A Breath of Fresh Air This was the best experience I have had with a dental professional. Finding a dentist who is a solution oriented problem solver has been a challenge since moving here three years ago. I have searched high and low and feel lucky to finally have Dr.Eilers on my team in fixing these teeth! The service is professional yet a family setting in its welcoming environment with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was expecting the service to be good but instead I received above and beyond care. I get very anxious with medical treatments but Dr. Eilers has been patient, understanding and very helpful to my situation. The work that has been done thus far has been precise, advanced and all with innovative technology. Care is delivered with a positive attitude and pristine professionalism. I highly recommend Watertown Family Dental for your next treatment.

I was so impressed with the helpful staff at Watertown family dental. Dr. Eilers was friendly and caring! The hygienist was patient and kind toward my daughter, who was nervous about the visit. The front desk staff made it easy to schedule and use my insurance.

I can’t say enough great things about Watertown Family Dental! I have crappy teeth so I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life and I’m so glad to have finally found one that is so friendly, patient-centered, and responsive. From the warm greeting you get upon first entering to the professional but personable care you receive from Dr. Eilers, this place truly has a family feel. You can also tell they aren’t just trying to make money off you–they give you the individualized attention and support that should be part of every practice. If you’re looking for great service with truly caring staff, go here!!

I have known Dr. Eilers for a long time, and was very excited when she started her own practice nearby.  Going to the dentist is far from my favorite, but Dr. Eilers and her staff put me right at ease from the start. Her dental assistant was great at distracting me so I wouldn’t gag on the bitewing x-rays or the putty stuff for my new night guard.  Dr. Eilers is very knowledgeable about dentistry and new technologies for dealing with the various issues in my mouth and I trust her to provide professional advice when expensive work needs to be done.  Billing and payments were super easy too.  All in all a great experience!

Love the staff! Every time I come for my cleaning, I feel so welcomed and it’s like I’m coming home to my family. I always come in and pick up my conversation where I last left off because I get along with everyone so well! It’s nice to go somewhere and feel so warmed and welcomed! I’m always taken on time for my apt too 🙂

Dr Eilers is an excellent dentist. I was with my previous dentist for many years before he retired and was apprehensive about starting over with a new dentist. But I’m very happy with Dr Eilers. She is very patient and explains things clearly. Betty and all the staff at Watertown Family Dental are also wonderful

There are several dental offices that are much closer to me but I choose to take the extra drive to Watertown ..Dr EIlers and her staff are very pleasant and they make it a very comfortable place for the patients .I always feel I’m in good hands when I go there..Everyone does a great job

Everyone here is really kind and competent. I don’t love dental visits, but I trust Dr. Eilers and her staff, which helps to ease my worries. The staff know I am an anxious patient and they are very good at accommodating me. I know that she is conservative in her approach and won’t perform unnecessary procedures, which I really appreciate. The dental hygenist is also great, very gentle and friendly. I have moved further away from this office, but I stay with them because I really value having a dentist I trust. I highly recommend!

Watertown Family Dental is a great place- so glad I found it! I am a new patient and had an infected wisdom tooth that had to be removed. Every step of the way, Dr. Eilers and her staff were supportive, gentle, kind, and considerate of my needs. It was a much easier process than I expected. I am so grateful for all that the did and the care in which was shown by all. I recommend highly.

I love this office! Professional, and friendly staff. Appointments run on time. I recently completed Invisalign through this office, and teeth whitening. I couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. I also do my routine cleanings (2x per year) here and the hygienist Kim is amazing.

My husband and I had the most pleasant experience at Watertown Family Dental. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at ease the minute we arrived. The hygienist, Kim was thorough and gentle. Dr. Eilers was informative and very professional, explaining the results of our exams and x-rays and making recommendations to us for our home care dental routine.

Dr. Eilers is very caring, exacting and professional, with lots of personality and sense of humor. Dr. Eilers puts you at ease instantly and she is very knowledeable ,and best of all, my experience has been that her work is close to painless. She removed my wisdom tooth recently, and she was so good, I didn’t even know that she extracted the tooth until she indicated she was done. There was no pain or discomfort, very unlike a previous experience with a different dentist. I can’t sing her praises enough, and best of all, she is great for patients of all ages!

My son is 7 weeks, EBF. I had a dentist appointment yesterday. When the receptionist called to make the appointment, I mentioned that I had a newborn I’d be bringing and she said it wouldn’t be a problem. It wasn’t! I nursed in the waiting room without any side eye. When the hygienist came to get me, she said “oh, don’t stop him. I’ll grab your stuff” He nursed while I sat in the chair talking with dentist. I did have to take some x-rays, so he had to leave the room. I was going to put him in his carseat, but the hygienist offered to hold him. In between each x-ray she walked backinto the room to assure him and me that he was fine. After the x-rays, the doctor needed to look again in my mouth. He wanted to nurse again, so they only leaned me back slightly. Dentist said “don’t worry, I can work around you” I am so lucky to have found this dentist. They are all moms, so all were cooing over my son and telling stories of their children. They didn’t even scold me when I admitted that I haven’t been keeping up on my oral hygiene since he was born. They understood the cluster feeding and said I was lucky to brush once a day! I almost canceled, but glad I didn’t. I do need to have my wisdom teeth taken out, but they even assured me that they can do it without putting me under, so as to not mess up my nursing. These women truly care about you, and look forward to a long relationship with them.

Dr. Eilers is the best dentist I have ever had and I’ve seen a lot of dentists in my life. She has such a great bedside manner and I have PTSD when it comes to dental work (it’s been that extensive). When a periodontist (new to her) told me my implants were failing (laughing while she did so), I was upset and went to Dr. Eilers who found me a GREAT periodontist (Dr. Stein of Brookline Periodontal), who is working to save my implants. I must add that Dr. Eilers is the ONLY dentist who has given me novacaine painlessly. I must have had over 200 of those shots in my life and hers are the ONLY ones that don’t hurt. Dr. Nazar was great but Dr. Eilers is even better. I’m so glad he took the time to find a great one. I should add that my husband and I are bicoastal. We live in San Francisco 1/2 the time and in MA the other 1/2. We do all our medical/dental work in MA as this is our primary residence.

Dr. Eilers is the best! She has definitely restored my faith and trust with her honesty! A milestone for me! Also, her hygienist, Kim. Is awesome! She is very patient and gentle. She doesn’t rush either, which is very important. I highly recommend Watertown family dental!

When my former dentist told me that he was retiring I was devastated He reassured me that he was leaving the practice in grrat hands. He was right Could not have asked got a more competent caring team Dr Eihlers has a conservative approach which I appreciate. A whole back I was there for a check up and mentioned that I had lost a temporary crown and was upset because i was going on vacation on Saturday she asked of I could come in on Friday. When I said that I could she made an impression and I vacationed with my usual broad smile I have needed sone work done and it had all been perfect

I trialed several dentists for years before finally finding this gem in Watertown. From the absolutely darling receptionist to the super fantastic dentist and everyone between, the staff are stellar. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Eilers– she’s professional, kind, compassionate, gentle (which is absolutely important here), and good at what she does. You can also tell they’re generally interested in your well-being rather than just trying to make money from you. I feel like part of a community when I go and not just a patient. I recommend this place over anywhere else I’ve gone. Check them out if you are looking for a place that cares!

I highly recommend family dental. I was not a member of theirs dental practice. I had a tooth problem they and they took me right away. They went over different options, talked about different ways to go regarding my insurance. Very comfortable atmosphere. My favorite new place.

Dr. Eilers and team are fantastic! I was wondering how office procedures would change with COVID-19. Dr. Eilers has installed air purifiers in each room that circulate air every 10 minutes and pulls fresh air in from outside. They have you call when you arrive to try to manage patients waiting and interacting. Full PPE is used. They’ve always have been and continue to be professional and friendly. I’m glad the office has become more modern with a text messaging system. It makes it easier and more convenient than ever to book an appointment and keep up to date. Thanks Watertown Family Dental!
