This has to be the most experienced and well respected orthodontics clinic in the Salem area. If you are shopping orthodontists in the area, having trouble deciding, stop wasting your time. These guys have reasonable prices, care about their patients, and have great results. Schofield & Yenne are a wealth of knowledge that is only attained by decades of practice.

The doctors and staff are very friendly. I have 5 kids and 4 of them have required some type of orthodontics. I get that people all have different needs when it comes to braces, 3 of my children have had less than ideal cases due to development and positioning of the permanent teeth. That being said I can honestly say that Dr. Schofield have worked wonders with my children’s teeth. I believe that they are not only thinking and adjusting at every step through the process for the best outcome for the patients as individuals but they are ethical when making a decision on what the next step should be. I have complete confidence in continuing to refer my family and friends to this office. Thank you for the wonderful care you guys have provided for my family.

Great place! Kids earn points for good grades, clean teeth, and being on time. The staff are friendly, funny, and we always leave feeling better than we came in. Over the holidays a wire came lose and staff came to the office to repair the painful wire. We will be following up with our four other children!

Yenne & Schofield PC serves the Salem, West Salem, Keizer, Dallas and Bend areas, providing orthodontics for children, adolescents and adults. We have been in business since 1994. Our practice is built around the principles of patients first, excellence in diagnosis & treatment, and creation of beautiful and healthy smiles. Orthodontic problems require specialized care. We are here to answer your questions and provide the skilled guidance you and your family needs. These days, one in five orthodontic patients is over 21. With the invention of more discreet orthodontic appliances, adults feel comfortable using these alternatives to traditional braces. Invisalign clear aligners, or lingual braces, are fixed to the inside of teeth and therefore invisible when you smile. Our specific qualifications will bring teeth, lips and jaws into proper alignment for optimal facial balance. The practice of Dr. Yenne and Dr. Schofield utilizes 3-D Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) imaging, Jay Schofield DMD MS graduated from the University of Oregon and completed his dental degree at Oregon Health Science University (1981). After practicing general dentistry in Salem for 11 years Dr. Schofield returned to the University of the Pacific in San Francisco for Orthodontic training. He is a past president of Marion-Polk-Yamhill Dental Society and past president of Oregon State Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Schofield has been an active supporter of the Salem Boys & Girls Club and a founding member of their onsite dental clinic. Married with two children, his special interests include skiing, underwater photography and water sports of all types.
