Dr. Shinmoto has been my dentist for the last 4 yrs, at least, and he’s been great to me. His top priority is to deliver quality customer service and it’s the number reason why I go back to him. He’s always on the ball in terms of making sure I’m on my routine checkups for teeth cleaning an he is great with following up with me. He has great experience in his field and I always feel I am in great hands with Dr. Shinmoto. I highly recommend his services.

My kids and I had cleaning appointment recently. As usual, his work is outstanding and he is pleasant to talk to. Dr. Shinmoto has been my dentist for many years, since before my kids. I’m glad he is willing to see little kids, which can be difficult sometime. As a busy mom, being able to get everyone’s teeth cleaning done at one stop is a great time saver! He was so chill and patient. I always hate going to dentist. I guess it was because of trauma when I was a kid. I had the worse toothache for 4 days, i thought it was my wisdom tooth. Then Dr. Shinmoto told me the pain was because of my rotten tooth. He gave me a few options. His pricing is reasonable.

I used to go to fancy-schmancy dental clinics where it seems all they cared about was telling me how bad my teeth were and that I needed this and that procedure done. Doctor Shinmoto is just the opposite. He recognizes how hard I work to take care of my teeth, and when I ask whether I should have something done, he honestly tells me when it isn’t necessary. His office and equipment do look unimpressive compared to that of the glossy, shiny clinics I used to go to. But after four years as his patient, I trust him totally — not just for his expertise and skill borne out of decades of practicing dentistry, but more so for his professional, caring manner. The best at communicating, explaining things. Charges fairly. Saturday appointments ok.

He devotes all his time to you when you are in his office, and makes you feel very comfortable when you are visiting him. He gets to know you as a person, not just as a patient. Dr. Shinmoto has been my dentist for over 13 years – surely I could find a place that’s fancier or with newer equipments, but it’s the relationship that I’ve developed with Dr. Shinmoto such that I’m looking forward to my semi-annual dental visit. He really cares about my well-being and who I am as an individual – I always make sure to carve out extra time with my appointment with him so we could properly catch up. It’s also really cool to see how Dr. Shinmoto embraces technology with the communication with his patients, over the past decade, as the world is changing. I highly recommend Dr. Shinmoto!! It’s so refreshing to see a practice where it’s not built on the exterior or nice machines, but rather on the technical capabilities of the practitioner and a heart of caring for people.

Wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else! From emergency dental issues to routine cleanings, Dr. Shinmoto has been there for me, my wife and my father for decades. Personally I had numerous non-cosmetic and cosmetic issues with my teeth and Dr. Shinmoto helped me through all of them with a reasonable cost-effective plan to address them all. Moreover, Dr. Shinmoto has a special talent in cosmetic dentistry. He replaced my top 5 front teeth and matched them beautifully to the rest of my teeth.
