I recently came here for a cleaning and had a fantastic experience. Starting with the email inquiry up until the time I left, every person I encountered was friendly and professional. Also huge bonus points for not keeping me waiting forever! We got started right on time. Paula got all of my xrays/medical history taken care of before I was turned over to the very capable hands of the hygienist. I am not the greatest with remembering names especially on a Saturday morning but I want to say Rachel. I should have asked her again because it was honestly one of the best cleanings I have ever had. I’m already booked for the next cleaning. Great little team here!

I just had my first visit and this place is amazing! From the moment I walked in the reception Chante greeting me with a welcoming smile. Then Paula brought me back and explained everything that was going to be done. She took lots of pictures and the whole time was explaining what she was doing. Then Sam cleaned by teeth and he was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and was so gentle. He made sure through the visit to ask me how things are going and I was was doing. They truly care about their patients. It really felt like they where one big family their. I would recommended this place to anyone!!!

As an extremely anxious, uninsured dental patient, this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Everyone was incredibly nice, patient, and gentle. My options were explained to me without being pressured into anything, and services that would normally be unaffordable were made accessible to me. Scheduling was easy, and they accept care credit. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, I can’t recommend this office enough.

I want to preface this review by saying that I have major anxiety surrounding dental procedures. Before my experience at Uptown Dental I never had a positive experience in the dental chair. Sam just “got me”. He realized right away how uncomfortable I was, and genuinely went out of his way to make the experience a positive one. I even laughed a couple times through the anxiety tears. Thank you Sam and the rest of the Uptown Dental staff. I know with your help, I’m on the road to healthy gums and future joyful dentist appointments.

I had a wonderful experience!!! I love the team! Sam (dental hygienist) did an excellent job deep cleaning and laser cleaning! Super patient and understanding! Aman (dentist) did a marvelous job on my front filling. She and her worker made me feel safe and assured that I was taken care of and was comfortable during the process. Paula (owner) is just as wonderful too! If any problems may happen she will guide you in the right direction! Her biggest incentive is a healthy customer. Shante (front desk) has also great patience and explains in detail any questions you may have! She is very nice!! It shows that this team really do want their customers to be happy and healthy!! I finally found a dentist!!!!

This is a great little practice in an extremely convenient location for us midtown-downtown dwellers. I appreciate the text reminders for my 6 month appointments. The tools they use seem very state of the art. I’ve never got the feeling they are trying to sell me something I don’t need. We started going here because if recommendations from neighbors and have not been disappointed.

I have been going to this office for years, and although it has gone through an ownership change recently it has only improved. I really enjoy the staff as they always make me feel super comfortable. Sam the hygienist is a hoot and makes getting your teeth cleaned actually fun. (how often does that happen?) The doctors are also very diligent in making sure you are comfortable and informed of everything they are doing. I highly recommend this office if you want to feel appreciated and be well taken care of.
