I could not have been more pleased or impressed with all of the staff at this location. This was my oldest child’s first visit to an orthodontist, and not having experience with them myself, I was nervous. It was needless. The staff here was so thorough in explaining everything. They were honestly interested in the best outcome for my child, without rushing into unnecessary treatment. They are willing to do everything they can to make your child comfortable with the process from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending them to friends, and may even end up a patient there for some work I need done. So glad our dentist suggested this practice.

Love this team! Dr. Elaine was my daughter’s primary orthodontist. She was wonderful! Dr. Tricia and Dr. Jim provided the same great level of care when we saw them. The entire team from check in, financial services, braces adjustments, etc. were great. I have and will continue to recommend these guys as top notch orthodontia providers.

I called Dr.Whitney after hours on her cell phone and she help me walk through to remove the wire and then she send me follow up text . I truly admire your commitment . I recently moved to the area and needed to find an orthodontist for my son. I dragged him around to 4 consultations because I could not find one I liked. Whitney and Robertson Family Orthodontics is by far the best in this area. They are warm, kind and take the time to get to know you and your family. At some places you are just a number (or dollar sign), but not here at all. They worked with us to make sure our monthly payments were affordable and to find a payment plan that worked for us. I cannot recommend them enough.

Whitney family orthodontist has made my smile transform. From an underbite to having teeth in the roof of your mouth they can make your smile perfect, while having excellent customer service and caring about you too. This is the orthodontist to go to because they are the best in this practice

They are such a pleasure to deal with from the moment you step in for your consultation to the day my daughter got her braces off which was today:) They all go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. We came to them after we had gone somewhere else and were highly dissatisfied. At Whitney Orthodontics you are not in a factory you are a patient and everyone knows you and they care!

I took my daughter, Morgan, in for a consultation on Wednesday! Our orthodontic plan coordinator was absolutely amazing and explained every detail of my daughters plan to her. She showed her how everything would be done. Hearing my daughter tell her friends about the tiny rubber bands they will be put between her teeth, that will feel like a piece of chicken, to how she will use the key to do her expander was amazing! They took so much time explaining everything to her and easing her fears! Fears that were non existent when we left was the greatest thing I could ever have asked for! Thank you!

Both of my children have gorgeous smiles thanks to the awesome team at Whitney! All of the doctors and staff are super friendly and highly skilled. It was a fantastic experience start to finish. We looked forward to every appointment!

Dr Whitney and her amazing staff did my son, Samuel’s braces. They made it so easy to bring our then 15 year old to get this procedure done. Great staff, incredible care. Two if my three children needed early intervention to prepare their mouths for orthodontia, so theirs was a long process. All three were treated by Dr. Elaine Whitney and her staff in Buford several years ago. Now out of college, my children have the most beautiful smiles I’ve ever seen! I am so pleased with the results!
