Really can’t say enough good things about my experience here. The staff was very friendly to me throughout my whole visit. Scheduling the appointment was very easy also. Dr. Patel was very kind and informative throughout my visit and gave me great advice on how to keep plaque off and the best approaches to overall dental hygiene. Brittany, the dental hygienist was great and easy to work with as well. I was in and out pretty quick and left feeling better and more confident than before I came in.

I love this Dental Group. They have great doctor’s and staff. Their office is convient to my house. My whole family: kids, grandkids and husband. They make payments easy. They take Medicaid which is a blessing. They replaced my husband tooth to look just like his others. They have a great orthodontic doctor as well. Can say 1feel very comfortable with them. They are always will to work with me as I them. They have been open on Saturdays for emergencies and that has been a blessing. I just really thank God we have terrific doctors and staff like these. They take their time with you like your the only patient in the office, and explain every procedure they do and the risks if any. I hope if you need a Dental Group, THEY will be your pick as well. They make a point to make you feel at home. THANK YOU VIDAL DENTAL FOR EVERYTHING. I have been with them since they opened and WILL NOT ever need another Dental as long as I am above ground. This is also a new location, s o decided to check out if the service is consistent across the brand. Because it is.. Vida Dental is the best group of Dentists in the Central Austin area- hands down. Location- Massive. They handle a ton of patients, but take their time with each one. Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable and hands on with treatment and care. Hard to find dentists in Austin that can deliver that type of Service. Plus it’s easy to get to! Service- they can pretty much do anything from cosmetic to medical. If you are in pain, they can fix ya! If your smile isn’t perfect, they can fix it! Whatever the problem is, should be a reason to come to the dentist (if you don’t right now)! Plus you get some free toothbrush and floss if you come, so you can keep up the fresh clean feel. They also speak Spanish in the office, so bi-lingual approach is great! Next time you need a visit, make a run for VIDA DENTAL!!!!

Front desk assistance was nice and helpful(when I had questions about the info form). Lobby was nice, complimentary water, and coffee. Nice modern set up for the examining rooms, flat screen with Netflix, headphones for long procedures. The Doc and the assistants were very nice and professional. I went in for a check up and a deep cleaning(it’s been years since I’ve last seen a dentist). The doc went over everything that needed to be done, things that need immediate attention and other things that can wait. They go over all the financial stuff with you before they do anything, so this way it won’t stuck with a bill that was more than you were expecting to pay. During the procedure I felt a little discomfort, I informed the assistant and she applied more numbing agent for the pain. She said “we want all our patients to be comfortable” puts my mind at ease to know that. Overall, my experience was really great. I believe I’ve found my new dentist. I already have my next appointment scheduled. I recommend giving this place a try.

I went to Vida Dental for a cleaning. The hygienist discussed the ups and downs of self-care. Typical stuff. She was very thorough – more so than other hygienists. Vida really shines when it comes to the additional services. The dentist checks for signs of cancer that begin in the soft tissue (great bonus) and approaches care from a health-first standpoint. Most dentists I’ve been to seem to be concerned in profit above all else. That was not the impression I got here. I definitely recommend a visit.

So, I had moved to Austin and hadn’t gone in to see a dentist in some time. Right before the holidays, on a weekend no less, I had excruciating tooth pain and didn’t know where to turn. So after some research, I sent a them an appointment request. They got back to me right away and even made sure to check in on me until they were able to fit me in, which was super quick! Like many people, I have bad dental anxiety. Not only was everybody there at Vida extremely personable, they made sure I was well-informed and comfortable the entire time. Both of the dentists are top-notch and it’s clear they truly care about their patients and their staff (want a true measure of a business? look at how they treat their own). If there is such a thing as a pleasant dental experience, lol, you’ll find it here. They got me out of pain and back into the holiday spirit – able to enjoy my family and friends for the holidays. There’s no doubt they are my dental practice of choice now. I’m so happy I found them! You will be too! 🙂

I was a bit apprehensive to keep my appointment. Only because the dentists are new & I found out last minute that the dentist I was using moved to another location. After a bad experience at another dental office it took me a long time to find someone I trusted & had good rapport with. I decided to give the new dentist, Dr. Patel, a chance & I liked him a lot! He was down to earth & made me feel very comfortable. His professionalism made me feel confident I was getting the best care.

Thank you Vida dental for the 5star service! The front desk was really helpful and friendly. I personally dread going to the dentist but Dr. Dhanish was awesome! Dr. Patel and his staff are the best dentists that I have ever been to in my life. And, as a military brat, I have been privileged enough to patronize dentists all over this country. Patient comfort is their #1 priority. It doesn’t matter what procedure you have to get; they are professional, efficient, and above all compassionate. It doesn’t matter what your teeth look like- not one person in that office would judge you. So if insecurity is holding you back, I would recommend Vida Dental. They will change your life.

I’m such a fan of this place. Dr. Patel offered to fix my permanent retainer at a really low cost (the last time I received an estimate was a few months ago, and that person quoted me at $500!). This is an easy-going, chill office and the secretaries, hygenists, and dentists are really easy to work with. They take most insurances and they always do a great job. Dental cleanings are usually kind of uncomfortable, but here not so much! Also Dr. Patel is really nice and the staff never makes me feel uncomfortable. I am definitely planning to come back!
