a Navy veteran?! Keep up the good work and thank you for all that you do!

I had to do a tooth extraction….quickly. They immediately found time for me and Dr. Max Moncayo was excellent. He also did a bone graft which will prepare me for an implant down the road. He also followed up with a phone call the day after the extraction. The office is ‘state of the art’ and Dr. Cerisa Moncayo did a quick follow up with me. Kristi, the office manager, was very nice to me too. I highly recommend this dental office.
