I have finally found a dentist who treats me the way I should be treated.  Dr. Loo is informative and sensitive to my needs.  She took the time to explain what is needed and what should be done.  I finally felt like I was cared for the way I should have been long ago.  Dr. Loo is up to date with new treatment and technology that I feel confident to recommend her to my family.   Her office staff was friendly, courteous and always willing to help in anyway they can.  I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Loo or her staff…

Dr. Loo is very courteous and accessible. I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years so I knew I would have a few cavities. As much as I despise drills on my teeth, she made the process as comfortable as it could be. My teeth are sensitive, but even so I was being a bit of a wimp when it came to the fillings procedure. She didn’t hesitate to be gentler when I flinched and give me a bit more numbing agent when just being gentler wasn’t enough. The office itself is a bit small, but there are plenty of windows to make it feel larger during cleanings. Even when I took a gap of getting cleanings during a job transition, she was quick to just get me on the right track again and not dwell on my gap in proper care. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Loo of Urban Pacific Dental Associates is a newcomer to SF, but she is a breath of fresh air in the dental landscape of the City – and she can make your mouth feel fresh, too. I met Dr. Loo at an event, shortly after she relocated here from New York. She mentioned she was in the process of setting up her practice, and I decided to try her as a patient. I should probably mention here that I practically live in dentists’ offices. If needed more dental work, they should start charging me rent. Very unfair, I must say, considering I was denied sweets as a child… but I digress. My latest luck with San Francisco dentists has been sketchy. I can never tell if a dentist’s suggestions are really needed or dictated by his or her own commercial interests. Quality has varied, too… especially as related to the costs. In that sense, Dr. Loo is very honest and open about your options. She will not press ultra expensive choices on you, unless you truly need it. So far, I have had several visits with Dr. Loo and it has always been an experience as pleasant as can be at a dentist’s – gentle touch, punctual, attentive. She is a perfectionist – something you want your dentist to be. She will not let you out of her chair until the last tiny protrusion in your crown or filling is smoothed out. But that is OK – the office is cozy and boasts sweeping views over Union Square and has some impressive photography. There is a choice of music.  You practically feel at home. Five stars for Dr. Loo.

First off, I love the fact you can schedule an appointment online. The receptionist also texts you for confirmation, which is super convenient. Upon arrival I noticed the office is clean and modern. The receptionists are nice and friendly. I’ve seen Dr Wenli Loo twice now and she’s been excellent both sessions. I definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Loo is amazing!! I have been seeing her for a few years now and I truly have never had a better dentist. I recommend her to ANYONE who will listen. Not only is she great at her job, starts on time, and very compassionate to any issues you may be having (I had an emergency while switching my insurance carrier and she worked around it), but she truly cares about her patients. I chipped my front tooth and called her in a panic, and within an hour and a half, I was good as new. Her fitting me in on a Friday, before the weekend, at a moment’s notice, is something I will never forget and greatly appreciate!!

I saw Dr Loo during my last year or two living in San Francisco. I just had my first dentist appointment with a new dentist, and man did it make me miss Dr Loo! She helped me with a few cleanings, deep cleanings, and cavities. I went to see her after maybe 4 years of not seeing a dentist, so there were a few issues to take care of. Every process and procedure was great. Every time I left her office, I loved feeling my super clean teeth! It’s such a great feeling to run your tongue over freshly cleaned teeth.

Dr. Loo and her team is the absolute best. Really appreciate how caring and thoughtful the team is. Dr. loo’s bedside manner is great – sweet and professional. Got a cleaning and Dr. Loo noticed that I had chips on my teeth and advised that I get a mouthguard. I’m amazed that none of my past dentists noticed my chipped teeth and am forever grateful to Dr.Loo for saving me from having no teeth when I get old Highly recommended!

Dr. Loo is awesome. I was seen instantly (and I wouldn’t have minded waiting, as her office is on the top floor of a downtown high-rise with a spectacular view, even while your face is getting drilled). I was pretty embarrassed heading to the dentist after seven years of neglect, but Dr. Loo is super-cool (yet professional), and adept at mastering the most high-tech tools to fix you up with no pain. I creepily look forward to seeing her (and her very sweet staff) for my next appointmen

Always a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Loo! Been going to Urban Pacific Dental Associates for several years now and Wenli Loo is the absolute best. The staff there are super friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. Wenli is such a delight and is always checking in on me while getting dental work done. In all my years of seeing Dr. Loo not once have I ever felt any excruciating pain and I absolutely adore her for taking care of my teeth! I highly recommend Wenli Loo she is amazing!

I love this office and this dentist! This dental office is very clean, comfortable, and inviting with a well decorated waiting area. The front desk staff is very customer friendly, helpful and  professional with any of your questions. I have seen Dr. Loo twice now and she is super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely gentle. Yes I am a fan, since it is so hard to find a dentist that you don’t dread going back to. At first I saw her for an initial exam. She seemed very thorough and she did a great job with the cleaning. Then I saw her again to replace an old filling on a front tooth.  She was so gentle with the shot, and super quick with the filling. And the best part is that I can’t even see that I have a filling there. She did a beautiful job and helped boost my self- esteem. I am so happy to have her in the Bay area and to have found her. I will definitely be going back and recommending her to all my friends. I have a dentist for life!

Woohoo I love Dr Loo! I didn’t realize that I had low dentist standards until I met Dr Loo. Seriously, she is THE best dentist I’ve ever had. No other dentist measures up! Her office is absolutely beautiful. The interior and the view are to die for. It makes coming to the dentist much less daunting. Plus, her office is located in the heart of the city so after your visit, you can stroll around Union Square or head over to Westfield Mall I never liked going to the dentist but I don’t mind coming to see Dr Loo. Dr Loo is patient and thorough. She explains all the procedures to you so you’re not lost or confused about what exactly is going on. Dr Loo also gives very professional dental advice. She won’t try to pressure you into doing an expensive procedure if you don’t need to. She gives her honest opinion and helps you understand how to take the best care of your pearly whites. Making appointments are super easy and she even sends reminders so that you don’t accidentally miss an appointment. Not only is Dr Loo exceptional, her assistants are, too! Its refreshing to walk into a dental office and feel so welcomed.All of her staff are phenomenal at what they do and try their best to make you feel comfortable. It is clear that Dr Loo truly cares about all her patients and is passionate about her practice. I highly recommend Dr Loo to anyone who is looking for a quality professional dentist.

Dr.Loo provides the best service ever! I had couple crowns done here. Dr.Loo tirelessly communicated with the lab and exchanged the crowns for a couple times just to make sure I am satisfied with the color – that’s hours of additional work. Jenn in the front desk is also very professional and friendly and gets things done in a timely manner!

Dr. Wenli Loo is the best dentist that I’ve been to so far in the bay area! I’ve had some bad luck with dentists in the past, but I find Dr. Loo to be so trustworthy and extremely professional. I love the cleanliness and modern look of the office. I could really tell that the team cares about keeping everything in tip-top shape. I also thought it was so convenient that the x-ray machines are located within the operatory room so I didn’t have to move around at all during my appointment. I’ve been seeing Dr. Loo for my cleanings regularly for over two years, and I know I can count on her whenever I have any oral health issues come up. One time I had a sudden gum sensitivity issue, and she immediately scheduled me in to check on it for me. She always gives such thorough exams and is careful when diagnosing any problems. I also find her bedside manner to be very soothing, which I think is so important in a dentist. I’m usually pretty nervous when I have to get any fillings done, but Dr. Loo is so consistently caring and sweet. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else for my dental needs!
