Went in to Town and Country Dentistry for the first time and had to be seen on an emergency basis for a broken molar. They were able to see me right away and made sure my tooth was taken care of. The staff was EXCELLENT! Jessica was very helpful. Dr Ky and Dr. Hong were both AMAZING and the whole staff was caring and attentive. I definitely recommend this dentist to others including my family. I will DEFINITELY go back for additional dental work. In addition to the above, they cater to those who get anxious while having dental work done and the office was CLEAN!

I have been coming here for 2 years or so, and I absolutely love this place! Just yesterday, my friend had an accident at the gym …. she busted her lip open and cracked her front tooth, half of it was gone. I contacted Dr. Ky and she responded quickly to me and asked us to come in at 9am, same day. Dr. Hong saw my friend and put her at ease, he fixed her tooth and stiched her lip all before noon. He came in on his day off!!!!! Today she’s feeling better and we’re both still so grateful for the services they provided!! They are so caring and you can tell it’s genuine! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Awesome dental office. I was recommended to this place by my late cousin and have stuck to this place ever since. We followed them from their last location. The office is always nice and  clean. Everyone there is super friendly. The dentist is very informative about what they plan to do and are great with kids. They even have seating areas decorated just for the kids. They even offer sedation dentistry which is why my cousin recommended this place to me. I freaked out about having to be awake and having my wisdom tooth pulled out so I switched to this dentist right away. I love coming here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Haven’t been to the dentist in 12 years. Their front desk staff are so patient and kind and understanding of my fear of the dental chair. Even though I was sedated for my cleaning, the staff, dental hygienist, and DR were so friendly and so kind. My fear has decreased dramatically and I no longer dread going in. I’m extremely lucky to have stumbled upon this dental office where their excellence in communication, understanding, and care really does go a long way.

Dr Ky and Dr Hong are the best dentist I have ever met. They are very experienced and caring. They take time to use simple words to explained the complicated procedure which made me feel warm and safe. Their staff are very well trained, gentle and professional. I have to travel extra miles to take all my family members to see them. It worth. I will recommend Dr Ky and Dr Hong to whoever looking for excellent dental care.

I hated coming to the dentist but after reading all the good reviews I decided to give this place a try and boy am I glade I did everyone there are friendly and funny but most importantly you are in and out and I did not feel any pain this will be my dentist from now on.

Dr. Hong is very knowledgeable with his practice. Very nice and personable. They have been getting very buy lately, but once the doctor gets to you, he is very focused on your needs. That’s very important to build rapport.

Dr. Hong is one of those dentists that teaches his patients and explains everything thoroughly. Explains all options. He is gentle, pain free and comforting. He offers conscious sedation for my anxious family members. Through the years Ive trusted him to care for myself, husband, mother, and son. We have never had a bad experience or complications. We’ve even returned from out of state just to be seen by him. 5 stars and then some for Dr. Hong and his entire staff.

Location: it was very clean and neat. There is plenty of seating in the waiting room. Staff: The staff was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Hong is really friendly as well and makes you feel comfortable. It was my first time going to this facility and I wanted to give it a try since they had great reviews. Overall I had a great first experience at this location and I would totally recommend others to try it out. I also needed a mouth guard and Erika was quick to check with my insurance to see if it was covered or not. Really appreciated the quick turnaround. The precious location I was at never follows through with my request.

I needed to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed and I had been delaying the extraction for a while now. I’m scared of the dentist, but I found this place on Yelp. The reviews are right. This place is amazing. The staff whether if they’re talking to you on the phone or in person are super friendly and remember who you are. I made an appointment for a consult and they immediately greeted me and explained the forms I needed to fill out. The place is in a tiny shopping center with the only driveway entrance on Newville Ave. You can’t enter via Firestone Blvd so it can be a little tricky. They verified that my dental insurance could cover most of the extraction which was good. I didn’t have to pay too much out of pocket. They offer IV sedation, so I decided to try it out to ease my nerves. The day of the appointment I was nervous, but they were very friendly and encouraging. The IV sedation was done through the arm and it completely knocks you out which is good because you don’t get to feel a thing. You might feel a little pressure but it’s not painful. I’m very happy that I found this place to get my treatment completed. Everyone who works here deserves gold stars because my experience went well.

The best dentist!! Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I am extremely terrified of anything that has to do with dental work, and have severe anxiety. The receptionist Erica is so nice and friendly, she definitely puts you at ease right away. Both Drs are very kind and take there time explaining each treatment for each tooth. I had 1 root canal and 3 crowns done, and didn’t feel a thing! Will definitely be back to continue my treatments!

I came here over a year ago with many problems after not getting regular cleanings and a split tooth.The Dr. was very friendly as well as the staff. He explained all my options. The most important thing was the sedation , I feel I cannot get numb and went through a lot of pain before. Well it’s my gf turn now. I will make sure she comes here as this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been.

I had a really good experience here, definitely would recommend. Background:I have no insurance, haven’t been to the dentist since I was a child 6 or 7, now at age 24 had a lot of problems to fix. Erika at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She was very prompt on email and phone. Dr Hong was really nice and went in depth with each tooth during my consultation, more than the other consultations I had. I had to pay for the consultation, but I think it was worth it. I went to several other people for consultations as well to compare in other cities too, sent several emails and walk ins, they were nice but the other offices prices were insane especially since I didn’t have insurance. I decided to go here after all my research because they gave me the best prices and free iv sedation! Which was great because I’m really scared of the dentist,  pain, drilling my teeth, and shots… Work I got done: I got 3 wisdom teeth removed, 2 crowns, and 3 fillings. Got my 3rd filling free probably because I decided to do everything and paid everything at once. It took a total of 3 hrs and I slept through the whole thing it was great. Mainly because I don’t remember feeling any pain or discomfort during just sleepy and groggy post surgery. Post surgery I have very minimal soreness and little to no pain, I just try not to open my mouth too wide because the stiches and areas they worked on can feel a little sore. I do take half of my pain pills here and there to ease me because I get nauseous if I take the recommended dose. My face didn’t swell up and I didn’t cry in bed for hours like some of my other friends did post wisdom teeth extractions. I’m really surprise I’m not in pain and I think it’s because the Dr did a really good job! Definitely going to recommend this place to anyone I know who needs work done and coming back in the future.

Went in today with the biggest fear of the dentist, the staff immediately calmed my nerves and were very patient with me. I opted for the IV sedation which was awesome, took care of my root canal as well as some cavities and a broken tooth. I walked out a happy patient with no discomfort. I strongly recommend they’re services. Thanks Dr. Ky, Dr. Hong & Jessica and entire staff.

Went to Town and Country for an exam and cleaning. As this was my first visit to the dentist in years I was a little nervous. I found this office by doing a provider search and I am so glad I did. Dr. Hong and his entire staff were very warm and friendly (they made you feel right at home). I had a cleaning and some fillings done. I thought I had to come back for some of the work but Dr. Hong was able to get everything done during the visit. I will definitely be coming back for future visits and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I came in to the office for a check up exam because I hadn’t been to a dental office for over 10 years. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist from past experiences and I hated going. I figured that I’d better go because I didn’t know what kind of condition my teeth were in. I try to keep them clean but there is always room for improvement… I saw Dr. Hong first and he thoroughly explained my xrays to me and also took detailed pictures of my teeth to show me exactly what was going on with them. After hearing all this I was thinking that I was going to walk out of the office with a hefty bill. One of the girls came over and went over all the pricing and at first I was confused because it was so cheap, I was like are you sure this is for everything? So I had them take care of it all. Dr Ky is the one that actually performed the procedure on my teeth. She could tell that I was super nervous and asked if I wanted to be sedated for the procedure but I decided against it and just took the needle, which also freaks me out. Dr. Ky was so great she put me at ease and she wasn’t super rough like other dentists I’ve had in the past I didn’t feel a thing the entire time, it was great. She took care of all my fillings and even replaced my older silver fillings with the white ones – awesome… I will absolutely be back here for regular check ups, this experience has actually made me like the dentist now… Thank you Dr. Ky and staff.
