We learned about Town and Country Family Dentistry via a flyer in our apartment complex welcome folder. This was super helpful because we had just relocated from out of state. My daughters and I were due for routine cleaning. The staff members are friendly & knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with how well they worked with my children & how concerned they were with our overall dental health, explaining proper flossing methods and educating us with regard to the harmful effects of gum disease, but all the while not being judgmental. I’ve had previous dental experiences that were not so pleasant or useful. Additionally, they were sensitive about my TMJ disorder & were patient while I followed instructions as best I could within certain limitations of the disorder. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking a great dental health provider. My whole family of 5 uses this facility.

We found Town and Country Family Dentistry through a mailing advertisement. We are new to the area and the “first visit” cost was enticing since there are 4 of us in our family and do not have dental insurance. The office staff, assistant and dentist were so pleasant, professional, and efficient! The office is comfortable and clean. The Xrays and cleaning procedures were up-to-date and painless. I will HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental care.

Another visit to Town and Country Family Dentistry today. Went without a hitch. Had to have an extraction today. The dentist always makes me comfortably numb so that there’s no pain involved. Work was done quickly. The dentist and staff are always wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good dental work. 10 stars!

From making the appointment to the actual visit, everything was easy! Ervin at the front desk was very nice and helpful with getting me all checked in. My appointment was on time, which has never happened to me in any doctor setting, usually I’m waiting for an hour. Not here though! They were right on time. Dana took all of my X-rays and explained the work I would need to have done, then Casey explained the financial portion to me; she showed what my insurance would cover and what my total would be…very helpful when planning multiple appointments! Finally, Dr. Phan and Nicole started me out with my very first root canal! I didn’t feel a thing during the entire procedure and Dr. Phan checked in every few minutes to make sure I was still good. Overall, I’m very pleased with my visit and plan to bring my son here as well! Thanks everyone!

I have been a patient here for about 4 years. The experience has always been extremely professional. The associates know what they are doing and are kind, polite, and efficient. The facilities are very well kept, clean, and technologically up-to-date. I especially like the care and attention they give to appointment scheduling and reminders. Definitely recommend.
