I went to see Dr Lee for my 2 kids on a strong recommendation from my dentist friend in her neighborhood. I really appreciated the professionalism of this place. The complimentary  consultation was very informative and without any pressure to sign up the same day like some other places I’ve heard about. I liked her explanation of the dental treatment plans and I wanted to sign up right away and start the same day. I had already made an appointment for a second consultation at another office which was also highly recommended and close to where my kids have lessons. Plus, for something as important as your teeth, the more information the better before making a decision and I felt they respected that.

The team at Vivian Lee Orthodontics have been so supportive and accommodating and professional from day one! I’ve known them for almost three years now and it’s always a pleasure to come into their office. Even with my college schedule (only coming back for breaks) I’m almost finished with my Invisalign treatment. They constantly check in and make sure you understand everything!

Dr. Lee is the best I have been to with my son. I went to many offices to finally find the one that I would want them to treat my son. The office is so clean and kid friendly.  Dr. Lee and her staff exceeded my expectation with their professionalism, honesty and work ethics.  Dr. Lee’s caring to her patients shows her love to her profession. My son likes going to her office. I wonder how things have changed from my time when I used to go to see the dentist –     I plain hated going to the dentist.  Not so for this modern dentist. They are so friendly and always do their best to cater for my needs. Her staff are kid friendly and knowledgeable. Everybody must like going there.

My smile feels safe in Dr. Lee’s care! I had braces in the past with a not-so-great orthodontist so I’m cautious with choosing my next doctor. I was recommended by my sister to try a consultation with Dr. Lee. Even though I don’t permanently live in the LA area, Dr. Lee offered to do a dental scan on the Friday after the 4th of July and a phone call the following Tuesday to provide her consultation.  She gave me a complete walkthrough of my potential procedure and the work needed to be done, I felt a sense of partnership when working with her to agree on my best fit procedure. Dr Lee also kindly recommended another orthodontist with expertise in the procedure I needed so I could have the opportunity to get my dental work done locally in the Bay area. I almost want to delay my dental work until I’m permanently back in LA to make sure Dr. Lee cares for me instead. Thank you and please take care of my little sister’s smile 🙂

We chose Vivian Lee Orthodontics based on recommendations from two different dentists. My two daughters are going through treatment and i have been very pleased with their professionalism, office( have iPads for kids), and friendly and helpful staff. In general, the price of orthodontia is not cheap but you will get quality with Dr Lee. Overall, my experience has been positive and i would highly recommend her

Dr Vivian Lee and her entire team are AMAZING! They are not only very professional, they are very friendly and very thorough!  They take care in serving their patients. I have been coming to Dr Lee for some time now and just began treatment for my son. I am so pleased with them and can attest to the fact that they have been consistent in providing top quality service throughout the years! If you need Ortho treatment this IS THE PLACE to be!

Dr.Lee and Staff are amazing! We have been coming to Dr. Lee for 5 years now. She made my daughters beautiful smile even more beautiful and now it’s my sons turn. She is a perfectionist and I love that! Pam,Nicole and all the other girls there are always so amazing. Happy and helpful. Dr. Lee is a great orthodontist & very knowledgeable.  My son goes to her for braces.  Dr.Lee and her staff are exceptional, professional, and super kind people.  We have never encountered such great customer service and we are so happy that we found her.  She always tries to accommodate us with scheduling and works with us because we tend to have a lot of work conflicts.  She is always on time with appointments and we never have to wait long.  She also uses high technology, up to date equipment that is new.   We highly recommend her.

Both of my elementary school aged boys have completed their Phase 1 treatments.  The facility is super clean, new and modern.  The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful with receipts for insurance companies.  Dr. Lee is trustworthy and professional.  I am very satisfied with the orthodontist work on both of my boys.  The place keeps up with COVID regulations so I feel comfortable with visits too.

Dr.Lee has great bedside manners. She explained the treatment clearly to me. Moreover, she kept asking me if I had any questions which I really appreciated that. A very friendly, approachable, and professional physician. The office is very big and organized. The staff are friendly and professional as well. Overall, my visit here was great and I enjoyed it so much!

After my extensive search for the right orthodontist, I am happy to say that picking Vivian Lee Orthodontics was a stellar decision. Upon arrival of my consultation, I was impressed by her vibrant office. Once inside, one of her assistants performed the iTero scan and imaging of my teeth, then Vivian thoroughly assessed my case with me. She took the time to talk about the complexities of my case which included the teeth crowding, overbite, tongue thrust, root length, wisdom teeth and the overall treatment plan which would be Invisalign treatment with 48 initial aligners. I was really amazed at her knowledge and insight during the consultation which made me hopeful for a great experience. Before having me start treatment, she referred me to periodontist to verify that my lower roots were long enough for treatment. This did not end up being an issue but I was happy she did it as a precaution. Fast forward one year later and I am so happy with my teeth now thanks to Invisalign and Vivian Lee Orthodontics!

I have recommended several friends to Dr. Lee and her wonderful staff. They have all been so happy with the care they received as well. Dr. Lee is truly an artist and phenomenal at what she does. Her facility is top notch and state of the art. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. When I have questions or there are glitches with payments, they are very honest and quick to right what is wrong. I am definitely bringing my other daughter back when it’s her turn for orthodontic care.

Dr. Vivian Lee is the best orthodontists! (I’ve been to 2 other orthodontists for the last few years and I can tell Dr. Vivian Lee is absolutely outstanding in her knowledge and techniques compare to others in the area.) Dr. Vivian Lee is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, warm and caring! She spends time with you and make sure you understand what you need to know (not all orthodontics are willing to do that, trust me). She is detail-oriented, she addresses all your concerns and provides informative consultation, treatment plan and options. I wish I can give her 10 stars, 5 is not enough. I highly recommend Dr. Vivian Lee! Her office is new, clean and neat with state of the art dental equipment, ipad and great coffee. Staffs are professional and friendly too! Pros – I love that they use flavored gloves for exams (can’t find it in other dental office!) – Big parking lot – Accommodating hours (Saturday appointments available!) – Short waiting time – Right next to the mall

Dr. Lee and her staff are the best. Gorgeous, state of the art office and knowledgeable dental assistants. They do their best not to cause pain and my daughter is happy with her smile transformation. Dr. Lee keeps up updated on progress at every appointment. Hopefully daughter will be done this summer and my son is next. I will be bringing him to Dr. Lee.

We were not thrilled about getting braces for our young son but he was in desperate need. We were referred by a family member and have not been disappointed one bit. We’re amazed at what they were able to do in such a short time.  The whole staff is friendly, patient, and informative. Dr. Vivian Lee has a beautiful and very comfortable office with complimentary coffee/tea along with iPads & TV to keep you entertained as you wait.

Dr. Lee is awesome! Was fast, efficient, and had a great staff that knew what they were doing. I was able to make my appointment and see Dr. Lee right on time. Unlike other offices, I did not have to wait a long time after coming in at my appointment time. The office looked immaculate and was extremely clean and well organized. They even had TV monitors on the ceilings! I would absolutely recommend her clinic to all my friends and family!

Dr. Lee is very detail oriented. I like her thoroughness & professionalisms. I felt comfortable & not pressured when making decisions for the braces for my kids. She explained all the options & possible outcomes to me at the time of the free consultations. We are very pleased with her services, friendly & patient staffs in a clean & welcoming environment.

Pros: – Next to Santa Anita Mall in the Hale Medical Center – Brand new facility with new tvs/tablets/wi-fi and tech upgrades such as the mobile Ortho App, Front Desk Finger Print sign-in, Email appointment notifications. – iTero Scanning available – Plenty of parking – Friendly Staff – Extremely Knowledge with Invisalign Cons: – When your first sit in the patient’s chair and the tv was left on a cartoon channel lol jk – None Since my yelp review last two years ago in 2014, I have finished my Invisalign treatment in June 2016. My first Invisalign set was about 33-ish trays in which at the end of my treatment I expressed my concerns with Dr. Lee regarding a tooth or two that didn’t quite straighten out as I hoped. I am much older than the typical kid in the waiting room and sometimes teeth are just a little more stubborn to move. Dr. Lee was extremely receptive and helpful that we ended up doing a second set. I was honestly dreading the fact that I would have to go through getting my Invisalign impressions again by using the old fashion green putty material. To my surprise Dr. Lee’s office had the new iTero scanning machine that quickly takes Invisalign impressions like an x-ray instead of the old fashion putty material! I came in, quickly got my teeth iTero scanned and within a week or so my second set of 12-ish Invisalign trays were ready for pick up. After I finished my Invisliagn treatment earlier this year, I got a great deal from Dr. Lee for additional vivera retainers. I only come in for quick routine check ups (3 months/6 months and then annually after Invislign treatment). These checks up are to ensure that you wear your retainers as required. Appointments are easy to book and had no issues. I work in Pasadena and live in SGV so her new office is conveniently nearby. You can even use the new app to check out out more info regarding appointments, photos, balance, medical records/docs. Overall I am completely satisfied with Dr. Lee and her amazing team especially since the high quality of service remained the same since my last review over 2 years ago. Additionally with Dr. Lee’s new office she kept up with the industry trends and millennials by having tech upgrades like the user friendly mobile app and improved ortho services (i.e. iTero scan). I highly recommend Dr. Lee for Invisalign treatment!

I got my Invisalign treatment at Dr. Vivian Lee Orthodontics and I highly recommend her office.  Going through the treatment with Dr. Vivian Lee as my doctor was great because even when my teeth were moving slower than expected, she would help me pinpoint why.  And it was usually because I would take out the Invisalign trays to eat and forget to put them back in.  It was usually my fault when the progress was slower and I have to wear the trays longer.  I am very impressed with Dr. Vivian Lee’s caring attitude and her ability to explain her expectations and treatment plan.  I highly recommend Dr. Vivian Lee for your dental care if you are looking for a great orthodontist for Invisalign.

All three of our kids have had Dr Lee as their orthodontist. She and her office staff have been great at meeting each of their needs. They are attentive to detail and proactively seeking feedback to make their office and services better. Thank you for the great smiles on our first and second. I love this office. The staff is amazing. Pam is so helpful in all things insurance and payment. Brittany will greet you with a smile and assist you will all your apppintments. They are so great with kids and adults. I had my ortho treatment done in less time than expected and my son is just finishing up phase one. Dr. Lee and her staff are great with communication and giving you all the info you need to make an informed decision about treatment. The office is very boutique and designed in a nice open space. The waiting area has iPad for waiting siblings and patients. You will live it here.

We have been going to Dr. Lee since my son was 9 when he started phase I of his orthodontic treatment and we have zero complaints.  We originally had consultations with 3 orthodontists.  All 3 were similar in pricing and treatment plans so I let my son pick since he was the one that would be spending so much time with the doctor and her staff.   We’re half way through phase II of his treatment and we love the staff.  Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  Pam is the best!  She somehow works us into appointments that totally fit our schedule.   I have already recommended Dr. Lee to several Moms and will continue to recommend her.
