I moved to Madison a year and a half ago & found Tyson Dental shortly after. I have been seeing them regularly for some needed dental work & I can’t say enough kind things about the staff, timeliness, and quality of work. I will recommend them to anyone I know in need of a good dentist.

5 stars I have limitations in opening my mouth due to TMJ surgery from many years ago. Dr Tyson and staff are always considerate of that and take as much time as I need to remain comfortable during any procedure. I am very pleased with the professionalism of this dental office!

The experience I had here was amazing. As a new patient I expected to have to wait a few months before I could get an appointment. However, they put my boyfriend and me on the call list and we were both able to go within a week of setting up appointments. When I went, the wait was short, the staff was friendly, and the place had a good feel to it. Afterwards, there was a mix up with my insurance. I called this place and spoke to either Kasey or Kelsey to try and figure out what happened. She was very polite and explained everything as if she had all the time in the world to talk to me. No rush, no frustration. It came down to me having to call my insurance to figure out what was actually covered, but before I could do that SHE called them for me and figured it out and got my account fixed! Never in my life has someone in that position cared enough about my personal predicaments. Very happy, clearly, and will be returning for as long as I am in Huntsville.

For someone with anxiety during dental visits, I found Tyson Dental to be very comfortable and welcoming from the entire office staff. The hygienists and Dr. Tyson takes the time to speak with you about your concerns or if you have any questions, plus they are gentle! Glad I found a practice that informs me in a positive way and makes me feel at ease during my visit.

The moment I walked in the door the staff in reception were smiling and attentive. I had a morning appointment. I had made appointments for myself and my husband, but because of work I had to call and change times. Then I had to change his again because of work schedule. They were very kind and helped work out the scheduling. I believe Jenny was the dental assistant, she did an excellent job, was friendly and attentive. Dr Tyson was nice and easy going, they were all very professional. The atmosphere was professional and caring.

We stumbled upon Dr. Tyson’s office after my husband had an abscessed tooth and was in severe pain. No other dentist in the area was willing to squeeze him in and provide same day relief except for Dr. Tyson. We are out of network with his office but still see him because of his professional office staff, short waiting room times and great friendly service. He also is extremely good at what he does and we’ve recommended several friends to his office.

Great cleaning; my hygienist clearly explained what needed to be done on my teeth and advised me on possible sensitivity to whitening which I appreciated. She was even able to discover that a filling I had previously done elsewhere had cracked with the little camera they have to look around in your mouth, which I did not know, and Dr. Tyson was able to take care of it during my visit. I hardly had any pain after the procedure even though it was a large filling. Will definitely go back!

This is a great dentist!! I have been going to dentists my entire life and never had a dentist actually show me my xrays, explain to me what was going on and then work with me as a team to take a proactive approach to my dental health. Dr. Tyson is most definitely a very personable, caring and very talented dentist professional and I found him to be trustworthy. His entire staff was top notch, from the minute I came into the office, his receptionist is warm, friendly and makes you feel like you are a part of the family and welcome. The hygienist, Ms Sharon was great. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth, was professional, caring and explained a lot to me about what she was doing and gave me pointers. I found Tyson Dental to be an outstanding dental office for all ages and will trust this dentist to take care of my whole family. I will most definitely be giving him high regards to my friends, co-workers, neighbors and family. This dental team is AWESOME!! Thankful I found him and his office.

I love them!! The lady that assist me before the dentist comes in is always nice and she talks and ask me questions. It’s not all uptight. Dr. Tyson is the best. He comes in joyful. Best Dentist in the city of Huntsville, Al hands down.. Very humorous, like-able personality (yet serious about his work) caring, kind, respectful, and pleasant Dental Doctor, as well as staff that i have ever patronized.. They make you feel so comfortable, so well attended to, always eager at a moments notice to take a call should any problems arise and invite you to visit his office so he can assist you in the most (urgent) efficient way possible.. And his work is exceptional to say the least.. I am extremely proud, happy, overtly, and aesthetically pleased with his care, work and service provided unto me in the most positive way .. I would (highly) recommend Dr Tyson to any, and everyone who needs a top quality Dental MD, and dental health care professional for a cost effective budget!! His prices are very reasonable, and beat’s most surrounding, competing dental offices.. PS.. He also offers the additional bonus of providing “Plasma T.V screens” ( cable T.V) at every Dental station as you will notice upon being taken to the rear offices to receive your treatment’s.. He gives you the remote control and everything aha ..So you are allowed to control what you watch on T.V as well lol.. This is all provided whilst you’re laying back, and he works on your teeth!! So if you want the best care, best work, best and most highly rated Dental MD/offices, best, and most friendly-est staff you will ever experience, and the best/brightest smile you could have ever imagines having.. I highly suggest and advise you not chose any other Dental practice than my guy Dr Tyson.. Wonderful Man, and very (humble) kind person!! If i could i would give him 20 star’s..That’s just how impressive of not only a physician he is, but human being as well Thanks Doc/ staff!! In fact..I’ll see you guys tomorrow lol

I am a patient of Dr Tyson and came down with a tooth ache. Went in for a check up out of cycle and he discovered a broken tooth requiring a crown. He did the crown work on the spot and put in a temporary crown. I came back two weeks later and the new crown was installed. Well done. As I travel a great deal, he is very amenable to working with my schedule. Well done to Dr T and his staff. A great team and very easy to work with.
