The Best Dental Office I have ever visited! From the front office staff to the dental assistants to the dental hygienist (Agustin is Awesome) to the dentists themselves, I have been more than happy with my experiences here. I have now made them my primary dental office. If you are looking for a dental office that is small and contemporary with people who make you feel right at home, don’t hesitate to check them out!

If you are looking for the best a dentist, Dr. Lee and his stuff is the way to go. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. His staff is amazing, their attitude is amazing and the work is phenomenal. Every moment, they will ask me if I was doing okay, they wanted to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. I finally found my dentist.

AMAZING!!!. I Took my 14yr old boy there for teeth whitening, After all its his first year of High School….W.R.Dental exceeded my expectations by a MILLION MILES. There staff is the best group I have ever encountered, They ALL, Really cared and gave extra, Professional! caring! I was so IMPRESSED by the overall experience I will now use them as my own personal dentist, After being with my former dentist for over 20 years.

I found this office after an unpleasant experience at one of Ideal Dental’s offices, and I could not be more pleased with White Rock Dental. The office is cleaner; the staff is friendlier; and the overall experience was drastically better than that particular corporate dental office. Yet, somehow, their prices are very affordable/reasonable. I’m so relieved our family has found our new dental practice!

I chose this office for its proximity to my house in Lake Highlands and the few reviews here on Yelp. For someone who hates going to the dentist, this was a great place. I didn’t wait long to start, everyone was super nice and the dentist himself cleans your teeth – not a hygienist. As other reviews say, this is a small, no frills office, but I think that is a + not a -. Already made my 6 month appt to go back and happy to have found a dentist in Lake Highlands that is easy to get into.

I came to the practice for an emergency and ended up staying as a patient. The staff is professional, the environment is clean but the Dr’s professionalism and attention to detail is what stands out. Their hours are accommodating for busy professionals and I appreciate the breadth of services they offer. I highly recommend this practice for all of your dental needs!

1 Year Update: Still a wonder staff. Flexible appointments and they finish cleanings within an hour. Incredible price as well with a regular cleaning coming in right around $60. These guys are awesome! Best price in the area with a great staff. They’re willing to break down and explain any issue you’re having or any procedure being done. They’re straight forward and won’t try to sell you any procedure or treatment you don’t need. Getting a bit of sealant and fluoride along with my cleaning was still significantly cheaper than a cleaning from any other surrounding practice. On top of all this the wait time was incredibly short and they had complimentary coffee in the waiting room! Tracey was my hygienist and provided me with one of the most pain-free cleanings I can recall along with some great conversation.

I would highly recommend White Rock Dental. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Ray manages the office and is extremely helpful. I have been helped by multiple dental hygienists, and all today them are concerned about your comfort. I appreciate this because I experience anxiety at the dentist. Before I came to white rock I detested going to the dentist. Now I look forward to my appointments every 6 months. I have had multiple procedures done. WRD has never let me down!

I visited a few weeks ago for an annual x-ray and cleaning. The young man whom set my app up was very friendly, professional, & thorough. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was very attentive and helpful. A family friendly like atmosphere was present as I waited to be seen. The dental hygienist treated me with respect and was a great person. Lastly, the dentist was detailed. Overall, my experience was good.

So as we all know the dentist for most people is an unpleasant experience. Well at least it typically is for me. The wait is long and the process seems daunting. This experience however at White Rock Dental was very pleasant! The paperwork was very minimal and my wait was less than five minutes. Once they got me back the dental hygienist was very quick at taking all the x-rays and with the cleaning. When he was finished the dentist came in right away to assess my teeth and the issues at hand. Once he left I was greeted by the finance coordinator on payment options. I decided to go with Invisalign, which is something i have been meaning to do for years. They gave me a free consultation just so I could see the projected results before signing the dotted line. I was very impressed with their easy process and prices. Out of all the dentist offices I have been to this one is by far my favorite! I am excited to start the process to a new brighter and straighter smile 🙂
