This is a long overdue review that I never got around to doing. Anyways, I have been a patient here since the office opened several years ago, and the staff and services provided have been nothing short of fantastic. Everybody is super friendly and professional, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, and the Dentists themselves! All the staff are knowledgeable and very thorough when I have questions related to the procedures done, my insurance coverage, etc. The office itself is very clean, and the equipment they use appears advanced, or at least up-to-date. Also, I haven’t had anything go wrong with the services I’ve received so far. I recommend this office to my friends and family all the time, so stop by if you’re looking for a new provider!

I have been going to 32 Dental since I moved to the bay area. I work in the customer service industry and I must say this guys are the best hosts. The staff is always smiling and ready to take care of every patient as if they were family, the doctors are very knowledgeable, they explain to you step by step, everything that they are doing, what they have found, and what they need to do for your health, in an easy way to understand the complexity of dentistry. The hygienists are extremely good with their hands -“Raise your left hand if you would like me to stop”- in all my visits I have never felt pain; if you know someone who is afraid of the dentist, you should send them this way. Last but not least, the tangible aspects of the clinic are top quality, everything is organized and clean. When I walk out of 32 Dental I feel confident of my oral health, and happy to have seen the staff once again.

Facilities were clean and safe especially during this pandemic. Dr. Cabugao eased all of my anxiety during the appt. She walked me through everything she was going to do and frequently checked in with how I was doing while she worked on my teeth. She was professional, calm, knowledgeable and informative of her recommendations for anticipated issues with my teeth without causing alarm or worry.

Due to horrible experiences at the dentist as a child, I was completely terrified of the dentist. before I came here, My fears stopped me from regularly getting check ups. Thinking of the dentist made my palms sweat and heart rate speed up!! Thanks to this place I am no longer afraid. And I never thought that would be possible!! I can’t even believe that going to the dentist is no longer something I dread. Everyone here is so sweet and amazing. They were aware of my fears and were so patient with me. They walked me through everything they were doing in order for me to feel safe. There is not one person in the office who isn’t amazing at what they do. I am so happy I took the initial step in coming here, now I can cross that phobia off my list!!

32 Dental is Amazing!! I have been going here for the last almost 4 years and they are truly the best dentistry around! The customer service and care is unmatched!! And the cleanliness of the office and the staff is top notch. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Try them, you won’t be disappointed!

I said I’d write a review for this place a year ago but never started yelping until today and the care I got from 32 dental was so good I knew I had to pay them back with a review. I HATE HATE going to the dentist which is why I liked this place so much. The dentist was super kind and made going to the dentist super easy. I was limited on time because I was moving soon so he scheduled me near closing and tried to get as much done that night. It was really, really nice of him to work around my schedule. Super cool technology, too! I really felt like I was getting the best. Super cool monitors and tools. I even got to watch a movie. The screen was literally at my face. Super nice place, especially if you’re typically terrified of going to the dentist.
