5 stars isn’t even enough to describe my experience at this great establishment. Before I used to get very anxious even thinking about going to the dentist, But now thanks to Dr.E and his awesome d.a Ivan, I am looking forward to my next appointment. From the moment I entered I was greeted kindly and offered something to drink and just felt very very welcomed there. The whole staff is very attentive to the patients and are very considerate to their needs. VERY UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST DENTAL OFFICE! My husband started going to United Dental Care in Culver City in 2017. Our experience with them started out well. They were in network with our Blue Shield of California dental PPO insurance. Half way through treatment we were billed almost $20,000. I knew something wasn’t right so I contacted our insurance and they let me know that this dentist cancelled their contract with them. The problem is THEY NEVER TOLD US and continued to do work for quite some time at a much higher rate. We also learned we were double billed for one procedure. After a second opinion we found out some of the work was not done right as well.

Our family switched dentists recently in hopes of finding a great office that cares! We stumbled upon United Dental Care (they really do care!) and are so happy we did. I highly recommend United Dental. I had taken a really bad fall and ending up chipping my tooth as well as cutting up the inside of my mouth up pretty good. I chose this place instead of my regular dentist because it was a Saturday. The staff was incredible as was Dr. Asadi who was able to give me a temporary fix as I was heading out of town for the holidays. I will be going back in the new year for a permanent fix. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years before coming to united dental. My entire experience here has been 100% amazing and painless. Beginning with my first call on a Friday, they were able to see me on Saturday morning at 9:00 am so I didn’t any time to wait and thus build anxiety. The entire team is beyond courteous and treated me like an old family friend. The cost was more than reasonable and they take my insurance and offered care credit for my coinsurance costs. My doctor and her dental assistant were so reassuring and gentle and made sure that I felt no pain. They are flexible and accommodating and I am so comfortable here that I will never fear coming to the dentist again. I am so happy to be taking care of my smile and united dental is the only reason I can feel that way. I would recommend them to anybody, even if you aren’t local to their area.

I looked all over la for a good dentist and I went to a ton of them. My girlfriend and I finally found Dr. Asadi and she is amazing. My girlfriend was in need of a lot of dental work. My daughter is terrified when it comes down to seeing the dentist but here at Untied dental care they show her there’s nothing to be afraid of. The receptionists were very warm and welcoming, dental assistants were sociable and friendly, and the dentists were fantastic when they were examing my daughter. It was a comfortable environment with wonderful workers. My daughter went for his first visit and we were told how many cavities she had, once we were finished we were told what to do in order to avoid anymore cavities or dental work. We went back recently for a check up and came out with flying colors, not only that we were made to feel accomplished and proud of how well she had done with her teeth. She left the office feeling so proud of herself and it was because of the encouragement and bravo they gave her. All in all I have to say this is a fantastic dental office with a fantastic team. Being able to make my daughter not afraid of the dentist is a miracle in itself but they fully accomplished that goal

I have been to a number of dentists throughout my life, and none has compared to the level of professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern that Dr. E at United Dental Care provided me with. I am full-time student, and Dr. E worked around my financial situation to ensure I got the medical attention I needed. I now realize that going to Dr. E is an investment and not an expense. Dr. E was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining what procedures were to be performed on me to easy my anxiety. I appreciate that he took his time to make me feel at ease. I felt no pain, discomfort, or fear while Dr. E was working on my teeth. With serene music playing in the background, comfortable spa-like chairs, and high-tech equipment, I completely forgot that I was at the dentist. In addition, his staff is fabulous! Lupe, one of the assistants, gave me a mini head/jaw massage once my procedure was over with. The entire staff at United Dental Care makes you feel completely at home. Each time I visit, I never want to leave. They truly are amazing professionals.

Both of my kids have been patients at United Dental Care for several years and the service, the dental work and the facility are all exceptional. They know how to work with insurance and provide the best treatment!! We had an emergency recently and Dr E was texting me at 10:00pm at night to tell me he would come in early to see my child. I first heard of United Dental Care in 2006 when I worked at a kids group home, and we would take the kids here for checkups and treatment. Dr. E and his staff had a reputation for being very patient and accommodating with the kids, and I saw for myself that this was true! In 2007 I started taking my two daughters here (one with special needs) for treatment, and I became a client too! I can be quite the dental “chicken” at times, but Dr. E and his staff always have a gentle approach to put anyone at ease. We are still faithful clients, and just last week I went in for my checkup and deep cleaning with Gigi. Soon I’ll be returning to see Dr. Navid for a minor treatment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to take care of your dental needs, for kids and grown-ups alike!

After searching for a reputable dentist and trustworthy I honestly didn’t expect to have this sort of experience!!! Thanks to the guys on “Yelp” for taking the time to post there experiences which helped us find this amazing place!! My wife had severe tooth pain after frantically searching for a place who could help us as we where having to pay out of pocket so was a little apprehensive as we previously had a bad experience in the area with another dentist who was just interested in money money!!! I was quite skeptical however these guys blew us away from the moment we contacted them via phone!!! I am still in shock the experience was absolutely phenomenal!!! We was greeted by everyone as we walked in from the doctors to nurses and assistants etc Who were so kind friendly professional and very welcoming!!! Straight away we felt comfortable and relaxed!! I had to take the time out to share this and give them the credit they truly deserve what an amazing team they have from nurses to doctors to the girls at the front desk!! Absolutely shocking so so kind I have never had such a amazing experience at either a doctors or dentist like this before!!! We had no choice but to take our 3 year old son who was basically taken care of by the phenomenal phenomenal girls the whole time.. He is very energetic as most 3 year olds and we felt bad and hoped he wasn’t making to much noise etc however the girls and Doctor eftekhari kept reassuring us it was fine and was all playing with him!! Whilst my wife had an emergency wisdom tooth taken out.. we paid out of pocket but they looked after us best they could and was worth every single dollar!!
