I had an absolutely amazing experience with Tina Reed Orthodontics. I had suffered from a cross bite for my entire life and never had braces as a kid. I came in as an adult very self conscious about my teeth and smile. Dr. Reed was incredibly accommodating and helped me get the treatment I needed. I used invisalign through her, and I could not be happier with the results! ALL of the staff are beyond generous and courteous, and I felt well taken care of and genuinely cared for. I cannot recommend them enough!!

When we started the process of looking for an orthodontist for our kids, the best advice I received was “keep in mind that these are people you’ll be seeing regularly, possibly for years – make sure it’s a good fit”. We knew right away that Dr. Reed and her staff were the right fit for us. They are patient, take the time to explain things well, and are great, even with kids who are nervous or scared. When the pandemic closed things down in the spring, they kept patients informed, were available for consultations (broken wires happen even in a pandemic), and the safety procedures they have implemented for the office really show their commitment to caring for everyone’s safety, health, and well-being.

Dr. Reed treated my daughter when she was in third grade. At the time she couldn’t be sure if she would need additional orthodontic work when she got older. The care she received at 9 was so amazing she didn’t need a second set at 14. We are back to see Dr. Reed with our son. He needs a full set of top and bottom braces. Her team is phenomenal. Front desk is so friendly, always seems to remember who I am when I call and treats us like we are the only patients. The new texting system is one of my favorites. I wish every Dr. office implemented it. I recommend Dr. Reed to all of my friends for their kids. You will not be disappointed.

They are very patient and great with my son! He has anxiety when he goes to any dentist but I never have to beg him to go for his visit here. I highly recommend them! They have 2 offices, one in the North Hills and one in Squirrel Hill. Super child friendly and if I had another chance to pick an orthodontist again, I would choose them 100%!

Dr. Reed and staff are awesome. I moved to Pittsburgh a few months ago and needed an orthodontist. I called at least three other orthodontist who would not take me becuse I had brackets that were done by my previous orthodontist. Dr. Reed was the only one who would even give me a consultation. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Reed for a while now. Since we’ve started going to her we lived a little closer to her office, but now we live farther. I would drive to Timbuktu and back again to make sure my daughter sees Dr Reed. She’s more like family then she is a doctor and that’s how she seems to treat all her patients. Not just her but her whole entire staff. I could never say enough about any of them!
