I highly recommend this group! I’ve never met such kind medical staff in my entire life. They explained everything to me thoroughly and there were no surprises. Overall the dentists and hygienists have been excellent. I believe there is a second “heart” of a practice which is their administrative staff and how they recover from the inevitable errors that take place, because we are all human. I just had a wonderful conversation with Liz, the practice manager. it was so wonderful speaking with someone who is so dedicated to client satisfaction. She is addressing my concerns with a sense of urgency and compassion which is rare in this day and age.

One word- PHENOMENAL! Dr. Zatcoff & all of his staff(Nelly being my favorite, her happiness and love for her job really makes you feel at ease!) I went in for tooth extractions & I felt NOTHING. I have a past fear of dentists and going to Dr. Zarcoff today really made that fear vanish. He was kind, knowledgeable & made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. He explained everything he was doing before and while he was doing it so there were no surprises. He also made sure I was comfortable the entire time!! I am so happy that I found this office and would absolutely recommend going here for anything you need! Thank you Dr. Zatcoff!!

Been going here over 5 years. They are amazing!! Great care and thorough work every time. My teeth feel so clean when I leave.  They use the most advanced technology. Today MaryJean cleaned my teeth and she explained everything to me during the entire visit, which I really appreciated. Dr. Z is also great. Caring and passionate – he and makes recommendations but not in a pushy way. Great hours,  Weekend appointments.  Overall, highly recommend this office and Dr. Z and MJ!

I have not had dental insurance for the better part of three years. I knew in that time I had accumulated some cavities and gum problems which caused pain on a daily basis. The constant shock of pain when eating would serve as a reminder that my teeth were not in good shape. I finally got insurance and needless to say, I was rather trepidatious about my visit to TDC. I was thinking the worst, gum disease, tooth extraction, etc. From the start, my experience was good, I called in as a first time patient and they were able to take me within two days. Which far differed from any other office I called which had me on a 3-4 week wait for just a consult. Upon arriving I was greeted by the friendly receptionists, filled out some forms and within minutes I was getting my x-rays. Soon after I was seen by a rather jovial man: Dr. Adam. He warmly greeted me and checked my teeth, I had 6 little cavities along with some gum irritation. He assured me it was nothing huge and he would take care of it in two quick visits. Next, I met Joanne my dental hygienist. She was super sweet and careful of my problem areas always checking with me to make sure I was comfortable. After a little while she gave me some medication for my gums, gave me pointers to brush…and I was on my way. My next appointment would come two days later. I arrived and was almost immediately seen by Dr. Adam. He welcomed me very warmly again. He and the hygienist put some novicane on my gums and turned on some music. Which certainly helped put me at ease. He told me if anything at all bothers me to alert him immediately. He got working and no one likes the sound of those drills… I certainly dont.. but, it was drown out by the music and the cheery face if Dr. Adam working on my teeth. This without a doubt eased any of my final tensions. I was now relaxed as he worked methodically through my mouth. He also did my fillings extemely naturally, in the past (at other dentists) they were always pretty rough for a while and they didnt leave a little natural dent (I’m not sure the term/but where your tooth indents and the sharp sides are first exposed to rip your food.) in the top of the tooth so my teeth could function properly. Before I knew it.. not even 15 minutes later I was saying my good byes and already looking forward to come back to finish the rest of my teeth. Thank you TDC for being so warm and welcoming as well as treating your patients with the utmost respect. I felt at ease in your office. Already a day later my fillings feel natural. I look forward to my next appointment. I would recommend this dental office to anyone in need of a good dental experience and I already have.

Total Dental Care of Middle Island is the Best of the Best Care for your Teeth and Mouth! From the moment you walk in the staff is warm and friendly. Had to have major work done(due to the fact that I do not like Dentists) TDC change that, I now have a team that cares for my teeth/mouth. From extractions to implants, to just a cleaning TDC made me feel like family. Dr. Zatcoff made me feel like his only patient. He explained step by step what work needed to be done, why and how! After each procedure he called me at home to see how I was feeling and if I was having any discomfort. I now feel like I have a 2nd family that I can trust to help me take care of my whole mouth. I can now smile proudly and with confidence. I would recommend TDC of Coram to not just family and friends but to anyone I talk to.

I recently had to have an implant done due to an old messed up root canal done by some other dentist years ago. Dr. Zatcoff performed the procedure and everything went great. The office was very accommodating and Dr. Zatcoff went out of his way to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I haven’t had any issues or pain since my implant was put in and I highly recommend Dr. Zatcoff as a Dentist.

An appointment that I was gravely dreading to get my three front teeth/roots removed turned out to be one of the most gratifying and pleasings visits I have ever had at a dentist’s office. Not only is the front desk staff warm and welcoming, they had a sense of humor and friendliness that instantly comforts you. Dr.Zatcoff’s friendly demeanor and calming approach as he worked his craft, along with his charming, knowledgeable and obliging assistant, Nellie, who soothed the experience for me, I noticed I was feeling no pain, nothing at all! As he calmly and meticulously stitched up the area, I was told it was over…it honestly seemed like five minutes! Dr. Zatcoff is not only a true expert in his field, he has a bedside manner that outshines most others. He is quick, competent, knowledgeable, personable and makes you feel like family. I cannot recommend Total Dental Care enough.

WOW. Dr Z and his staff service is second to none. They make you feel and tear you as a.VIP. They make sure you’re comfortable the minute you walk in. I love the fact that you’re never waiting too long to be seen by the doctor. Dr Z speaks with you. He goes above and beyond his call of duty making sure you ‘the patient’ is comfortable. He is caring and compassionate. If it can be done, it will be done. I’ll recommend Dr Z and his staff to anyone and everyone. Thanks Dr I can laugh again.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Adam Z and his amazing staff. I am now having my third and fourth dental implants  almost finished and all I can say is Dr Z is the most talented implantologist I know.He is very honest and lets you know exactly what you can expect. He puts you at ease with his warm personality which is a hugh plus.( I get palpitations just thinking about going to the dentist) The first two teeth he implanted I’ve had for a few years and they are the best teeth in my mouth! Love this Dentist!
