I am nervous about all things dental especially because of a horrible experience at another dentist – old dentist experience : had to wait 45 min to an hour for my appointment that I was punctual to, insurance money hungry, did a set of xrays each time I went which was every two weeks for the condition I went in for (not necessary to repeat xrays within weeks of each other-your teeth are not going to change in two weeks), painful, could not get the bite right after filing down filling… I had issues for 6 months to 1 year after dental work there – had extreme tooth nerve pain when eating/drinking because old dentist couldn’t get the filing of the filling right. I was miserable and anxious every time I had to eat or drink hot/cold fluids. I had no teeth pain before my experience there but went in for a cleaning and was told I had many teeth issues. Experience at Vivid Dental – the entire staff was wonderful. They saw me within 10 minutes or shorter of my appointment time. My first time there was for a cleaning – great cleaning by the hygienist – comfortable, not painful, and she was attentive. Had to go back a 2nd time for a molar issue – I was so nervous about the filling that Dr. Lee had to fix because old dentist didn’t do a complete job – old dentist didn’t completely filled it and it started to crack. Dr. Lee was thorough in explaining what was going on with my teeth. He worked his dental magic and the whole process was speedy but meticulous and NOT PAINFUL and then I waited to see what would happen the day after. I was a little sore in my mouth the rest of the day of the procedure, but the next day I felt fine – like my normal teeth! No sensitivities when I ate or chewed food! I was so impressed. and I am still impressed and in awe that I had a good experience from beginning to end! I have never had an experience like this at the dentist. I feel extremely good about referring friends and family to Vivid Dental!

I really could not say enough great things about D’Art dental clinic! It is the perfect experience for anyone afraid of dental visits. The staff was so friendly and gives me very good service! I was afraid I have many problems in my teeth but they explained it thoroughly and satisfactiory. Thank you so much D’Art 🙂 see you next visit!

So far the BEST dentist i have been to. The Assistants are very nice and sweet. the actual Doctor is very nice and always asks if there is anything uncomfortable. I get very scared when it comes to the dentist, but when I came here its not scary at all! Overall, everyone is very very nice and professional. Im glad i come here to get my teeth cleaned and fixed. I recommend this dentist to people who are looking for a new place to come! 

I strongly recommend vivid Dental to anyone whose looking for a dental office where you can trust and refer your family and friends. Dr. Lee and manager Zoe have a great teamwork and they have been so helpful many ways. They are professional, kind, trustworthy and detail oriented. I am so happy to find a dental home where I can refer others with confidence.

I’ve had dental work done at Dr. Lee’s office three times. And it’s been an excellent experience each time. Dr. Lee and Yuen both performed awesome cleaning jobs on my teeth. They are knowledgeable and caring about the best procedures to take, to keep your teeth and gums healthy. The front desk clerk Zoe, is friendly and willing to help with questions and concerns you have concerning your dental work. It’s just a positive experience and atmosphere all around, visiting Dr. Jin Lee and his staff. I plan on using their dental services for a long while. Keep up the great work! ???

I really recommend this place. All the workers are very kind and the dentist are very good at taking care and cleaning so they are very careful. It’s the best for you I am not satisfied even after going to several dentists here and there. If you are worried, don’t get stressed anymore!!

Doctor Jin Kuk Lee is the best doctor to visit anytime, any day. I wish I knew him a few years ago when I was looking for a great dentist. He tells you exactly what to do and what will be good for your health. As long as I still live in Dallas he will be my dentist doctor. I highly+ recommend him to anyone who wants the best medical and healthy care for their teeth

I had a fantastic experience! – The entire team was extremely friendly, thoroughly informative, and had exceptional customer service! I will 100% be back. This place is the best option! Glad that I selected them, when I was needing a last min. Dental apt. – It led me to find a hidden gem!

Today I got two teeth extracted. Although it’s a little painful, Dr.Lee was very considerate throughout the process. He did his best to ensure my mouth was numb so I wouldn’t feel anything. He was very gentle and caring of the way he handled the extraction. He also kept checking on me throughout the procedure. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. He’s great!
