I feel so lucky to have found Whole Life Dentistry! Dr Loud and staff make me feel at ease every time I see them. I get serious dentist related anxiety issues. However, in the past few years that I have seen Dr Loud, I haven’t had that issue. I actually followed Dr Loud from her previous office because I can tell she wants the best for her patients and their continuing health. I have a huge appreciation for her knowledge of holistic dentistry. She wants the best experience possible for her patients and doesn’t just push patients through procedures. They also have really cool tech a modern dentist office should have. That really makes it easier on the patient too. You will find this practice to be friendly and trustworthy. That’s definitely a unique dentist experience for me.

This is not only an amazing dentisty but also a wonderful over all healthcare place. The entire staff is calming, welcoming and helpful and caring! While they offer the common dentist stuff it is not sterile or scary. The lights are dim and everyone is so friendly. They have awesome new technology and equipment which also make the whole experience less frightening and intimidating. Dr. Loud cares about her patience’s overall health and just wants them to be the healthiest and happiest overall they can be! She never recommended unnecessary equipment, whitening or procedures. I love this office. They are like one big family. They know you by name, and ask about your life, and actually care about the answer. Also they have really high quality care. I have always had problems with bleeding gums, and when I switched over to this Dentist they fixed it on that first visit. Never again have I had the problem. They also have the newest version of Invisalign which lets you go through the process faster, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly highly highly recommend them you wont be disappointed.

Been going to Dr.Loud for the past 6 years and I have to say this is one of those best decisions I’ve made. The doctor and staff are super friendly, they know you by your name, they take their time and want to make sure you are aware of everything. I was referred to Dr. Loud by my functional medical doctor, Dr. Jennifer Sosnowski and I had been working on getting all of my bloodwork and health markers optimized. But I was maintaing a low grade infection that persisted. She recommended that I go see Dr. Loud, which I did. A delightful experience with a lot of attention and time taken to examine and evaluate my dental condition, which was not great. I had not been to see a dentist for several years since my old dentist got old and retired. She prescribed some dental products to improve the condition of my mouth which I started on that evening. The next day I underwent a cleaning by Jenny and got everything polished up and took the DNA test for dental pathogens. It has now been thirteen weeks since my first appointment and when I went back, the changes were tremendous. My bleeding went to 0% and my DNA has improved 64%. Both impressive, but the best news for me was the joint pain which I had been taking CBD and Tramadol for has completely disappeared. This is awesome, I am 75 years old and do CrossFit 3 days a week, so the no joint pain is a big deal for me. Thank you Whole Health Dentistry, Dr. Loud and Dr. Sosnowski!.

Such a wonderful office, with an exceptional staff. From the moment I called to make my appointment Ann was extremely customer service oriented. She was interested in what I was looking for in a Dentist and made sure I felt welcome. This continued to my appointment. I received a warm welcome, was offered a beverage, given a tour of the office and then taken back to start my appointment. Everyone I interacted with was kind, punctual, caring, thorough and great at what they did. Dr. Loud was no exception. She was extremely welcoming, patient, clearly a pro and took the time to understand what I was looking for. I had previously been to a dentist that was rather sales-focused so I explained I did not care for that. The staff at Whole Life Dentistry certainly was not that at all. The appoint concluded at the expected time Ann had referenced when I set up the appointment and I received a fun shirt and water bottle stuffed with dental supplies before I left. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a Dentist!

What can I say? I think this is only the 2nd time I’ve written a review for any business but Whole Life Dentistry exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in and met Anne, I knew I was going to be better than okay. For me, going to the dentist is like taking my dog to the vet…I am terrified! But when I met Anne and the staff, they were all so calming and kind and made me feel like they really cared about my well-being. Then when I met Dr. Loud, I knew I was going to be in good hands. She was gentle and understood my fears and she took the time to explain everything to me. The day I had my actual procedure, Dr. Loud was unbelievable. She is so skillful in her art and she talked to me and was even funny! But the true test of a really good company is how she interacted with her assistant during my procedure. She was patient with Angela and just as kind to her as she was to me. I feel that when a business has that same love and mutual respect within the company, the customer is going to benefit greatly! After my procedure, I felt very little pain and Dr. Loud even called to check up on me. How awesome is that?!? Oh and the cappuccino? Superb!.

I have avoided dentists forever… to the point My mouth is a mess… I found this dentist on yelp after going to a few and every other one I just did not like the people or the vibes and just didn’t feel comfortable, I’ve been going here for the past few months and they are literally the most friendly people on the planet, very professional. Dr. Loud Is always just so calm and professional, super nice person and does an incredible job when working on my teeth. Another major setback with me and dentists is I HATE needles, like it’s a deep down fear, they do so well to make me comfortable I don’t even know they’re using them. I can’t say enough good things about Jenny, she’s the hygienist I’ve been working with also the one that numbs be for any procedure and she does so well hiding the needle, I just close my eyes and it’s done before I know anything happened. I know there are a lot of people like me that dislike needles so for me to find someone this good at their job has really helped me get on track with my dental hygiene. They even helped me figure out the best plan for getting things done with my insurance, they took care of contacting my insurance and everything and how much I can spend. Also has never pushed me to do anything extra to up sell me. I can’t say enough nice things about them! I really appreciate everything they have done for me! One last thing, if they offer you a coffee… you take it! Their cappuccino is so incredibly good, and for me to say that means something! I’m a coffee snob and it is delicious!

Dr Loud and Jenny are my all time favorite people. As well as the woman with the thick accent and the other woman at the desk up front (I wish I remembered their names). They’re all passionate about what they do and it shows. Not only are they skilled but they take the time to get to know you- that’s not so common these days. I’ve only had one bad experience coming here and it was the first visit- I had to wait quite a while to be seen but they corrected the issue as quickly as they could and offered something extra for me because of it. I truly despised going to the dentist but they make you feel welcome and get everything necessary done the first time because they’re efficient. If you’re thinking about coming here, please make an appointment. You won’t be disappointed. And if you have to wait at all, do it. It’s worth it because these women work their butts off to help their patients and I appreciate every single one of them!

It is easy to see why she graduated at the top of her class. Hey guys I just had to share my report card after another fantastic cleaning today with Jen! I’ve been slacking a little bit with my flossing, and gained two points in the wrong direction…however I slid in under 20 which is still winning!! Jen conducted an oral PH test on me today, which I scored 7.25%…very good!! And she let me know that if I ever do indulge in acidic foods i.e. coffee, citrus, pineapple etc…that I can quickly bring my oral PH up by chewing gum with Xylitol in it! I’m definitely buying some today to have on hand. Also, I have to note that when I was being fitted for a night guard (because I grind the heck out my teeth when I sleep)…I was impressed to experience a laser imaging device that scanned my teeth! Gone are the terrible days if choking on the usual tooth impression gunk that dentists forced on you in the PAST!!! Dentistry has come a long way, and I’m so glad that Whole Health Dentistry has stayed on top of technology while si advising safe and natural ways to stay healthy.

I had a really positive experience at Dr. Loud’s practice. I had a ton of mercury fillings that needed to be removed. I was very nervous about having the work done. I have had some traumatic uncomfortable dental work when I was younger. It ended up being a 4 hour procedure where I was on nitrous oxide. I had no idea it would be so easy. But, it definitely was. And I learned from this experience that the dentist makes all the difference. I was very pleased with my care. Dr. Loud was skilled in the requirements necessary to safely remove mercury/amalgam fillings. I feel better than ever now that I have had them removed. I highly recommend Dr. Loud and her office.

I wish we had found Whole Life Dentistry sooner! We’ve gone through several dentists in hopes of finding someone we trusted, and we’ve finally found everything we been looking for! We were welcomed into the office by Ann who is as sweet and charismatic as can be! Very rarely do we find a staff who believe so wholeheartedly in their employers… that intrigued me. She offered me a beautiful cappuccino… that sold me. I was hoping they would leaving me in the lobby to enjoy my cappuccino for a while but, no, they’re super punctual. They let me bring it in so all was good! Dr. Loud and Diana, my hygienist, were wonderfully thorough and gentle…. that’s when I fell in love. I had my first “major” dental procedure in decades, and my first in Dr. Loud’s office (I’m new to the area). Office: Comfortable lighting, decor, and set-up. One feels at ease immediately. Staff: All considerate, all talented, and all geared toward the comfort of the patient. Dr. Loud: Gifted, articulate, and genuinely interested in her patients’ health. She is personable and is a true listener. I’d give her 6 stars if I could. She realized I was anxious about the procedure and she kindly offered me treatment options so I was part of the planning. We started on time, and finished on time; I left with a smile, only slightly impacted by a numb lip. As far as the procedure, I had a crown done with zero pain (not even with the injections). This was as good an experience as one could hope for in a dental office!

First of all, I HATE going to the dentist. This was the best experience I could have asked for. Ann is like a dream for any office to have as their patients first point of contact. She remembered our initial conversation from a few weeks prior when I walked in (I am sure she made notes of it… but still, it makes a person feel special!). The place smells like the furthest thing from a dental office I could imagine. It is small, clean, and cute. All the ladies (very small practice) were sincere and smiling and the dentist herself was awesome! She took the time to sit and go over things with me and I never once felt like she was rushing. Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather be a million places than the dentist but when I have to go, this is the place I will always go to now.

All I can say is WOW!!!! My experience with the staff at Whole Health Dentistry has been nothing less than wonderful. I am embarrassed to admit this, but I had not been to a dentist in many, many years due to a traumatic prior experience. So with that in mind the day finally came when I was in enough pain that I was in dire need of a dentist. I took my time and researched many reviews (thank you Yelp) and found Whole Health Dentistry – Dr. Loud. I called and spoke with Anne who was very kind and took about 15 minutes to personally chat with me and make me feel at ease. Being that I was in so much pain, she was able to get me in for an emergency exam the same day! Upon my arrival Anne greeted me warmly and offered me a coffee. Not the norm for a dentist’s office, but I accepted and I’m glad I did. She brought out this lovely cappuccino and small chocolate which in my opinion rivals some coffee houses. She then took me on a full tour of the facility, introducing me to every staff member and also explained their practice and Dr. Loud’s extensive experience. I was then shown to my room where they took x-rays and numbed my mouth with some gel to alleviate the current pain. I was treated to a remote to the flat screen before me to watch Netflix and a pillow to lay back on in the chair. Dr. Loud then came over and took her time examining me and gave me her prognosis. She spent almost 30 minutes just talking to me and making me comfortable and explaining what we needed to do first to get me on my way to a healthy mouth. Tamika was very kind and found me an appointment for the very next day to have a DEEP cleaning with Jenny the hygienist. To my surprise, the whole staff then came over with a cupcake and candle for it being my birthday month, amazing! The next day, Anne and Theresa (also a sweetie) greeted me at the front desk and I completed a couple forms and I was again treated to delicious cappuccino (decaf this time). I was shown to my room and had a full set of x-rays taken. Again, Netflix and pillow were provided. Jenny made sure I was comfortable and she took her time explaining everything to me about the procedure and how I would feel afterwards. Being that I have such high anxiety over just being at the dentist and a dislike for needles, she made sure I was prepped/numbed before she even gave me the Novocain. The extra care she took with me was nothing short of incredible. Looking at my before and after pictures all I can say is that Jenny is a “rockstar”! The entire staff here are outstanding, they have completely made me rethink the whole dental experience. The manner at which they conduct themselves makes you feel like you are walking into a home and being treated as a friend. Their concern for your health and well-being is sincere and authentic. The level of service here is impeccable – 1st class all the way! I never in a million years thought I would say this, but I look forward to returning for the other work I need to have done. Thank you Whole Health Denistry! Side Note: They took care of contacting my insurance for prior approvals and fully explained my responsibility after. I never felt pushed to do anything extra that I didn’t want to do. Other places tend to try and upsell you on things like a used car salesman and this is emphatically not the case here.

The bathroom had some really fun decor to make you giggle. They really do a great job of making the dentist office a place you don’t mind going rather than a place you dread! A couple things that impressed me most: The dentist was very patient with my 2 year old son to get an assessment of his teeth done without creating anxiety in him. She also is very conservative in what she recommends and won’t drill through a tooth unless it is fully necessary! I was looking for a conservative, holistic dentist to care for my family and I found exactly what I was looking for!

I have to say going to the dentist has always made me anxious. Both my husband and I feel so lucky we started with Dr. Loud and her team after moving to Arizona a few years ago. After moving to Phoenix last October I needed to find a new dentist. I was recommended to Whole Health Dentistry by a friend. The new patient exam by Dr. Loud was by far the most thorough and informative that I have ever had! I truly felt like she cared about my overall health and well-being, not just my teeth. Jenny is an amazing hygienist! She was so gentle and made me feel completely at ease and explained everything she was doing. After seeing the photos they had taken, Dr. Loud explained to me that over time my teeth have shifted and if not corrected I could end up with some serious issues down the road. At the age of 59 I thought I was too old to have braces so I decided to go the Invisalign route. I have been so happy with the Invisalign process and am actually starting to love my smile again. Thoroughly impressed!! Even making my appointment was impressive. This is the kind of office staff that make you want to send everyone you know here. Loved my experience. The office is well lit and very calming. It doesn’t feel like the traditional dentist. I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who made Monday morning not so daunting. She was friendly, professional and personable. As I prepared my new patient forms she offered me several beverages. I went with the cappuccino, which was delicious! Once I was done with my paperwork, I was immediately greeted by the office manager, Ann. She is fantastic. She gave me a tour of the office and told me about Dr. Loud’s credentials and preferences. The hygienist was efficient and quick! The X-rays can often be the most tedious part of the exam which she completed as quickly as possible. However, she remained very thorough to be sure the Dr. Loud had everything she needed. She explained what she was doing and the terms she was using, which I appreciated! Dr. Loud greeted me shortly after to go over everything. She did a quick exam and explained what she was seeing and doing. Afterwards, we went over the X-rays and pictures, where she explained the recommended treatment and WHY (very important). She frequently stopped to ask if I had any questions or needed clarification. After the exams I met with the office manager to discuss my options, my insurance and the best plan of attack. I loved my experience! They were not pushy about treatment, they were realistic. They understand not everyone can get everything taken care of right away, but they help you prioritize. This is not the place to go if you want to be rushed in and out. They take their time with their patients! I look forward to working with this team in the future!!

They are the best!! I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but I love going here. They also encourage me at each visit to do better with my own teeth care between visits. This dental office is as good as it gets. I had to have a large tooth extracted, and let’s face it, nobody enjoys this type of dental work, but hey, I’m a warrior. So, I’m in the dental chair waiting for the inevitable, and the girls have me strapped in the chair; Dr Loud says, “are you ready” ? “As ready as I’ll ever be”, I responded. From that point on, nothing but sheer happiness. I never felt the Novocain shot nor the removal of the tooth. Dr Loud tells me, “we’re all done”. Any anxieties I had earlier were gone, and so was that painful tooth. I’d like to thank the team of Ann, Brandi, Trista, Tamika and Jenny. And, if I was a betting man, I would put all of my ‘chips’ on each and everyone of these wonderful women. Thank you again for a wonderful dental experience, and we’ll see you again in 6 months for another check-up. Bob Yazman.

Her mother is a veterinarian, and Dr. Loud witnessed firsthand what a powerful impact her mother had on the animals' owners through her compassion and caring. The possibility to connect with and reach out to people through kindness, empathy and genuine concern is what attracted Dr. Loud to the healthcare field and ultimately dentistry.
