From the moment you walk in you can tell this practice cares about its patients. The waiting area is airy and clean with fresh flowers and the staff is welcoming and friendly. My hygienist Kathy was on time and her room was spotless. She explained what she did and what she saw and how I can improve my dental health. The cleaning was so thorough, my teeth have never felt so clean. Dr. Yanik was prompt in coming in to check everything and took the time to listen to concerns I had about recent jaw pain and to recommend how to treat the issue. Best dental experience ever. Can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend Dr. Yanik and his office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yanik’s for 30 years. This is a fantastic office – all the staff is kind and courteous, they are accommodating of your schedule, and don’t keep you waiting once you’re there. Dr. Yanik is professionally conservative as well – he doesn’t press you to do work that isn’t necessary. I would highly recommend them to all ages.

I was a a patient of Dr. Yanik’s in the early 1990’s before moving out of the CT area. When I moved back to CT 2009 I called Dr. Yanik with an aching tooth on a Sunday morning at 5am after living away from Connecticut for 17 years. I was in agony. My voice mail message must have gone to his home because he called me back and he remembered me. He saw me in his office on a Sunday as an emergency as if I had been a patient of his for all of those 17 years. He even had the old manila file from the old days on me, he had retrieved it. He gave me a prescription for the pain and spent over an hour with me trying to diagnose the problem (on a Sunday!). He does things right and takes his time while working on you. And he will not do any work on you unless he is 100% sure that it is the best thing for you and it’s your choice too. I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist there today (Kathy). I saw her before and ask for her each time. She gives constant advice and couldn’t be more professional and friendly. When I move out of this area I will miss Dr. Yanik’s office. My parents have been going to him for many years also, no complaints, just compliments about how he does “the best work”.

I had some pretty bad experiences with dentists before going to Dr. Yanik’s office. From the unpleasant Receptionists to the insensitive Dentists, I haven’t had much luck. Some of the work I’ve had done never lasted very long either. I came to Dr. Yanik’s office several years ago and only wish I knew about him sooner. Lisa and Sue clean teeth and really care about your health. I really like his Assistant Betty. She’s organized, thorough and really knows her stuff. They work really well together. Dr. Yanik’s office is a great place to go!

It is my pleasure to write a review for Dr. Yanik. Not only is he outstanding, his staff is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When you come in you are always greeted with a smile and you are never kept waiting long. Billing and appointment making is very efficient and I really like the fact that I get an automatic email or text reminder for an upcoming appointment. I continue to request Kathy as my dental hygienist. She is extremely thorough, gentle and very personable. Dr. Yanik’s office is also very family friendly. Our kids actually look forward to going to their appointments! This is by far the best dental experience my family and I have ever had.

I have been to many dentists in my life and have had a range of positive but mostly negative experiences. I have never encountered a practice as kind, understanding, skilled, and professional as Dr. Yanik’s practice. This is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to and hope to be a life long patient. When my insurance was about to run out last year, they went above and beyond so I could have all my necessary dental work completed before I lost coverage. They always accommodate my schedule and are always running on time. All the work Dr. Yanik does is beautiful. I have never had an issue from his work. I trust Dr. Yanik, and it has always been hard for me to feel comfortable in a dentist office, so for me that is a big deal! His staff are so friendly and accommodating, I love interacting with them! If you are searching for a dentist, I strongly recommend making Dr. Yanik your dentist. You will NOT be disappointed!!
