This was my first time in 10 years going to see a dentist after having a traumatic insistent. I visited the office on the east side and I loved how sleek everything looked and how everyone called me by my name and not “ma’am”. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I’m so grateful. The cleaning they gave me was very thorough & I see myself visiting this office in the future

Dr. Flores is EXTREMELY kind and makes sure that you are informed of everything that is happening. I (of course) waited 5 years to go to the dentist and had 3 cavities and a root canal. He was very patient with my questions and he genuinely cared about me and every step of the process. Also, my crown looks exactly like my other teeth! Definitely recommend!

Best experience ever. Dr Andrew was very thorough. First time I educated and shown how to properly take care of my oral health. Impressed with the latest imaging that will keep a progression of my teeth. Created a short term and long term plan! Staff was friendly and amazing as well. Totally recommend them!! Dr. Flores is SO AMAZING that every time I remember I haven’t left a review for him I feel guilty, that’s how good he is. I get so anxious just thinking about going to the dentist but he will make sure you’re well informed, constantly asks you if you’re okay and genuinely worries about his patients. I no longer feel going to the dentist because I know I’ll be in good hands. The quality of the work is unbeatable, I got a crown done by him and it looks exactly like my other teeth, you cannot tell the difference. And his staff is just as amazing as him, it just doesn’t get any better! I would recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Flores and his staff at Thyme Dental are just awesome. They’re professional, pleasant and patient. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Flores for a couple of years now and I can’t rave about him enough. His work on me has been impeccable. He’s very patient and thorough. He takes time to really explain the procedures and processes to me and always answers my questions in a thoughtful and kind manner. His staff is friendly and very helpful and his office space is clean and comfortable.

Went in for a cleaning and general check up. The hygienist and dentist were both great! They explained everything they were doing and what they were seeing in terms I could understand. Covid practices were good! They managed people such that there wasn’t a build up in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend.

I recently decided to switch to a new dentist (after 33 years with a good dentist) and my research led me to Thyme Dental Care. I visited the office of Dr. Flores to check and clean my teeth and I liked his and the staff’s professionalism and friendly demeanor. He recommended a few cavity fillings, a placement of crown, and a root canal. Dr. Flores took the time to show me why he recommended the work, using the X-Rays and simple mirror reflections. I was convinced and I asked him to start the work after a couple of months and the root canal after the beginning of the new year. He understood and did not exert pressure to do the dental work immediately. It took three visits to complete the dental work on 9 teeth and I am very pleased with the results. The appointments were timely, except for once when he had an urgent visit by a patient who was in extreme pain; Dr. Flores explained the situation and I understood. During the visits, care was expressed continuously by Dr. Flores and his friendly staff, pain was truly minimal, and the results speak for themselves. In the last 6 months I would wake up in the morning and feel damp pain around 3-4 spots around my teeth and gums; these were gone by the time all of my fillings were completed. I am pleased by the care of Thyme Dental and will be back in two months to check and clean my teeth again and to undergo the root canal which Dr. Flores recommended and had placed no pressure whatsoever to complete the work.

I can say I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist. Because of bad past experiences with a couple of dentists, I’ve been skeptical and untrusting. So this is huge for me to find this gem. Thyme Dental offers a very friendly, clean, welcoming environment. My temperature was taken upon my entering the door which received two thumbs up for me because it shows they are concerned about the health of their patients. Dr. Lee is extremely thorough, she takes her time, and then breaks down your issues in detailed, easy to understand language. I also must add the fact that they have amazing, modern technology. Overall excellent experience, my faith in dentists has been restored! I would highly recommend Thyme Dental Care, you will not be disappointed.
