I choose this location for both of my kids. When I compared them to other practices in the area, their pricing was clear, so I appreciated that. Today however, I was really sold on them. My son biked there and had an accident on the way. They drove him and his bike home as I could not be reached due to work. I realize that it was an employee that choose to help him(Sara) but it means a lot to me that someone there cared for my son like I would.

This is my second round of orthodontics through Dr. Veil and team. The first was when I was in middle school for traditional braces. Now, as an adult, my teeth have shifted and I am currently 2 months into my Invisalign plan. They have multiple office locations which is convenient for me because I actually live closer to their Eden Prairie location, work near their downtown Minneapolis skyway location and am just a few minutes away from their Bloomington office which is where I went today and for my first Invisalign appointment. Their offices are always clean and their staff are always friendly. When I was asking friends about their Invisalign experience, they all recommended Veil Orthodontics so their positive experiences paired with my previous patient relationship made them the obvious choice for my Invisalign treatment

We’ve been very pleased with the service and care that we have received from Dr. Veil and his staff. My daughter went through the whole retainer to braces to retainer deal, and was well taken care of along the way. My son, 12 years old, still has 12 baby teeth (crazy, I know), but has received great care along the way as Dr. Veil has evaluated what his “future smile” will look like. I really like the new Savage location (of course, because it is 5 minutes closer to Farmingto than the previous Savage location)… it is large, open and inviting. Great staff at the front desk… Shelley is awesome.

Dr. Veil, Dr. Wilde, and the whole staff are absolutely fantastic. Not only do they provide exceptional orthodontic results, the bedside manner and patient care are phenomenal. Top notch Orthodontists!!! I have 2 sons that go to Veil and Wild. They are fabulous Orthodontists and as a dental professional, I wouldn’t recommend any other orthodontist. The office I worked for referred to them exclusively. There is a major reason for that. Some places will do unnecessary pre braces, and other corrections too early. They guide you, monitor my youngest every 6 months to see if he is going to need braces and take great care of my oldest son who is in full braces. By the way, the staff is great too!

My dentist originally referred me to this place for adult braces but I was skeptical. I thought my dentist probably refer me here to get incentive, so I decided not coming here. I went to 3 orthodontists that are in my company’s employee discount program (they all have good rating on googles too). I felt disappointed and almost gave up on my braces wish because those orthodontists treated me like a client who they were about to rip off… I took a break from shopping around for about a month and decided to make appointment at Veil. I went in for a free consultation with the young orthodontist in glasses, he answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I requested 6 front clear ceramic bracket but i didn’t get any extra charges (I asked the other 3 places and they all said I would be charged $200-300 more). My total payment was quoted and it was even cheaper than the 3 places I had gone to. I finally got my braces on in April and currently a patient. I am happy and felt guilty for thinking all physicians in orthodontic industry are there to rip me off. It was a right decision that I shopped around because I can see the differences in prices and the attitudes that I receive at Veil orthodontics. My treatment is only at beginning stage, I don’t know how my result will look like at the end, but I think this place deserves more than my recommendation so I wrote this. I got this as a take away packet for my treatment plus a bag full of braces necessities (not in this pic)

Me being a patient there have many good things to share. The staff are so nice and helpful and they are very supportive. They are always on time and have never had to wait for over ten minuets before and even if you do have to wait they have a great area with an Xbox that can keep you entertained. The care that I have received there is unbeatable and they are the best orthodontics in town. My husband has been receiving his orthodontic care with this team and has required extensive treatment to fix his teeth. It included 6 teeth removed (wisdoms + 2 others) and maxillofacial/oral surgery (he had severe crowding and underbite). They are connected with a great surgery team who are knowledgeable and skilled.
