My husband and I just recently reached the MAGIC age of going on Medicare. We had been going to the same dentist’s location for over 17 years. When we switched they no longer supported our new insurance. So the search for a new dentist started. Using the approved list we also used word of mouth to make our decision on a new dentist. WE ARE SO HAPPY!! After contemplating, we took the plunge and contacted them to ensure they took our insurance. I was very impressed with the information acquired from Dawn, the admin. at the front desk! I immediately asked for a checkup and cleaning. They were able to get me in within a day. We had skipped our 6-month cleaning and it was driving me nuts. Bekah was wonderful!! She set to work cleaning up my stained teeth ensuring along the way I was comfortable. I enjoyed having the sunglasses on keeping the spray off my face. I had not worn glasses before – previously enduring having the spray all over my face. A wonderful addition to my cleaning along with having the tv to watch. A big shout out to Bekah!! Dr. Donatelli examined my teeth including cancer screening. He was very professional and informative. He made me feel very confident with his expertise. Looking for a new Dental group. Go here! The team is wonderful!

I’ve been going to WC Center for Dentistry for 10+ years. Facility is very nice and feels “high-tech” including TVs in each patient room. Front desk is very friendly, helpful and organized. Looking for a dentist in Northern Cincinnati? Then this place is just for you! They are conveniently located in West Chester near VOA. Their staff is amazing and they are always taking great care of their clients. The facility is kept up to date and each chair has their own tv attached to their chair. They will allow you to choose what you want to watch to ensure you are comfortable. This office is my recommendation if you are looking for a new dentist office. They are great! Highly recommend!

They fit me in as a new patient very promptly. I was able to get most of the paperwork information prepared prior to the visit over the phone so I didn’t have to wait very long before my scheduled appointment for them to see me. The covid safety protocols were followed as required and I felt comfortable and healthy entering and exiting the facility as well as while communicating with the people there. The team I met was very kind, concise and thorough. I didn’t feel like my time was being wasted or that I was going through a bunch of unnecessary steps and selling spiels just so they could get more money out of me. The doctor and hygienist were straight forward with what the immediate recommendations were as well as what I could hold off on until a future visit so that I was not financially pressured but still taking care of my oral health. After getting onto my employers insurance plan last year, I had been struggling to find a trustworthy office that accepted the insurance without having a 3-6 month waitlist for an appointment. They got me in way sooner than I had expected and I am SOOOO grateful because I have been experiencing some pain and already knew I would eventually be needing additional work done. I am able to feel relief already knowing that I am returning next week for my fillings and will not be breaking the bank before the holidays with the bill for them. Thank you all for the work you do!

Another 5 star visit for routine cleaning at our family dentistry. With new Covid-19 procedures, it actually seems even easier than before. Meet and greet at the door and immediately walked to my chair for checkup. Mindy was new for me and did an exceptional well detailed job for my cleaning. West Chester Center for Dentistry has been our family dentist practice for over 9 years. The entire staff from the administrators, hygienists to the dentists are extraordinary. My husband and I have had procedures done from standard cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings and even the crown or 2 between us. This practice has also seen my 5 children who range in age from 4 to 19. They have always taken care to explain their recommendation of treatment fully and partner with you to come up with a plan. Every procedure i have had here has been done with great care and talent. I have never had an issue during or after treatment. The staff is always patient with us and each of my kids to explain the next step in the process and why they are doing it. They are always good at making sure you understand fully what your out of pocket cost will be BEFORE treatment and what your insurance will cover. They have always been able to fit us in the schedule when we have an issue and follow up with us afterward. This is the first dentist i do not mind at all going to see. I highly recommend them for anyone of any age and any stage of their oral hygiene. Whenever we walk in for our appointments i always feel as if i am being welcomed by old friends. The care they are currently taking during this pandemic is very comforting. I feel safe going to this dentist.

Great time every visit and yes I’m writing a review on a dentistry. It all starts with the prep work done by the front desk making sure all of my information is up to date before my visit. This makes for a quick check in for my appointment, because I’m always cutting it close. Super friendly when you arrive. Then comes Bekah (my hygienist), always ready and on time. I have never waited one minuet past my appointment time. She greats you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable right from the start. Lets be honest, most people don’t like going to the dentist. However, Bekah takes the edge off. She is fun to talk to, but also stern when needed about my dental needs (you better brush and floss twice a day!). When all done and back at the front desk they have all my insurance sorted out and ready to go. Did I mention I came unprepared? Yeah they worked it all out while I was there and had everything ready for me when I was checking out. The ladies at the front desk phenomenal. Over all simply amazing group at West Chester Center of Dentistry. Thank you all.

I went in for a cleaning yesterday and my hygienist was wonderful. She was gentle and kept me informed the entire way. The were able to start 2 crowns that got put off due to the virus and Dr. Vince and Tatiana both were great. They walked me through the procedure and kept me informed about what they were doing each step of the way. The staff met me at the door, took my temp and I felt very safe with their Covid-19 procedures in place. I would highly recommend their services!
