I came to the Doc very self-conscious about my smile and showed her multiple pictures of me never smiling as a result of it. From the first minute I walked in the door, I received UNPARALLELED customer service that made me wonder why I ever went to a different dentist before her. I, like most people, don’t enjoy going to the dentist- but that has all changed now that I found Vida Dentistry! To save the best part for last, Vida has given me a new smile that I would show in any picture. No more closed mouth smiles for me! The Doc, Claudia and Sherrie are absolutely incredible and if you need dental work, look no further than here because this is the best place in Southern California!

I came here to get my veneers fixed because two of them got chipped and Sherrie, the front desk assisted me with booking my appointment with them and took care of me right away. It was an emergency for me since I work in the beauty industry and she was able to make me an appointment right that same day. The office has a healing energy that can calm someone who is anxious about seeing the dentist. Dr. Jocelynn fixed my veneers as quickly as she can and since then, I would drive 2 hours just to come here because she made me feel comfortable and the staff here is very accommodating and professional!

Dr. Sustaita and her staff were very friendly and professional. You can truly see her passion for dental care through her work and she does a great job of explaining the causes of why my gums were receding. I’ve been to many dentists who charge an arm and a leg on their services and I always felt like they were trying to rob me but Dr. Sustaita was very reasonable and was not trying to sell me on services that were not needed. Thank you so much for maintaining my smile!!

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! As someone who has always dreaded going to the dentist, thanks to Dr. Vida my thoughts and feelings have completely changed. I honestly can not thank her, Claudia, and Sherrie enough. What a wonderful surprise! I am new to the area and was in need of a dentist and could not have a better experience! Dr. Vida and her staff were not only kind but extremely professional. It was the first time I did not actually dread my dentist experience and I look forward to coming back! If you are looking for a smile makeover or veneers, they offer a free photoshopped/ virtual smile makeover so you can see what you would look like with a perfect smile. For me, we whitened my teeth, and also talked about Invisalign. I also once had an emergency where my wisdom tooth hurt really bad and I was able to communicate with them via their text line over the weekend to get help. Oh, they also play super chill music. 10 stars.

Doctor Jocelynn was very patient and constantly checked to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed while She was working on me. She took her time and didn’t rush. she called me a few hours after I left, to check in with me. I appreciated that personal touch because it shows that she really cares about her patients  She’s my new dentist.

I had a wonderful experience at Vida Dentistry! The feng shui was peaceful and bright and Sherrie, Claudia, and Dr. Jocelyn are so caring and professional! It wasn’t just any ordinary dentist visit, the office is decorated beautifully and the equipment is wonderful quality! Dr. Jocelyn is very thorough on x-ray explanations and goes through the details with you in-depth and how you can improve or fix any errors. She did a great job on my cleaning as well, all of the buildup that was behind my permanent retainer on my back bottom teeth completely vanished! I feel more motivated to take even better care of my oral health after my visit to Vida Dentistry. They are caring, accommodating, and top-notch at their work! I highly recommend this practice! (…) I went to visit Dr. Sustaita after having shamefully neglected my teeth for a couple years. To my surprise, I felt very comfortable being there from start to finish. Even though I needed a bit of work done, there was no chastising and no stern finger-wagging. This was quite the opposite of my past experiences and what I was expecting. I walked in there dreading everything and came out with a completely different outlook on visiting the dentist. My appointment was later in the day, and as some of her staff were heading home, she put in extra effort when she really didn’t need to. In viewing the x-rays it looked like I would need a crown, but as she got to work she found an opportunity to avoid that. I had already agreed to everything, and even though the change involved more work from her, she took the extra time to help (and save me money!!). I would’ve been none the wiser had she just stayed the course, but her willingness to put my best interests in front of her own has made me a customer for life. Simply put, she has integrity, and that’s a characteristic you should look for in ANYONE providing a service, let alone the people that care for your health(…). I highly, highly recommend Dr. Sustaita.
