Very gentle, kind, & very affordable. Valley View Dental is my new permanent dentist. Dr. Irina did my root canal today & it was a breeze. I was so nervous but she put me at ease and checked on me throughout the whole procedure. I can’t wait to go back! My kids will be going here as well.

I’ve been at many dentist offices desperately trying to get help with my teeth problems, but never had some of them solved until I found Valley View Dental. If you are looking for a place where all your “custom” requests will be addressed, definitely check Valley View Dental! I can’t find enough good words for Dr. Irene, but I’m truly impressed with her proffessionalism, attention to details and sense of humour! I will definitely come back more and more!

A patron of Valley View Dental for twenty years, I have been Dr. Irina Hayrapetyan’s patient for the last seven years as she assumed the practice from the now-retired previous dentist. Now retired myself and with a long history of dental health challenges, I have found Dr. Irina to be highly skilled. Over the last several years, Dr. Irina’s work with “my smile” has included root canals, crowns, bridges, regular cleanings, and most recently dental implants. All have been completed successfully. She is supported by a very professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff. Although I moved several years ago to another county on the other side of Dallas, I continue to drive to Valley View Dental…Dr. Irina and staff are simply that important to my dental health. What she and her very capable team have been able to do for my smile is amazing, and I have great confidence in their skill. Without hesitation, I’d encourage a visit.

Love Dr. Irina Hayrapetyan and wonderful staff !!  I have been seeing Irina for about six years. She is very professional and personable. Best of all, I have never had to wait to see her ! Going every three months over my lunch hour, leaves very little time. She is always on time and has a smile on her face. The staff is wonderful too ! Love that they are willing to schedule my appointments at my convenience and have even called on a few occasions to offer a later time if I would have had to wait. Irina and staff are more like family than medical providers. I even look forward to my visits ! (Now, that is what going to the dentist should be all about 🙂

My experience with the Valley View Dental is one of the best .It is very professional from start to end. This is a wonderful dental practice! If you are looking for a local, women-owned small business that supports inclusion and a diverse staff this is the right place! I was instantly made to feel welcome by the entire staff. Dr. Irina was quick, thorough, and minimally invasive. I have been dodging having my wisdom teeth removed for 20 years because of the position of one’s root against a main facial nerve and she helped me devise a plan to remove only my top wisdoms in a manner that I am comfortable with. They are also great in coordinating with your insurance carrier in order to provide the best pricing possible. As long as I live in DFW and Dr. Irina is practicing I will be a loyal patient.

Dr. Irina is professional, highly attentive and always dedicates her time to  patients to make sure that the dental work scenario chosen is the best case scenario for them.

Dr.Irina is the most favorite dr. of our family. She has amazing memory-always knows what your typical problem, pays attention to details. I really like always warm welcome in her charming office. Her office manager Hilda is great too-she remembers what time we prefer to come when she calls us for appointments. Will stay loyal to dr.Irina!

I’ve been going to Valley View since I moved to Dallas at the end of 2019 and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve recommended Valley View, DR. Irina Hayrapetyan and her staff, to other people and they have reported that they had the same high quality experience.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists in the area and I’ve had the best experience at Valley View Dental so far, then anywhere else. I had a hard case with the tooth that needed a root canal and had abscess in the gum, the tooth and nerve structure was unusual, too. Previous dentist told me he was not even sure root canal would work for this case, that it would be better to completely extract the tooth and have the implant done instead. I came to Valley View Dental for the second opinion and Dr. Irina saved my tooth, performing laser assisted root canal, even if it was not the easiest thing to do, everything went well. She also assisted me through the recovery process, prescribing different medicine to heal my gums. It was seven months ago and the tooth feels fine, no pain, no cracks, no abscess. If you would like to receive a professional professional diagnostics (and straightforward explanation) of condition of your teeth from x-rays, I think it is one of the best places to go. Dr. Irina was able to tell from my previous x-rays from other dentists that my tooth nerve was already dead (and she was right). I went to 4 places before (including endodontic) with the same issue and no one was able to tell me that, even with 3d x-ray. And I had the second time diagnostics with another tooth, when she was able to see that the cavity is already touching the nerve, and it was correct, but other dentists didn’t see that either. Also, if you are afraid of radiation from x-rays, like I am, this is a better place to go, because they use digital x-rays and not film x-rays. Digital X-rays produce 80% less radiation than traditional ones. And they also can give you double shield for protection if you want to or if you are pregnant. Keep in mind, though, if you are interested in root canal done, they don’t use microscope as some endodontics would, which I wish they did. She is using some kind of magnifying eyewear. But as far as I know (and I might be mistaken, do your research), but those places that use microscopes charge about $700+ more for the procedure. Also, they can use a crown for your tooth without heavy metals in it, for more affordable price then biological dentists would use for the same crown. Speaking of prices, I believe they are more affordable in general comparing to a lot of other places. And last but not least their staff is very nice and friendly. Overall I am happy with this place and I am going to come their on regular basis.

I originally went in and saw Dr. Irina to get a second opinion. She was not only helpful and straight forward with what I needed, but made sure that I wasn’t going to fork over more money than I had to. I’ve now been going to see her and her team at Valley View Dental for several years, and plan to continue seeing her into the future.
