Dr zoya Zack is an amazing dentist very caring and so gentle and most of all very honest I went in not knowing wha to expect just wanted to have my Hollywood smile and the result was beyond what I even imagined she totally changed my existence. I highly recommend her for any type of dental work.

She handled everything very well. I booked an appointment with her at the last minute, with insurance I had never used before and some how she made sure I didn’t have to reschedule. She took the time to fully assess what I need to get my teeth back to a healthy state and provided a cleaning. In the process of doing this I would say she was the most caring and considerate dentist I have ever had. She genuinely cared about my comfort and did everything in her ability to make the visit as pleasant as possible. She was also very considerate of the cost of future visits and what my insurance would cover. She made sure to speak to my insurance provider herself to get an understanding of my coverage.

First time i felt calm in dental office, she’s very pleasant and caring professional whom you can trust, trust me i’m very problematic guy when it comes to dantists but she did everything to make me more comfortable. also staff is amazing and heplfull i had some problems about my appoitment but they did everything to make my visit more flexible. sorry for my english tho.. )))

I am a new patient with Dr. Zak – I came in because I was having terrible pain and my regular dentist was unavailable. Dr. Zak had to perform an emergency root canal. She was very good at making sure I understood what was happening and what needed to happen. I was happy with my experience in the office, which says a lot considering I had to have a root canal!

I’ve been to many dentist in the city and the boroughs, and i have to admit i feel extremely comfortable with Dr. Zak. Her office is in a great location, it’s beautifully and modernly built, and always squeaky clean. Her attention to you as a patient is that of a friend, she really gets to know you with every appointment and after invasive procedures, calls you the next day personally to see how you are doing. She is very meticulous in her work, takes her time, cuts no corners and rushes nothing no matter what, but continues to execute flawless work. I would recommend her to anyone, and while your there bring the family and she’ll make them feel all very welcome with her very down to earth family oriented personality.

I normally do not write reviews but I was looking up the office number and was shocked by seeing some bad reviews on my dentist! I am a very happy patient of Dr. Zak’s and could not even imagine that some of these reviews are speaking of the same dentist. Before Dr. Zak I was very apprehensive and avoided the dentist for years. Since I have been going to her I have no anxiety and also no pain! She has helped me get my teeth back in shape after years of neglect! I feel that Dr. Zak and her staff are nothing but sweethearts and very professional! I actually don’t mind going to the dentist now, might I add her office is beautiful and state of the art which makes it even more pleasurable!

Excellent experience! Very professional staff and fun to talk to. It feels like everyone who works there enjoys what they do. The rooms are clean and equiped with the latest technology in dental materials. My appointment was at 3pm and it started promptly on time. Dr. Zak was very diligent, explaining every step of the process and informative about any possible need for treatment or further visits. I’ll always refer friends and colleagues to Dr. Zoya Zak!

Dr Zak is the best. I has been going to her for yesrs because shes a great dentist, however I moved away and had gone two years seeing another dentist. Today I decided to make the trek to modtown for a cleaning and she warmly welcomed me back, recalling that my dog was sick last time I was here there and asking if all was well. What a great person! Anyway she takes good care od your teeth and ive never eperienced pain with her procedures. Also the office is very nice.

I am so glad I found Dr. Zoya Zak! She has made such a difference for my mental state and my mouth. I am beyond petrified of the dentist’s chair, from one too many bad experiences with previous dentists, and Dr. Zoya Zak has helped me successfully get through the treatments I needed. She is completely patient and understanding and will do whatever it takes to get you through the dental work – she goes way beyond the call of duty. For me, she explains all of her reasoning and all of my options, so that I feel more in control. She is extremely competent and has always been right about my teeth, and has never recommended anything unnecessarily. She is also very knowledgeable in regard to the interaction. Her willingness to consult also sets her apart from other dentists. Both me and my husband have been patients of Dr. Zoya Zak for 3 years now. She really cares about her work, lets you get involved in the decision making and follows up with the patient. And she is also the most gentle one I ever met. Really a great doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Zoya Zak!
