As of 10/1/2020 I had my first appt tofay of long treatment plan to do an entire mouth rehabilitation. Today I had 3 implants and went super. The appt was at 7 am and 5 hours later I am home with no pain. The Velasco is not cheap but you get what you pay for all the education and experience his has to secure a good outcome on his patients. Cheaper is not always better. As far as his team I cant say thanks enough to all for caring of me while I was there. Thanks Dr Velasco, Evelyn, Crystal and Candace! I will give another update once I have my second appt on Oct 20 2020. Be safe! 2

Dr Velasco & Dr Haddad the whole staff are amazing!! If you are in serious pain and have been treated poorly by other dentist! This is the Place to go!! Dr Haddad worked on me ,and Dr Velasco on my girl friend! She had a Terrible infection in her lower valve she had carried for years and have seen several dentists and each treatment filter miserably when she went to uptown the doctors they’re fixed your problem and we arinfection

So my experience with Uptown was stellar from the very first phone call. They were able to give me an appointment the next day and even emailed me the paperwork ahead of time. The office is clean and has a very modern look. The entire staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. LOVE Dr. Velasco is a Genius!! I went to him in 2001 and he put in 8 veneers and made my teeth beautiful! Fast forward my 18 year old daughter hated her teeth that were very small and uneven and for her high school graduation gift this is all she begged for is to have nice teeth and a nice smile. These days there are so many photos being taken for social media its extremely important to them. Dr. Velasco once again did perfect work and he is an Expert/ Artist/ perfectionist and 100% spot on with the shape and size etc… I have not had to go back and replace any of my teeth and its been 18 years! THANK GOD we found Dr. Velasco and his staff is Amazing and so friendly! We LOVE Neil the patient coordinator that helped us with the money part… He was so helpful and patient and accommodating. I went in super nervous to my consultation and walked out so confident in my decision on moving forward with my dental journey. From walking in and meeting Neal who by the way was an incredible man with an amazing personality who explained everything in detail to me to meeting the man of the hour Dr. Velasco was so great! Dr. Velasco made me very comfortable and was so patient with how I wanted my teeth done. I had a complicated situation and my final product came out beyond my expectations. The staff assisting him were incredible and they made each one of my visits memorable. I was very insecure about my smile but now I smile more than ever and my confidence level is very high. I had my first appointment today to get a cleaning done and I was extremely impressed at the friendliness and care that I received during my visit. Every member of their team from the receptionist to the doctor, treated me with amazing care. Both of my parents are patients here and referred me to Dr. Velasco. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this location for any and all dental work. Other dentist in the past would hurt my teeth during cleaning but the steady and gentle hand of the assistant and doctor eased any worries in my mind. Went in on Thursady and was back to work on Monday with no problem and a gret new smile that I had never had before. My husband is in need of some cosmetic implants. We were hesitant about finding a doctor who could help and that would be concerned about quality and longevity of the implants too. We haven’t proceeded with treatment yet, but the consultation process was a BREEZE! The Team is so incredibly friendly! Neal is AWESOME and the ladies (I didn’t catch names, sorry yall!) went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of. All of our questions were answered without having to ask and the detail in explaining the plan was above any I’ve ever heard. If you’re considering a consultation with them, take the step and do it. Dr. Velasco and staff were wonderful during my most recent visit during Covid 19. I had an emergency visit a month ago. When I arrived I was moved to a check in and waiting area that was spaced accordingly for the pandemic regulations…, 1 staff member and myself at least 12 feet or more apart. When they were ready for me, only the technician, Dr. Velasco and myself were present and properly distanced during communications. All the appropriate PPE was worn by the staff at the office. Dr. Velasco and staff are the most wonderful. I have had my implants and other dental worked performed here and I am grateful and appreciative for their kindness and ability to make me feel great about myself again. For the next three years, he attended Nova Southeastern University in Florida for the Prosthodontic program, graduating also in the top of his class. After completing his residency he was appointed to teach and became a full time faculty member at the dental school in both the under-graduate and the post-graduate programs. He was the course director for Implant Dentistry, Dental Bio-Materials, and Occlusion. Dr. Roberto Velasco has also trained in Europe on the All-on-4 Teeth-in-a-Day implant procedure. Before moving to Houston in May of 2010, he had successfully completed over four hundred and fifty All-on-4 Teeth-in-a-Day implant procedures as well as thousands of single implant surgical placement and restorations. Since moving to Houston in 2010, he has performed over 3,000 All-on-4 Teeth-in-a-Day implant procedures, with a very high success rate, and restored thousands of implants with innovative techniques that assure his patients not only the highest success rate but also the most beautiful and functional restorations possible. He also had the privilege of working with Clear Choice, one of Houston’s leading dental implant specialists. Dr. Velasco moved to Texas in early 2003 and established his private practice in Austin. Dr. Velasco has lectured both nationally and internationally, mostly on implants. He has extensive training in high-tech dentistry and implant dentistry.
