I was so impressed with the helpful staff at Watertown family dental. Dr. Eilers was friendly and caring! The hygienist was patient and kind toward my daughter, who was nervous about the visit. The front desk staff made it easy to schedule and use my insurance.

A Breath of Fresh Air This was the best experience I have had with a dental professional. Finding a dentist who is a solution oriented problem solver has been a challenge since moving here three years ago. I have searched high and low and feel lucky to finally have Dr.Eilers on my team in fixing these teeth! The service is professional yet a family setting in its welcoming environment with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was expecting the service to be good but instead I received above and beyond care. I get very anxious with medical treatments but Dr. Eilers has been patient, understanding and very helpful to my situation. The work that has been done thus far has been precise, advanced and all with innovative technology. Care is delivered with a positive attitude and pristine professionalism. I highly recommend Watertown Family Dental for your next treatment.

I can’t say enough great things about Watertown Family Dental! I have crappy teeth so I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life and I’m so glad to have finally found one that is so friendly, patient-centered, and responsive. From the warm greeting you get upon first entering to the professional but personable care you receive from Dr. Eilers, this place truly has a family feel. You can also tell they aren’t just trying to make money off you–they give you the individualized attention and support that should be part of every practice. I have known Dr. Eilers for a long time, and was very excited when she started her own practice nearby.  Going to the dentist is far from my favorite, but Dr. Eilers and her staff put me right at ease from the start. Her dental assistant was great at distracting me so I wouldn’t gag on the bitewing x-rays or the putty stuff for my new night guard.  Dr. Eilers is very knowledgeable about dentistry and new technologies for dealing with the various issues in my mouth and I trust her to provide professional advice when expensive work needs to be done.  Billing and payments were super easy too.  All in all a great experience!

I trialed several dentists for years before finally finding this gem in Watertown. From the absolutely darling receptionist to the super fantastic dentist and everyone between, the staff are stellar. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Eilers– she’s professional, kind, compassionate, gentle (which is absolutely important here), and good at what she does. You can also tell they’re generally interested in your well-being rather than just trying to make money from you. I feel like part of a community when I go and not just a patient. I recommend this place over anywhere else I’ve gone. Check them out if you are looking for a place that cares!

I highly recommend family dental. I was not a member of theirs dental practice. I had a tooth problem they and they took me right away. They went over different options, talked about different ways to go regarding my insurance. Very comfortable atmosphere. My favorite new place.

Dr. Eilers and team are fantastic! I was wondering how office procedures would change with COVID-19. Dr. Eilers has installed air purifiers in each room that circulate air every 10 minutes and pulls fresh air in from outside. They have you call when you arrive to try to manage patients waiting and interacting. Full PPE is used. They’ve always have been and continue to be professional and friendly. I’m glad the office has become more modern with a text messaging system. It makes it easier and more convenient than ever to book an appointment and keep up to date. Thanks Watertown Family Dental!
